Microstructures of high-J c melt-textured YBa2Cu3O7−x /Ag superconductors

Silver has been previously added to the melt-textured YBa₂Cu₃O_7?x in order to increase the critical current density (J _c ) of these materials. However, the effect of this addition on theJ _c is presently unclear. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of silver on both critical current density and the microstructure of the melt-textured YBa₂Cu₃O_7?x superconductors by means of X-ray diffraction, optical polarized microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). TheJ _c of the MTG YBCO/Ag samples is more than 10⁴A/cm² under the 5 kOe magnetic field. It has been shown that as the concentration of silver increases, the fraction of the 211 phase dispersed within the 123 matrix decreases. Therefore, theJ _c slightly decreases. These results, together with the effect of the 211 phase, dislocations, and other structure defects on flux pinning, are described in this paper.

Hydroformylierung einfach und mehrfach ungesättigter Fettstoffe mit heterogenisierten Cobaltcarbonyl- und R

Hydroformylation of mono and multiple unsaturated fatty substances with heterogenized cobaltcarbonyl and rhodiumcarbonyl catalysts. Heterogenized cobalt and rhodiumcarbonyl catalyst systems can be used for the hydroformylation of mono and polyunsatured fatty substances in a technically simple and satisfying manner to useful chemical intermediates. The used solid tert. phosphane complex ligands have a silicate matrix and therefore they are also suitable for the cobalt catalyzed hydroformylation which is best performed at temperatures of 160–180^oC. The cobalt catalyzed reaction gives with polyunsaturated fatty substances almost only products with monofunctionalized fatty acid chains. Whereas, the rhodium catalyzed reaction gives with linolic acid compounds inhomogeneous mixtures of mono- and diformyl derivatives of these fatty substances. The heterogenized rhodium carbonyl catalyst systems therefore seem to be more suitable for the hydroformylation of monounsaturated compounds. This is also true for rhodiumcarbonylsupported aqueous phase-catalysts which give likewise mixtures of mono and diformyl derivatives in the hydroformylation of polyunsaturated fatty substances. In batch process after the complete conversion of the olefin and reduction of the CO/H₂-pressure the loss of catalyst metal from the support is negligible and in most cases below the detection limit (<1 ppm).     

Fracture of Aramid Fiber/Epoxy Resin Micro Composites

Kevlar-49 fiber was modified through cold air plasma treatment and plasma grafting with acrylic monomers. Fracture of aramid fiber/epoxy resin micro composites has been studied by means of single fiber pull-out test. Tow types of pull-out curves are correlated with the different failure modes. A polyacrylic acid-co-ethyl acrylate graft layer can improve the adhesion and protect the fiber from damage caused by interfacial stresses.     

解线性及二次型规划问题增广的神经网络

本文提出了一个解线性及二次型规划问题的神经网络模型，证明了该网络是全局稳定于平衡点，而平衡点就是线性及二次型规划问题的解，该网络的优点是能够实时获得问题的精确解，且可以同时获得带等式不式约束的对偶问题解，该网络易于电路实现。

Bisensors for amino acids

Two kinds of biosensors for amino acids (one with nonspecific enzyme as bioelement, the other with specific enzyme(s) as bioelement), including their principles, applications, recent researches and future trends were discussed in detail. 61 references were given. 半绝缘砷化镓中碳含量对热稳定性的影响

本文报导了LEC法半绝缘砷化镓单晶中含碳量对SI-GaAs热稳定性的影响。在800℃以上退火,发现当晶体中C含量大于1.5×10~(16)cm~(-3)时,SI-GaAs的热稳定性变差;而C含量小于5×10~(15)cm~(-3)时,通常表现出良好的热稳定性。
