采用光催化氧化与液液萃取同时进行的方法,考察了光敏剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的用量、pH值、双氧水体积分数和反应时间对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,在光源为主波长365nm的300W中压汞灯,双氧水体积分数为25%,FCC汽油与双氧水体积比为1:3,总体积为120mL,加入0.20g十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,以7000r/min高速均质5min,pH值为4,光照10h的实验条件下,FCC汽油脱硫率可达91.20%;脱硫后的双氧水及光敏剂可以重复使用,不会造成二次污染。 相似文献

采用中孔γ-Al2O3为载体,以非贵金属Ni为活性金属组分,以金属Sn为助剂组分,制备了FCC汽油叠合生产柴油的催化剂。在实验室小型连续流动式固定床装置上,以FCC汽油为原料,考察了主活性金属负载量、助催化剂、催化剂制备条件对催化剂性能的影响。研究结果表明,在活性金属Ni质量分数为8%,助催化剂Sn质量分数为1%,浸渍时间6h,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间4h的条件下,制备的叠合催化剂的催化性能最好。并对催化剂进行了1500h的稳定性试验和再生性能考察,结果表明该叠合催化剂具有良好的稳定性和再生性能。 相似文献

The oxidation/sulphidation behaviour of a Ti‐46.7Al‐1.9W‐0.5Si alloy with a TiAl3 diffusion coating was studied in an environment of H2/H2S/H2O at 850oC. The kinetic results demonstrate that the TiAl3 coating significantly increased the high temperature corrosion resistance of Ti‐46.7Al‐1.9W‐0.5Si. The SEM, EDX, XRD and TEM analysis reveals that the formation of an Al2O3 scale on the surface of the TiAl3‐coated sample was responsible for the enhancement of the corroison resistance. The Ti‐46.7Al‐1.9W‐0.5Si alloy was also modified by Nb ion implantation. The Nb ion implanted and as received sampels were subjected to cyclic oxidation in an open air at 800oC. The Nb ion implantation not only increased the oxidation resistance but also substantially improved the adhesion of scale to the substrate. 相似文献

Compositions in (Na1/2Bi1/2)TiO3 based ternary system, (0.97 – x) (Na1/2Bi1/2)TiO3-0.03NaNbO3-xBaTiO3 (x = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.08) are synthesized using conventional solid state reaction method. Influence of BaTiO3 on crystal structure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties are investigated. All compositions can form single perovskite phase. Powder x-ray diffraction patterns can be indexed assuming a pseudo-cubic structure. Lattice constant increases with the increase of BaTiO3 concentration. Rhombohedral distortion is observed in poled samples with BaTiO3 concentration up to 6 mol%. Temperature dependence of dielectric constant and dissipation factor measurement reveals that all compositions experience two phase transitions: from ferroelectric to antiferroelectric and from antiferroelectric to paraelectric. Both transition temperatures, T
c and T
f, are lowered due to introduction of BaTiO3. Ferroelectric to antiferroelectric phase transition has relaxor characteristics. Piezoelectric properties have relatively higher value around 1 mol% to 4 mol% BaTiO3. In ceramics with x = 0.02, thickness electromechanical coupling factor (k
t) of 0.51 and piezoelectric charge constant (d
33) of 110 × 10–12 C/N are obtained. Addition of small amount of BaTiO3 (x = 0.01, 0.02) improves piezoelectric properties compared to NBT-NN binary system, while T

Online Raman spectra, obtained at different points along the spin line during pilot‐scale nonisothermal melt spinning of high density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers, are presented for the first time. The fraction of the crystalline phase corresponding to each spectrum was determined from the normalized integrated intensity of the 1418 cm?1 Raman band. It is well established that this band represents the orthorhombic crystalline phase in polyethylene. The estimates of percent crystallinity obtained from decomposition of the Raman spectrum were compared with the percent crystallinity from differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements. It is concluded that online Raman spectroscopy can be successfully used to monitor the development of crystallinity in HDPE fibers as a function of distance from the spinneret. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In order to complement subjective evaluation of the quality of segmentation masks, this paper introduces a procedure for automatically assessing this quality. Algorithmically computed figures of merit are proposed. Assuming the existence of a perfect reference mask (ground truth), generated manually or with a reliable procedure over a test set, these figures of merit take into account visually desirable properties of a segmentation mask in order to provide the user with metrics that best quantify the spatial and temporal accuracy of the segmentation masks.
