扫描近场光学显微镜及其在生物微结构探测上的应用

扫描近场光学显微镜（ＳＮＯＭ）可探测生物体亚波长水平的光学特性，以接近分子水平的分辨率在生物微结构成象、探测和修饰等多方面有巨大的潜力。本文对ＳＮＯＭ的技术方法及其近期的的生物学应用进行了介绍。     

STUDY OF STRUCTURAL FEATURE OF PEAT, LIGNITE AND HUMIC ACID BY SOLID STATEl3C NMR SPECTROSCOPY

Four low rank coals (peat and lignite) and their derived humic acids have been investigated by the^l3C CP/MAS/TOSS NMR technique. The NMR analysis indicates that the peat contains a significant amount of unaltered plant components including cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, waxes, and resins.

Variable contact time and dipolar dephasing experiments were performed on each sample. The data from above experiments, together with normal CP/MAS integration over selected chemical shift range, were used to derive 12 parameters of carbon skeletal structure including the aromaticity.From the ratio of aromatic bridgehead carbons, f_a^cp, to the aromatic peripheral carbons, f^cpxBp as measured by NMR, the aromatic cluster size may be estimated for each coal.     

Ultrasonic thin-walled tube wave structure for sensing devices

Theoretical and experimental investigations of thin-walled tube acoustic wave devices for gravimetric sensing applications are presented. Integrated sensor configurations have been demonstrated by employing a sol-gel processed thin piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate (PZT) film. This was coated coaxially on stainless steel tubes and interdigital transducers (IDT) fabricated as the transmitter and receiver on the curved tube surfaces. We have observed tube waves along both the axial and circumferential directions between 1 and 6.6 MHz. We have also analyzed the mass sensitivities of different modes propagating along the tubes and shown that high mass sensitivity can be achieved by keeping the tube wall thin

化学模式识别法在钢铁工业中的若干应用

本文涉及一种崭新的非函数数据处理法及其在工业诊断和优化中的应用。并对其进行要因分析和优化决策的原理作了介绍。结合钢铁工业生产中的实例进行了分析。还探讨了该方法在钢铁工业中应用的意义。     

飞行人员骨密度与内分泌调节关系的探讨

对37名骨密度(BD)低下的飞行员(实验组)和BD正常的48名飞行员、100名地面人员(正常对照组)进行了BD和血清TT_3、TT_4、TSH IRMA、CT、PTH、E_2和T放射免疫测定。结果显示,实验组BD均值明显低于对照组(p<0.01),血清TT_3、TT_4、CT、E_2(女性)和T(男性)均值与对照组比较,大多数年龄存在着显著或非常显著差异(p<0.05或p<0.01)。同时对飞行人员BD与几种内分泌激素关系进行了探讨。     

用αβ谱仪测量人工αβ放射性气溶胶体积活度的试验研究

本文介绍了用αβ谱仪系统同时测量αβ谱、实现Ｒｎ／Ｔｈ子体补偿、确定超铀α核素气溶胶体积活度及人工放射性气溶胶总β体积活度的技术途径。利用ＲａＡ、ＲａＣ′ａ峰的二段时间计数可确定空气中ＲａＡ、ＲａＢ、ＲａＣ的气溶胶体积活度，相应的，也能给出ＲａＢ、ＲａＣ对总β计数的贡献。根据一般环境条件下的平衡比，用ＴｈＣ′的。计数修正Ｔｈ子体对αβ测量的影响。￣［２３９］ｐｕ或／和￣［２４１］Ａｍ人工核素的α计数，可通过两段时间分别扣除ＲａＡ、ＲａＣ′拖尾的方法确定；β计数分别扣除Ｒｎ／Ｔｈ子体β贡献即可确定。在本文规定的测量条件下，对室内天然Ｒｎ子体水平在１５Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３以下，超铀α核素气溶胶体积活度的测量下限可达到０．１Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３；即使在７５Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３环境下，人工核素总β的测量下限也可达ｌＢｑ／ｍ￣３以下。     

Noninvasive assessment of regional ventilation in the human lung using oxygen-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging

The imaging of regional ventilation in the lungs is essential for the evaluation of a variety of pathological conditions, such as emphysema, pneumonia and pulmonary embolism. We propose a novel approach for ventilation scanning, using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and inhaled molecular oxygen as a contrast agent, that directly depicts transfer of oxygen across the alveolus into the pulmonary vasculature. Molecular oxygen is only weakly paramagnetic but produces substantial signal changes in the lungs because of their large surface area. Ventilation defects were shown in a patient with bullous emphysema, and ventilation-perfusion mismatches were shown in two patients with pulmonary embolism.
