Fluorescence in situ hybridization mapping of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene to 7q31.3

We have used the fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technique to refine the localization of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene on human chromosome 7. The result shows that the gene is most likely located within band q31.3.

高层建筑损伤识别中的补偿算法

本文在已有研究工作的基础上，提出了处理激励测量信息不完备情况下的补偿算法。此方法主要针对高层建筑动力检测中强迫激励的情况，是一种基于时域的识别方法，该方法实际上是利用客观工程实际中结构系统激励所具有的物理持征作为识别计算的辅助条件，来解决测量信息的不完备性问题。算例分析表明了该方法的可行性。     

国产核电厂蒸汽发生器下封头接管区模拟装置承受循环载荷能力的试验

国产核电厂蒸汽发生器下封头群孔接管区具有应力分布复杂、焊接施工条件差的特点。为考核其承受循环载荷的能力，设计制造了与实物相似的模拟试验装置，根据核电厂运行寿命期内的载荷特点，确定了模拟试验装置的试验载荷与试验循环数。循环加载试验的结果表明，蒸汽发生器下封头群孔接管区承受循环载荷的能力在寿命期内是符合要求的。     

Development of Bi(Pb)-2223/Ag pancake-shaped and solenoidal coils

High temperature superconducting (HTSC) multifilamentary (MT) Bi(Pb)-2223/Ag tapes with reproducible critical current density of between 15000 and 20000 A/cm² at 77 K in self field have been achieved using the standard flat-rolling method as the intermediate deformation between sintering periods. Long lengths of Bi(Pb)-2223/Ag MT tapes up to 43 m prepared by the conventional method of powder-in-tube (PIT) have been successfully produced on a laboratory scale. Several coils have been fabricated from sections of the long length tape, using the co-wound wind-and-react (W&R) procedure for the pancake-shaped and the singly-wound W&R as well as R&W procedure for the solenoidal coils. A novel W&R solenoidal coil (reaching ~973 ampere-turns) wound on an alumina ceramic tube generates a DC field of ~19 mT at 77 K and has been fabricated together with five pancake-shaped coils, each generating an average of ~5 mT at 77 K. These are destined for magnet construction with a possible combined calculated field of ~0.04 T at 77 K (with liquid nitrogen as a coolant)     

太钢电弧炉上应用四星接法MOA的必要性

分析了太钢电弧炉变压器高压侧相间过电压的产生原因，比较了用于限制过电压的避雷器的两种接法．结论是用四垦接法ＭＯＡ限制过电压的效果较显著．     

A Method of Combined SHPB Technique and BP Neural Network to Study Impact Response of Materials

Abstract:  A new method combining the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) technique with the back-propagation (BP) neural network program is proposed. By this method, the treated strain wave signals become smooth with less noises induced by the transverse inertia. Moreover, the dynamic rate-dependent constitutive behaviour of materials can be identified, without any pre-assumption of a constitutive model. It is found that by taking the experimentally measured data of strain, strain rate and time as 'input' and the corresponding data of stress as 'output' of the BP neural network, the dynamic constitutive behaviour with internal damage or phase transformation evolution is easy to be identified, where the time could represent either the internal damage evolution or phase transformation process accompanied with the deformation process. It is emphasised that the data learnt by the BP neural network must include both loading and unloading processes, if the whole loading and unloading response is to be correctly predicted. The comparisons between the predictions and experimental results are in good agreement for both polyamide (PA) polymer (as an example of nonlinear viscoelastic materials) and Ti–Ni alloy (as an example of superelastic materials with stress-induced phase transformation).     

宣汉——达县地区飞仙关组储层预测方法研究

在宣汉-达县地区,以往仅依据地震属性来预测飞仙关组储层分布,钻探结果与实际情况不符,为此本文提出量化分析预测结合主参数分析的新方法和新思路。在量化分析中首先对飞仙关组储层进行高分辨率反演,获得储能系数图;然后结合主振幅剖面和主频率剖面分析,对储层进行预测。在研究区,本方法的预测结果与实钻情况相吻合。     

二维地震过障碍观测系统模式及其参数设计

在二维地震勘探中,为了避免因地表障碍物使地震反射剖面出现间断现象,需要改变观测系统设计,跨越障碍物(江河、城镇等),以保证反射同相轴能连续追踪对比。在以往地震勘探中,有时因过障碍观测系统设计不合理,不但增加勘探费用,而且影响采集质量。因此只有科学合理地设计过障碍观测系统模式和参数,才能保证地震测线顺利通过障碍物,得到较好的障碍物下方的地震资料并降低勘探成本。为此本文在调查和研究大量野外实际的过障碍观测系统的基础上,总结归纳成三大类过障碍观测系统模式,并分析其特点和应用范围。采用图解法,推导出主要模式的跨越宽度、最小炮检距及最大炮检距等参数公式。采用这套过障碍观测模式不仅可以得到和障碍区两侧等质量的地震资料,而且可以有效地降低勘探成本。
