Storage Stability of Antioxidant-Washed Myofibrils From Chicken White and Red Muscle

Oxidation and gel-forming ability of chicken white (breast) and red (leg) muscle myofibrillar proteins during storage at 0°C were examined. Breast myofibril gels exhibited greater shear moduli than leg myofibril gels throughout 8 days storage. Shear moduli of both breast and leg gels in the intermediate temperature zone (45–55°C) decreased during storage, but at >55°C, they either increased or remained unchanged. Lipid oxidation was inhibited by washing myofibrils with antioxidants propyl gal-late, ascorbate, and tripolyphosphate. However, these antioxidants did not affect the content of protein carbonyls, and only slightly decreased the amine content during storage. Storage affected the kinetic process of myofibril gelation independently of antioxidant treatments.

Processing and microstructural evolution of powder metallurgy Zn-22 Pct Al eutectoid alloy containing nanoscale dispersion particles

The present article deals with the processing and microstructural evolution of powder metallurgy (PM) Zn-22Al pct eutectoid alloy. The powder material was produced through inert gas atomization and then cryomilled in liquid nitrogen. The milled powder particles were consolidated by hot isostatic pressing (“hipping”) followed by thermomechanical treatment, resulting in a two-phase microstructure. The microstructures were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The principal processing factors and microstructural characteristics associated with the major processing steps, including spray atomization, mechanical milling (MM), consolidation, and heat treatment, were evaluated and discussed. Hot isostatic pressing and extrusion followed by heat treatment to produce the superplastic structure (Al-rich phase and Zn-rich phase) are effective in elimination porosity. A TEM examination of the microstructure of the alloy after processing reveals the presence of nanodispersion particles that are not uniformly distributed. The formation of the dispersions was attributed to the interaction between the powder material (primarily Al phase) and environmental elements such as oxygen and nitrogen during milling. Moreover, the size and distribution of the dispersions present in the bulk material met the anticipated requirements for serving as inhibitors for grain growth and barriers for dislocation movement. The TEM observations on crept specimens reveal extensive dislocation/dispersion interactions.     

表面活性剂有序聚集体在纳米材料制备中的应用

介绍了表面活性剂在溶液中形成的各种有序聚集体－胶团（反胶团），微乳液，液晶及囊泡等，综述了它们作为微反应器或作为模板在纳米材料制备中的应用。     

AlF3/N2/空气气氛中密封熔炼镁试验研究

在预先装入固态AlF3的密封熔炼炉中,研究了熔炼温度和炉内空气量对金属镁保护效果的影响,并对表面膜形貌、成分和成分分布进行了研究。研究结果表明,试验温度(≤800℃)下,熔炼温度和气氛中空气含量不影响金属镁的保护效果,金属镁很好被保护,熔炼温度和气氛中空气含量对表面膜成分和成分分布也没有明显影响;表面膜由MgF2区和MgF2 Al混合区域构成;所有表面膜致密,胞团直径小于0.5μm。固态AlF3在熔炼温度下蒸汽压高,汽化产物与金属镁反应生成MgF2和金属铝。     

考虑配电网电压调节的分布式电源准入功率极限计算

随着分布式电源的大力发展，其对原有系统产生很大影响。分析了有载调压变压器分接头发生调节振荡的条件。讨论了分散电源的接入对变压器分接头对母线电压灵敏度 aVt 这一重要参数的影响，指出了分散电源的接入有可能使变压器分接头发生调节振荡，进而得出了考虑振荡约束的准入功率极限模型。最后运用112节点系统的算例证明了模型的有效性。     

基于物元分析和层次分析的选厂综合性能评估

利用物元分析法和层次分析法的特点，将物元分析和层次分析法有机的结合起来建立选厂性能综合评估模型，建立的评估模型表明该评估方法能够克服传统方法中参评人员的主观不确定性和认识上的模糊性，可用于选厂有关指标的综合评估。     

连铸净化加压站改造

因攀钢动力厂连铸加压站的高压焦炉煤气供应不能满足生产需要，对它进行了相应改造。使工艺更加完善，煤气净化质量得到提高，并解决了生产中的一些问题。
