Polyetherimide substrates for future high density optical data storage

Polyetherimide (PEI) substrate for next‐generation high density optical data storage is fabricated and characterized. Cover‐layer incident or first‐surface recording configurations do not require optical properties of the substrate, which are the prerequisite conditions for the conventional material of polycarbonate (PC). Instead of the optical properties, good mechanical properties with a sufficient transcribability are required. Even though PEI has higher glass transition temperature than that of PC, a microscopic transcribability of PEI is comparable with PC by laminating a thermal insulation layer on the backside of a stamper to retard the heat flow. A macroscopic warpage of PEI substrate is smaller than that of PC substrates, which reduces tilt and servo burden. The lowest critical speed coupled with the flutter of PEI substrate is larger than that of PC substrate because of the mechanical properties of PEI. POLYM. ENG. 单微乳液中制备Ag/TS-1及丙烯气相环氧化

采用N2H4还原含AgNO3的单微乳液制备了Ag／TS-1催化剂。TEM表征结果表明，Ag高度分散于TS-1之上。以H2、O2存在下的丙烯气相环氧化为探针反应，考察了Ag／TS-1的催化性能。结果表明，采用Ag／TS-1为催化剂，Ag的负载量为1％（质量分数，下同），823 K焙烧后，373 K下反应30 min时，丙烯转化率为1．69％，环氧丙烷（Propylene oxide，PO）选择性为93．2％。当Ag的负载量超过2％时，反应过程中生成大量的热，造成PO的选择性下降。采用Ag的负载量为8％的Ag／TS-1催化剂，消除热效应后，丙烯的转化率为2．46％．PO的选择性为79．2％。     

固有频率在车轮设计有限元分析中的应用

以三维软件进行车轮造型,用CAD软件建立固有频率分析数学模型,对车轮固有频率进行分析和处理.结合其他试验的分析,对车轮进行优化设计.     

火焰图像特征在火灾数字图像识别中的运用

火焰尖角数目和圆形度是早期火灾火焰的主要特征,本文主要论述了如何在数学形态学基础上,利用火灾火焰的两个特点判断和识别早期火情。实验中,对火焰的二值图像进行开运算,即先腐蚀,再膨胀,目的是为了对火焰图像进行形态学滤波,去噪。从实验结果可以看出,该算法可以很好的识别火焰和干扰源。

TFM调制及其改进技术的研究

通过对TFM调制技术的研究,修正了其中预调制滤波器冲击响应波形g(f)在时间轴上的位置及其频谱G(w)的表达式.然后将TFM基带信号进行近似,即对TFM的相位路径进行进一步的控制,得到一个改进的TFM调制技术.改进后的TFM调制技术和原TFM调制技术相比,频带压缩能力提高了一倍,误码性能不变,但会出现3 dB的寄生调幅,需要提高发射机的发射功率.     

爆轰试验用新型射频连接器的结构设计

针对目前爆轰试验中使用的机械密封射频连接器存在的问题.设计了基于玻璃封接技术的新型密封射频连接器结构,并进行了射频反射补偿计算和强度分析.本项研究为爆轰条件下新型密封射频连接器的研制提供了设计依据.
