The main directions are considered for increasing the refractoriness of structural graphite materials, carbon-carbon composite materials (CCCM), and structures made of them. Practical examples are proposed for increasing the refractoriness of materials based on carbon in the application temperature range from 1200 to 1700°C. Results are provided for experimental study of four types of increased refractoriness. It is demonstrated that the contemporary direction of domestic work for increasing the refractoriness of structural graphite materials and CCCM agrees on the whole with a series of overseas achievements in this field. Techniques for electrodynamic-level calculation of slot-grating wideband coupling elements for single-mode waveguides are developed. New coupling devices that ensure the obtaining of a voltage standing-wave ratio of 1.6 in the entire tuning range of a resonator without readjustment of the coupling element are designed and tested experimentally. It is found that application of new coupling devices in resonators do not deteriorate the loaded Q factor of the resonator.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of latexes with an emulsifier monomer (surface-active monomer-SAM) were examined. It was found that the polymerization rate in the presence of the emulsifier monomer was two times higher than in the presence of a saturated emulsifier. The stability of the latexes with SAM was much higher than for latexes with saturated emulsifiers, which is especially valuable in creating compositions containing a large amount of electrolytes and fillers. After separation of the polymer from the latexes with SAM, the emulsifier does not pollute wastewaters. The problem of protecting equipment from corrosion while simultaneously ensuring elevated mechanical characteristics is acute in petroleum refining and petrochemistry. Corrosion—resistant two—layer sheet steels have traditionally been widely used for manufacturing this equipment. Carbon or low—alloy steels selected as a function of the requirements for the mechanical properties of the articles are primarily the base layer of these steels. Corrosion—resistant steels of different brands, copper alloys (Monel, Inconel), nickel and nickel alloys, and titanium and its alloys are most widely used as the cladding layer which must be resistant to the aggressive effect of the environment.  相似文献

An universal set of broadband high-Q measuring resonators operating in a frequency band of 0.6–180 GHz is described. The resonators may be used for physical investigations, measuring parameters of different media, and in spectroscopy, holography, radio-astronomy, communication engineering, and physical electronics. The microwave resonators with a mechanical frequency tuning range of 1/2 octave and higher and a loaded Q-factor of no less than 105 are created, and there is a possibility of electronic frequency adjustments in them.  相似文献
