Environmental factors and kinetics of microbial degradation of poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate‐co‐3‐hydroxyvalerate) in an aqueous medium

Environmental factors such as oxygen, temperature, and microbial species may have significant effects on decomposition of biodegradable polymers. A representative biodegradable, thermoplastic polymer, poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate‐co‐hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV), was decomposed in an aqueous medium under controlled laboratory conditions by soil microbes for the intrinsic degradation kinetics and the effects of the environmental factors on polymer biodegradation. The amount of proteins, including the PHBV depolymerases, that attached to the polymer surfaces was quite constant during the period of significant mass loss of the polymer specimens. The microbial polymer degradation followed a zero‐order rate model, so the residual mass fraction of PHBV films declined linearly with time. The mixed aerobic microbial organisms from fertile soil showed a higher activity of polymer degradation than an aerobic PHBV‐producing bacterium and the mixed anaerobes in the same soil. The mixed anaerobic microorganisms from barren soil decomposed the polymer at a slower rate than the anaerobes from fertile soil, and this was attributed to fewer microbial cells in the barren soil instead of the difference in the microbial species. The temperature effect on PHBV degradation can be described with an Arrhenius equation, and the activation energy is around 16 kcal/mol. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 磷酸酯类离子液体在燃油深度脱硫中的应用

研究了3种磷酸酯类离子液体,即1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯盐([MM im]DM P)、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二乙酯盐([EM im]DEP)和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二丁酯盐([BM im]DBP)的制备过程,考察了这3种磷酸酯类离子液体对模型油中3-甲基噻吩、苯并噻吩和二苯并噻吩的脱除效果及磷酸酯类离子液体的电化学再生方法。实验结果表明,这3种磷酸酯类离子液体的脱硫能力强弱顺序为:[EM im]DEP>[BM im]DBP[MM im]DM P;且对二苯并噻吩的脱除效果最好,对苯并噻吩的脱除效果次之,对3-甲基噻吩的脱除效果较差。以[EM im]DEP为萃取剂,油剂质量比为1∶1时,经5次萃取后,二苯并噻吩的脱除率可达到99.5%。利用电解法对[EM im]DEP进行了再生,在5~10V电压下电解10h,[EM im]DEP的脱硫率可以达到新鲜[EM im]DEP的90%以上。     

川西新场气田JS_2~1气藏测井多参数评价方法

针对川西新场气田JS12气藏开展了多参数的综合评价研究,多参数包括储层参数、裂缝参数、储层分类厚度参数。首先,开展了储层参数及裂缝参数的计算,以岩心分析结果为依据,建立了孔隙度、渗透率、含水饱和度计算模型。利用铸体薄片进行了微裂缝识别,对样品的裂缝参数和测井曲线进行相关分析,建立了测井计算裂缝参数的数学模型;其次,对储层进行聚类分析,通过聚类将储层分为三类;最后,将计算的裂缝参数、储层分类中的Ⅰ类储层厚度、孔渗饱等参数进行正态化处理,拟和测试的无阻流量与这些参数建立多元回归计算模型,即综合含气指标的数学计算模型。以综合含气指标为主要依据,进行储层综合分类和评价,指出了有利的含气区域和可供挖潜井的建议。该方法在指导气藏开发中获得了良好效果。

叙述了石油库在发油过程中的HSE管理；发油过程中的危害识别，包括识别范围和内容；发油过程中风险评价的常用基本方法和常见问题；发油过程中危险源的管理控制，包括建立危险源网络图、加强现场监控和制定应急预案。     

电磁超声流量计的研制

基于电磁声换能器的原理，研制了一种新型的电磁超声流量计，并讨论提高测量精度的措施。     

Microscale Patterning of Mesoscopic PZN-PT Single Crystal Films by Crystal ion Slicing and Laser-Induced Etching

Advances in the fabrication of solid-solution single crystal relaxor ferroelectrics have made it possible to produce highly efficient piezoelectric crystals, and have attracted renewed interest in the use of these crystals for a new generation of piezoelectric transducers, actuators and sensors. Of particular interest is their incorporation into micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). In this paper we report on the laser-induced wet chemical etching of lead zinc niobate-lead titanate (PZN-PT) in hydrochloric acid (HCl). Argon-ion laser radiation at power levels up to 4 W is focused to a spot diameter of about 15μm and results in the chemical etching of grooves at patterning speeds up to 5μm/sec. Crystal ion slicing, an ion-implant-based film separation technique, is used in combination with laser etching to form 5 to 10μm-thick patterned and freestanding films for incorporation into micro-electromechanical devices.     

新结构MOSFET

和传统平面结构MOSFET相比，新结构MOSFET具有更好的性能(如改善的沟道效应(SCE)，理想的漏诱生势垒降低效应(DIBL)和亚阈值特性)和更大的驱动电流等。文章主要介绍了五种典型的新结构MOSFET，包括平面双栅MOSFET、FinFET、三栅MOSFET、环形栅MOSFET和竖直结构MOSFET。随着MOSFET向亚50nm等比例缩小，这些新结构器件将大有前途。     

快速纳秒响应二代近贴聚焦像增强器的批量生产

叙述了二代近贴聚焦像增强器批量生产所用真空设备性能及特点，同时给出了管子工艺考核结果及管子纳秒时间响应特性。工艺考核结果表明，制管工艺可靠、性能稳定，管子批量生产合格率大于70％。     

光电平台无角位移减振机构运动分析

分析了光电平台的工作环境和角振动对成像质量的影响，应用空间机构学原理和减振理论，设计了一种既具减振功能又能抑制角位移的无角位移减振机构。对减振机构的减振机理及运动特性进行了分析，并利用三维建模软件和MSC．Visual Nastran 4D仿真分析软件对该减振机构进行了三雏实体仿真分析，通过输出的仿真数据及曲线检验无角位移减振原理的正确性。
