Dissolution of phase-separated domains after a jump to a temperature in the single-phase region

Phase-separated domains prepared in the two-phase region were dissolved at a temperature in the single-phase region, and their dissolution dynamics was studied by using the time-resolved light scattering (TRLS) technique and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The time t_ps of preparation of domains was chosen to be long enough for phase separation to proceed into the late stage. The scattered light intensity at small wavenumbers increased before it attenuated. As t_ps increased, the increase at smaller wavenumbers became more significant and the peak intensity decreased only slightly with dissolution time. The characteristic wavenumber q_m evaluated from TRLS and SEM followed the power-law relation q_mt^−0.3.     

Non-destructive evaluation of residual stresses in thin films via x-ray diffraction topography methods

Quantitative x-ray diffraction topography techniques have been used to measure the residual strain magnitude and uniformity of deposition for Mo and W sputtered films on Si(100) substrates. High sensitivity rocking curve measurements were able to determine differential strains for films as thin as 2.5 nm; while Bragg angle contour mapping had similar sensitivity and was also able to assess coating uniformity and stress distribution over areas covering a whole wafer. Measurements of strain versus film thickness over a range of 2.5 nm to 80 nm showed that a critical thickness exists for maximum residual strain. Growth beyond this range produces stress relaxation. This non-destructive type of analysis could be employed on a wide range of film-substrate combinations.

报告了甲基丙烯酸酯类在室温下进行辐射聚合制备缓释抗癌药阿糖胞苷（Ａｒａ－Ｃ）的研究结果。结果表明，不仅亲水性单体，而且疏水性单体（包括ＭＭＡ、ＥＭＡ和ＢＭＡ等）都可用于辐射固化。加入到亲水性基质中的疏水性单体可以延缓药物的离体释放，其顺序是ＭＭＡ＜ＥＭＡ＜ＢＭＡ，央ＭＭＡ－ＨＥＭＡ共聚物中，Ａｒａ－Ｃ释放率随着基质中的ＭＭＡ含量增加而降低。药物的离体释放还受许多困素的控制，结果显示：药物释放量随着     

3mm波段极近距离雷达

提出一种极近距离雷达概念，并导出其作用距离公式，在此基础上研制出一台３ｍｍ波段极近距离多普勒雷达样机．试验结果表明该雷达结构简单，成本低廉，在作用距离为零点几米至几米范围内可获得较高的定距精度．     

静态水热脱铝处理对HZSM-5分子筛的结构、酸性和催化性能的影响

开发了一种静态水热脱铝的方法。HZSM-5经此法处理后,正戊烷的裂解活性增加,脱氢和芳构化性能加强。可用改变处理温度的方法来控制脱铝的程度。用XRD和吡啶吸附红外技术进行了研究。HZSM-5分子筛催化剂性能的变化用非骨架铝产生的强L酸中心来解释。

Ka-band solid-state pulsed Gunn oscillator and power combiner

GaAs Gunn diodes were fabricated for pulse source application at 8 mm wave band and operated with pulsewidths of 0.05 to 2.0 microseconds and duty cycles of 0.001 to 0.01. Peak pulse output power levels of 0.8–1.2W are achieved and the maximum available power is 1.6W with the highest efficiency of 6.5 percent. A simple and compact pulsed power combiner is also given in this paper.     

SAW滤波器简化衍射频响的计算方法

提出了由一个变迹ＩＤＴ叉指换能器和一个均匀ＩＤＴ组成的ＳＡＷ滤波器简化衍射频响的计算方法，即将均匀ＩＤＴ简化成单根指计算其衍射频响。该方法与未简化衍射频响的计算方法相比，计算量大为减小，前者约为后者的（Ｎ为均匀ＩＤＴ的指对数）。并给出了一个实例，用未简化与简化方法分别计算了其衍射频响，结果表明，两者符合得较好。
