As global air pollution becomes increasingly severe,various types of fibrous filters have been devel-oped to improve air filter performance.However,fibrous filters have limitations such as high packing density that generally causes high-pressure drop and ultimately deterioration in the filtration effi-ciency.High-pressure particulate matter precipitators are limited in terms of scope for commercialization because they require high voltage supplies and ozone generators.In this study,we develop fibrous fil-ters with enhanced durability and improved performance using metallized microfibers decorated with metal-organic-framework(MOF)nanocrystals.Not only does the efficiency of the developed filters remain at or above 97%for 0.50-1.5 μm PMs but the durability also significantly increases.In addi-tion,using the water purification ability of the MOF,we explore the dye degradation effect of the hybrid microfibers by immersing them into Rhodamine B aqueous solution.In such an experiment the Rho-damine B aqueous solution is completely purified by the presence of the hybrid microfibers under the UV irradiation. 相似文献

Friction stir butt welding (FSW) between A5052-O aluminum alloy plates with a thickness of 2 mm was performed.The rotation speeds of the welding tool were 2000 and 3000 r/min,respectively.The traverse speed was ranged from 100 mm/min to 900 mm/min.The defect-free welds with the very smooth surface morphology were successfully obtained,except for at the welding condition of 3000 r/min and 100 mm/min.The onion ring structure was observed in the friction-stir-welded zone (SZ) at the condition of 2000 r/min and 100 mm/min.For all the welding conditions,the grain size of the SZ was smaller than that of the base metal,and was decreased with the decrease of the tool rotation speed and with the increase of the tool traverse speed.The stir zone exhibited higher average hardness than the base metal.The decrease of the tool rotation speed and the increase of the tool traverse speed resulted in the increase in the average hardness of the SZ.The tensile strength of the FSWed plates was similar to that of the base metal,except for at the welding condition of 3000 r/min and 100 mm/min.The total elongation of the FSWed plates was lower than that of the base metal. 相似文献

以大豆7S和11S球蛋白为研究对象,采用纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)对其进行分子修饰,添加量分别为蛋白基料的0.5%、1.0%、1.5%,然后用1、3、5 mol/L尿素控制变性相结合的方法来提高7S与11S球蛋白在3种木材(水曲柳、樱桃木、松木)上的胶黏强度。结果表明,经纳米SiO2修饰后,大豆7S和11S球蛋白的胶黏强度明显增大,最佳添加量为1%;当浓度为1 mol/L的尿素与1%的纳米SiO2共同修饰7S和11S球蛋白后,其胶黏强度最大。同时采用差示扫描量热仪测定了大豆球蛋白修饰前后的焓变,并探讨了胶黏作用增强的可能机理。 相似文献

Solvent extracts were prepared from Manda Enzyme®, one of the fermented health foods, and their activities of radical scavenging and cancer cell growth inhibition were evaluated. Manda Enzyme® was extracted with 55% ethanol, and then fractionated into n‐hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol‐soluble and methanol‐insoluble fractions. The antioxidant activities were in the order chloroform > ethyl acetate > other fractions and of each fraction were positively related to the amount of total phenolics and the intensity of brown color. The cancer cell growth inhibitory activities were in the order n‐hexane > chloroform > other fractions. Proliferation of HRT‐18, HCT‐48 and HepG2 human cancer cells was inhibited by the treatment of the n‐hexane fraction of Manda Enzyme® at a concentration of 400 μg/mL to the extent of 75, 89 and 90%, respectively. From these results, it is considered that Manda Enzyme® has chemically different ingredients showing strong antioxidant and anticancer activity in vitro. 相似文献

Selected mixes consisting of Bf [high-beef (29%) low-fat (2.96%)], bf [low-beef (20%) low-fat] and BF [high-beef high-fat (5%)] which incorporated raw beef, defatted soy flour, and corn starch were extruded in a single-screw extruder. The products had no flavor additives and trained sensory panelists detected hay-like, beany or grainy flavors. Bf extrudate was more expanded than BF extrudate and rated least hard by the sensory panel, whereas bf extrudate was least susceptible to lipid oxidation. Bf and bf extrudates showed microstruc-tures with large air cells. All three showed advantages of beef and soy flour in amino acid and fatty acid compositions, respectively, and were microbiologically safe during prolonged storage at 37°C. 相似文献

Electrical stimulation was evaluated as a method to kill Salmonella typhimurium in various salt solutions at different concentration . Salmonella typhimurium at 2 × 105 CFU/ml was treated at 22–24C for 60 min in each salt solution using electricity at 10 mA/cm2 current, 1 kHz frequency, and 50% duty cycle. Samples taken at various times were serially diluted, plated on tryptic soy agar and xylose lysine desoxycholate agar, and incubated at 37C for 18–24 h. To detect injured cells, samples were also pre-enriched in buffered peptone water at 37C for 4–5h before being plated. Results indicated all salmonellae were electrically killed at 5 min in NaCl, at 30 min in NaNO3 , and at 45 min in NaC2 H3 O2 at 0.15 and 0.015 M concentrations. Salmonellae were also killed at 45 min in Na3 PO4 and at 60 min in Na2 CO3 at 0.0015 M concentration by electricity in combination with high pH . 相似文献

Compatible phases in the system Li2 O-Al2 O3 -TiO2 at various temperature levels were determined mainly by solid-state reactions for the portion of the ternary system bounded by Li2 O Al2 O2 , Li2 O.TiO2 , Al2 O, and TiO2 . The existence of a ternary compound, Li2 O.Al2 O3 .4TiO2 , and nine joins was established. A lectin gene homolog of Oryza sativa was successfully cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli. The deduced amino acid sequence of the protein product showed a significant similarity with known chitin‐binding lectins. Most of the recombinant lectin was found in an insoluble aggregated form as inclusion bodies and only a small part was in the culture medium in a soluble active form. Functional recombinant lectin was recovered from the inclusion bodies by solubilization with 8 M urea in Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.0 and renaturation by 10‐fold dilution in the same buffer. The recombinant lectin with His‐tag was simply purified to homogeneity by the process of affinity chromatography and was obtained with a yield of 6–8 mg/L culture. The recombinant lectin was a homo‐dimer composed of 22 kDa. The hemagglutination activity of the recombinant lectin was optimal at pH 4.0–7.0 and it was very sensitive to inhibition by N‐acetylneuraminic acid and thyroglobulin. 相似文献
