MT3 shows apparently different properties and function fromMT1 even though they have 70% sequence homology. Possibly thetwo inserts, Thr5 and a negatively charged hexapeptide at position-55in MT3, play important roles. A series of MT3 variants aroundthe EAAEAE hexapeptide have been prepared by site-directed mutagenesisand their properties and reactivity towards pH, EDTA and DTNBhave been studied. Our detailed studies revealed that the EAAEAEinsert is essential to the property of MT3. It is the hexapeptideinsert, to some extent, making the MT3  相似文献

Precursor-derived Si-C-N ceramics after creep testing in air were characterized using X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). XRD analysis showed that the crept Si-C-N ceramics were covered by an α-cristobalite layer. TEM observations revealed that the precipitated nanocrystallites in the crept Si-C-N ceramics were β-SiC. Between α-cristobalite and crept Si-C-N ceramic, there was an intermediate zone in which Si2N2O nanocrystallites were distributed homogeneously. Moreover, Si2N2O nanocrystallites were often found covering the surface of nanosized gas channels in the crept Si-C-N ceramics, where no α-cristobalite phase was detected. Based on these observations, a two-step oxidation mechanism of Si-C-N ceramics during creep testing in air was proposed.  相似文献

本文以离子交换树脂作为液固相酯化反应的催化剂 ,甲苯作为带水剂 ,合成己二酸二乙酯。应用本法 ,酯化反应产率高达 78%。同时对影响产率的诸因素进行了考察 ,其最佳反应条件为 :酸醇摩尔比 1∶4 ,催化剂用量为酸质量的 2 5 % ,反应时间为 10小时 ,反应温度 86~ 87℃ ,催化剂重复使用 4次 ,未出现活性明显下降 ,此工艺操作简单 ,反应条件温和 ,产率高 ,具有显著的工业应用价值。  相似文献

A general model of autogenous shrinkage caused by chemical reaction (chemical shrinkage) is developed by means of Arrhenius' law and a degree of chemical reaction. Models of tensile creep and relaxation modulus are built based on a viscoelastic, three-element model. Tests of free shrinkage and tensile creep were carried out to determine some coefficients in the models. Two-dimensional FEM analysis based on the models and other constitutions can predict the development of tensile strength and cracking. Three groups of patch-repaired beams were designed for analysis and testing. The prediction from the analysis shows agreement with the test results. The cracking mechanism after repair is discussed.  相似文献

以水热法制备了粒径为20-40nm的锰锌铁氧体纳米晶,以XRD、SEM、磁强计等对产物做了表征,分析了影响锰锌铁氧体纳米晶的因素。结果表明,在T≥150℃,t≥5h条件下,均能得到阵锌铁氧体纳米晶粉末。T=450℃时制备的纳米晶的磁强度最高;添加剂能改善水热体系的均匀性,使产物分布均匀、晶相单一、团聚少。  相似文献

Recently a method that uses water droplets at the air–solution interface as an ordered template was reported for the preparation of ordered micrometer‐size honeycomb structures. Here we show that the method can also be used for formation of honeycomb‐like porous films from random copolymers with certain hydrophilicity, besides those polymers with defined structures such as block copolymers, starlike homopolymers, amd amphiphilic polymers. This demonstrates that the stabilization of water droplets is the key factor for the regular structure. Also we indicate that size and structure of the films can be regulated by such variables as concentration and atmospheric humidity. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of N‐isopropylacrylamide/[[3‐(methacryloylamino)propyl]dimethy(3‐sulfopropyl)ammonium hydroxide] (NIPAAm/MPSA) copolymer hydrogels were prepared with various compositions. Swelling of the hydrogels in water, aqueous NaCl, KCl, CaCl2, and MgCl2 solutions was studied. NIPAAm/MPSA hydrogels have a higher degree of swelling in water and salt solutions than that of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm). Also, NIPAAm/MPSA hydrogels are more salt resistant when deswelling in salt solutions. For <7 mol % MPSA, the formed hydrogels retain both temperature reversibility and high swelling. A higher content of MPSA (>11 mol %) leads to better salt resistance but a decrease in thermosensitivity. The swelling of NIPAAm/MPSA hydrogel in 0.05M NaCl is non‐Fickian. In NaCl and KCl aqueous solutions, the zwitterionic hydrogels do not show obvious antipolyelectrolyte swelling behavior, whereas in divalent salt CaCl2 and MgCl2 solutions, the swelling ability of NIPAAm/MPSA hydrogels is enhanced at low salt concentration, then decreases with further increase in salt concentration. High-quality data play a paramount role in monitoring, control, and prediction of wastewater treatment process (WWTP) and can effectively ensure the efficient and stable operation of system. Missing values seriously degrade the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the data quality due to network collapses, connection errors and data transformation failures. In these cases, it is infeasible to recover missing data depending on the correlation with other variables. To tackle this issue, a univariate imputation method (UIM) is proposed for WWTP integrating decomposition method and imputation algorithms. First, the seasonal-trend decomposition based on loess method is utilized to decompose the original time series into the seasonal, trend and remainder components to deal with the nonstationary characteristics of WWTP data. Second, the support vector regression is used to approximate the nonlinearity of the trend and remainder components respectively to provide estimates of its missing values. A self-similarity decomposition is conducted to fill the seasonal component based on its periodic pattern. Third, all the imputed results are merged to obtain the imputation result. Finally, six time series of WWTP are used to evaluate the imputation performance of the proposed UIM by comparing with existing seven methods based on two indicators. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed UIM is effective for WWTP time series under different missing ratios. Therefore, the proposed UIM is a promising method to impute WWTP time series.  相似文献
