BACKGROUND: Sodium (Na+), chloride (Cl?) and phosphorus (Pi) are involved in a number of metabolic and physiological processes in the body, and these mineral elements must be supplied to the animal via the diet. The intention of this study was to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation with different levels of sodium chloride (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6% NaCl) on apparent and true P digestibility (APD and TPD) and dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP) and calcium (Ca) digestibility in weanling pigs. RESULTS: Dietary NaCl had a quadratic effect on both APD and TPD (P < 0.05) but not on DM, CP and Ca digestibility (P > 0.05). At an NaCl concentration of 0.41% the APD and TPD values were 41.5 and 53.3% respectively. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that a high level of dietary Na+ may enhance P absorption and improve its digestibility by coupling Na+ transportation to Pi absorption via the energy‐requiring Na+/Pi co‐transporter. 泸203井是中国石油天然气集团有限公司部署在四川盆地南部泸县—长宁页岩气区块的1口重点超深页岩气探井,实际完钻井深达5 600 m,测试日产气量为137.9×10~4 m~3,成为目前国内首口单井测试日产量超百万立方米的页岩气井。为了给深层页岩气井优快钻井提供借鉴和经验,以泸203井为例,在分析储层特征对钻井要求的基础上,归纳总结了保障该井页岩气水平井钻井井身质量、优质储层钻遇率、快速钻进以及降低复杂事故率的优快钻井综合配套技术,并对其应用效果进行了评价。研究结果表明:(1)采用旋转导向工具并配合钻柱扭摆系统钻进,减少了滑动定向钻进进尺,成功地控制了钻具托压现象,大幅度降低了定向辅助时间;(2)实施的4种削减钻具振动措施很好地解决了水平段钻进中螺杆故障问题,进一步提高了钻井速度;(3)采用近钻头伽马测量系统实时追踪储层,控制轨迹在优质产层内钻进,保证了优质页岩储层钻遇率;(4)优配钻井装备及高密度的油基钻井液的应用保证了井下动力钻具的动力和井眼携砂的需求以及钻井液性能的净化,确保了井眼畅通、保持了井壁稳定,起到了提高钻井速度的重要作用。结论认为,泸203井按照地质工程一体化的技术思路,采取先打直导眼再侧钻水平井的方式,优质页岩储层钻遇率达到100%,该井的实施进一步完善了四川盆地新区块超深页岩气水平井配套优快钻井技术。 相似文献

Strontium zirconate coating co-doped with ytterbia and gadolinia (Sr(Zr0.9Yb0.05Gd0.05)O2.95, SZYG) and strontium zirconate coating (SrZrO3, SZ) were prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying. The SZYG coating shows improved phase stability from room temperature to 1400°C, while its thermal conductivity (~0.8 W m−1K−1) is at least ~40% lower than that of the SZ coating. Both SZYG and SZ coatings were heat-treated at 1400°C up to 360 hours in air. The X-ray diffraction results reveal that both the as-sprayed SZYG and SZ coatings are composed of main phase SrZrO3 and secondary phase t-ZrO2. These two phases do not undergo phase transition upon heat treatment up to 360 hours in the SZYG coating, whereas t-ZrO2 transforms into m-ZrO2 almost completely after 20 hours heat treatment in the SZ coating, suggesting a strong promoting role in stabilizing t-ZrO2 by the additions of Yb2O3 and Gd2O3 in the SZYG coating. The content of t-ZrO2 is ~4.3 wt.% in the as-sprayed SZYG coating and increases to ~19.5 wt.% after 360 hours heat treatment, analyzed using Jade software. The thermal expansion coefficients (TECs) of the SZYG coatings have no abrupt decrease after heat treatment for more than 5 hours, whereas an abrupt decrease in the TECs of the SZ coating is observed after 100 hours heat treatment. The superior performance of the SZYG coating is attributed to the very stable secondary phase t-ZrO2 stabilized by the co-doping of ytterbia and gadolinia. 相似文献

The family of 2D semiconductors (2DSCs) has grown rapidly since the first isolation of graphene. The emergence of each 2DSC material brings considerable excitement for its unique electrical, optical, and mechanical properties, which are often highly distinct from their 3D counterparts. To date, studies of 2DSC are majorly focused on group IV (e.g., graphene, silicene), group V (e.g., phosphorene), or group VIB compounds (transition metal dichalcogenides, TMD), and have inspired considerable effort in searching for novel 2DSCs. Here, the first electrical characterization of group IV–V compounds is presented by investigating few‐layer GeAs field‐effect transistors. With back‐gate device geometry, p‐type behaviors are observed at room temperature. Importantly, the hole carrier mobility is found to approach 100 cm2 V?1 s?1 with ON–OFF ratio over 105, comparable well with state‐of‐the‐art TMD devices. With the unique crystal structure the few‐layer GeAs show highly anisotropic optical and electronic properties (anisotropic mobility ratio of 4.8). Furthermore, GeAs based transistor shows prominent and rapid photoresponse to 1.6 µm radiation with a photoresponsivity of 6 A W?1 and a rise and fall time of ≈3 ms. This study of group IV–V 2DSC materials greatly expands the 2D family, and can enable new opportunities in functional electronics and optoelectronics based on 2DSCs. 相似文献

SnO2/graphene quantum dots (GQDs) nano-composites were prepared via solvothermal method (160 °C, 10 h), in which graphene quantum dots were synthesized from graphene oxide by one-step solvothermal method. The nano-composites were characterized by means of HRTEM, XRD, SEM, FTIR, XPS and N2 adsorption–desorption, respectively. The sensor devices were fabricated using SnO2/GQDs nano-composites as sensing materials. The effect of the GQDs content on the gas-sensing responses and the gas-sensing selectivity was investigated. The experimental results showed that the sensor based on SnO2/GQDs nano-composite (S-2) exhibited good response and good selectivity to acetone vapor. When operating at 275 °C, the responses of the sensor based on SnO2/GQDs nano-composite (S-2) to 1000 and 0.1 ppm acetone reached 120.6 and 1.3, respectively; the response time and the recovery time for 1000 ppm acetone were 17 and 13 s, respectively. 相似文献
