熔融-固相缩聚法中固相聚合对聚乳酸合成的影响

以L 乳酸单体为原料 ,熔融 -固相缩聚法合成了聚乳酸 ,重点研究了固相聚合的工艺条件。结果表明 ,绝对压力 60Pa ,氯化亚锡为催化剂 ,分段控温 ,可使聚乳酸的粘均分子量提高到固相聚合反应前的 5 3倍。通过对固相聚合产物的结晶度和熔点的分析 ,探讨了固相聚合的机理。     

Facile modifications of polyimide via chloromethylation: II. Synthesis and characterization of thermocurable transparent polyimide having methylene acrylate side groups

From chloromethylated polyimide, a useful starting material for modification of aromatic polyimides, a thermocurable transparent polyimide having acrylate side groups was prepared. In the presence of 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec‐7‐ene, chloromethylated polyimide was esterified with acrylic acid to synthesize poly(imide methylene acrylate). The polymer was soluble in organic solvent, which makes it possible to prepare a planar film by spin coating. The polymer film became insoluble after thermal treatment at 230 °C for 30 min. Optical transparency of the film at 400 nm (for 1 µm thickness) was higher than 98 % and not affected by further heating at 230 °C for 250 min. Adhesion properties measured by the ASTM D3359‐B method ranged from 4B to 5B. Preliminary results of planarization testing showed a high degree of planarization (DOP) value (>0.53). These properties demonstrate that poly(imide methylene acrylate) could be utilized as a thermocurable transparent material in fabricating display devices such as TFT‐LCD. FeBP非晶态合金超细微粒的合成及其对PH3分解的催化作用

用化学还原法合成了FeBP非晶态合金超细微粒，用电感耦合等离子体光谱（ICP）、X射线粉末衍射（XRD）、透射电子显微镜（TEM）和差热分析（DSC）等手段对其进行了物性表征，并用微型催化反应装置考察了其对PH3分解的催化作用，结果表明，非晶态合金FeBP对PH3的分解具有良好的催化作用，能使PH3的分解温度从800℃以上降到500℃左右。490℃时分解率超过90％，540℃时达100％。

Behaviors of concrete-filled steel tubular members subjected to combined loading

The present study is an investigation on the behaviors of concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubular members subjected to combined loading, such as compression and torsion, bending and torsion, compression, bending and torsion. ABAQUS software is used in this paper for the finite element analysis (FEA). A comparison of results calculated using this modeling shows generally good agreement with test results. The FEA modeling is then used to investigate the influence of important parameters that determine the ultimate strength of the composite members under combined loading, such as compression and torsion, bending and torsion, compression, bending and torsion. The parametric studies provide information for the development of formulae for calculating the ultimate strength of the composite members subjected to combined loading.     

有机羧酸钠盐对PET结晶和熔融行为的影响

采用差示扫描量热仪研究了5种具有不同取代基的苯甲酸钠盐作为结晶成核剂对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（HET）结晶和熔融行为的影响，并同滑石粉进行了对比。结果表明，成核剂的加入能明显改变PET的结晶和熔融行为。苯甲酸钠、对苯二甲酸甲酯单羧酸钠和对羟基苯甲酸钠提高既汀的熔融结晶温度（Tc）分别达22．93、21．7和19．37℃，但使PET降解严重；对苯酚钠甲酸钠能够提高Tc达17．75℃且对PET相对分子质量影响很小；对苯二甲酸二钠成核作用最差。低于滑石粉。此外，成核剂的成核能力越强，PET双熔融峰中的低温峰顶温度就越高。     

智能电动机控制器在电收尘通风机上的应用

对智能电动机控制器的情况作了介绍，结合工作实践提出了维护要点和建议，并对该控制器的参数设置进行了说明，这对使用该设备的工业企业有一定的指导意义。
