大颗粒尿素流化床造粒机尿液喷射系统故障分析

对严重影响大颗粒尿素流化床造粒机尿液喷射系统正常运行的多项故障进行了剖析,从生产技术改造及操作管理方面提出了改进和防范措施,结果表明,改进后装置运行周期从不足10天延长到40天。     

Photocatalytic decoloration of water-soluble azo dyes by reduction based on bisulfite-mediated borohydride

Investigation of the photocatalytic decoloration of nine water-soluble anionic azo dyes widely used for the coloration of textiles was conducted in a photoreactor by a selected reduction based on bisulfite-mediated borohydride. The influence of the irradiation power on their decoloration was discussed in this work. The decoloration processes of two typical azo dyes, Reactive Red MS and C.I. Direct Blue 15 were examined with UV–vis measurement and their decoloration kinetics was also investigated. Moreover, identification of benzidine compounds released from the photoreduction of four direct dyestuffs was undertaken. The results indicated that the reduction of the dyes was significantly enhanced under the increasing irradiation. It was found that the overall degradation followed pseudo-first-order kinetics and two distinct stages were observed in the decoloration processes of Reactive Red MS and C.I. Direct Blue 15. The decay rates at first stage were slightly changed, but the decay rates at second stage were significantly affected by the light intensity. In addition, UV–vis spectra showed that the azo linkages in molecule structure of the dyes were destroyed during the decoloration. Finally, dimethoxyl benzidine or benzidine produced from the photoreduction of four direct dyes was identified as the decoloration products through a rapid spectrophotometric method.     

基于CAFE法的单晶铜杆热型连铸过程晶体生长模拟

基于元胞自动机(CA)和有限元(FE)耦合法对单晶铜杆热型连铸过程中晶粒生长及演化过程进行了模拟,获得了稳定状态下铸棒内温度分布及液固相界面的位置和形态,模拟了连铸初期沿热流方向细小等轴晶快速合并形成柱状晶的过程,采用截面形态和极图法分析了定向凝固条件下各个生长时刻的晶粒形貌和晶粒生长取向以及晶粒竞争生长过程中的快速淘汰和慢速淘汰阶段,为热型连铸工艺优化提供了依据。     

任务型教学在高职公共关系课程教学中的应用

根据高职学生的特点,将任务型教学法引入《公共关系原理与实务》教学具有现实意义,同时也对高职公共关系课程教学的教师提出了新的素质与能力要求。     

AADL 测试模型的构造研究

目前,结构分析和设计语言AADL在任务关键嵌入式系统领域有着良好的应用.为了保障任务关键软件的质量,文章提出基于AADL测试模型对AADL设计模型进行测试,以发现设计模型中存在的错误.研究给出了体现系统拓扑结构的AADL测试模型的形式定义及由AADL构造该测试模型的算法,基于该测试模型可以对AADL设计模型中构件交互的输入、输出端口序列和连接的正确性进行测试,并以飞行控制系统的AADL设计模型为例,阐释了研究成果.     

基于Fuzzy逻辑和物元分析的矿井突水预测研究

将Fuzzy逻辑与物元分析理论中的节域理论相结合应用于矿井突水预测,根据层次分析法确定权系数及计算Fuzzy隶属度,从而对矿井的突水事故作出预测及控制．这种模型运用简单,结果理想,且易于Matlab实现．     

外场激光导引性能分析

外场激光导引性能的测试分析是激光半主动制导武器科研试验中的重要环节,通过对激光半主动制导试验中从激光照射器-大气-目标-大气-导弹的光学传递链的分析和对激光大气传输特性和目标激光散射特性的研究,建立了从照射器到目标和从目标到探测器两个环节的照射激光能量传递模型,通过理论计算和外场试验实测数据,实现了对导引头入瞳处接收能量的计算分析,为外场激光导引性能分析提供了依据,具有较高的实用价值。     

西藏牛皮消的化学成分研究

从西藏牛皮消(Cynanchum saccatum)乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离出13个化合物,通过理化性质和波谱分析,分别鉴定为对羟基苯乙酮(1)、3,4-二羟基苯乙酮(2)、2,4-二羟基苯乙酮(3)、2,5-二羟基苯乙酮(4)、白首乌二苯酮(5)、3,5-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、2,5-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(8)、3,3'-二甲氧基-4,9,9'-三羟基-苯并呋喃木脂素-7'-烯-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、加加明3-O-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖苷(10)、青阳参苷元3-O-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖苷(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)和β-胡萝卜苷(13).其中化合物9为首次从鹅绒藤属中分离得到,化合物1--3、5--8、10、11、13为首次从该植物中分离得到.     

Dual-responsive shape memory hydrogels with self-healing and dual-responsive swelling behaviors

Shape memory hydrogels (SMHs) can fix the hydrogels in a provisional shape and restore the initial shape under external stimulation. Herein, a dual-responsive shape memory hydrogel with dual-responsive swelling and self-healing properties is presented in this work. The SMHs were fabricated by one-step emulsion copolymerization of acrylic acid (AAc), acrylamide (AAm) and stearyl methacrylate (SMA). Sodium alginate (SA) was introduced as an interpenetrating polymer in the network. With ionic cross-linking between -COO⁻ and Fe³⁺ or saline-reinforced hydrophobic association, the hydrogels can be fixed in a provisional shape, which can be restored by immersing the hydrogels in vitamin C solution or pure water, respectively. When the as-prepared hydrogels were immersed in FeCl₃ solutions, additional ionic cross-linking between Fe³⁺ and -COO⁻ could be formed, thus constructing the dual physically cross-linked (DPC) network, which endows the hydrogels with excellent fracture stress (2.6 MPa) and toughness (5.47 MJ/m³). Besides, the reversible physical cross-linkings endowed the hydrogel with outstanding self-healing capability. Furthermore, the pH and saline responsive swelling properties of the SMHs are additional fantastic properties. Therefore, we believe that this simple strategy provides a great opportunity for the preparation of SMHs with multiple intellectual performances.     

生物原油炼制： 副产物内循环及水热自催化

利用高温高压条件模拟石油生成的生物质水热液化技术可用于制备生物原油,以替代日益枯竭的石油资源,然而副产物处置问题制约了其可持续发展。解决该问题的方法首先是通过水热定向催化调控减少副产物,然后集成各种技术将副产物尽可能原位资源化。基于此并依据生物炼制的思想,本文对一种集成几种水热技术炼制生物原油的模式进行了讨论。依据生物质水热液化副产物的特性,通过对固体产物水热合成制备催化剂、水相产物回用产生有机酸、气体产物分离或彻底氧化后水热还原生产有机酸等,可实现副产物内循环并强化自催化生成生物原油。指出该模式符合绿色化工的理念,对于加快规模化生产可替代石油的生物原油、缓解能源危机具有重要的参考意义。
