本文提出了一种基于级连分组网的手写数字识别的新方法。这种方法根据将每次分类任务简单化的思想,将每个网络的任务简化以提高其辨别能力。整个系统分为两级,第一级进行粗分类,选取前两个后选字。第二级对两个后选字进行细分类。每个细分类网络完成区分两类特定模式的任务,由于每个子网络分类数目的减少导致识别精度的提高。使用我们自己构造的含10万个字符的库进行测试,我们的系统达到了在拒识为5%以内时误识为0.067%。 相似文献

The Fisher Linear Discriminant (FLD) is commonly used in pattern recognition. It finds a linear subspace that maximally separates class patterns according to the Fisher Criterion. Several methods of computing the FLD have been proposed in the literature, most of which require the calculation of the so-called scatter matrices. In this paper, we bring a fresh perspective to FLD via the Fukunaga-Koontz Transform (FKT). We do this by decomposing the whole data space into four subspaces with different discriminability, as measured by eigenvalue ratios. By connecting the eigenvalue ratio with the generalized eigenvalue, we show where the Fisher Criterion is maximally satisfied. We prove the relationship between FLD and FKT analytically, and propose a unified framework to understanding some existing work. Furthermore, we extend our our theory to Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA). This is done by transforming the data into intra- and extra-class spaces, followed by maximizing the Bhattacharyya distance. Based on our FKT analysis, we identify the discriminant subspaces of MDA/FKT, and propose an efficient algorithm, which works even when the scatter matrices are singular, or too large to be formed. In this paper,characteristics of flow and convective heat transfer of China RP-3 kerosene in straight circular pipe were numerically studied.Navier-Stokes equations were solved using RNG k-turbulence model with low Reynolds number correction.The thermophysical and transport properties of the China RP-3 kerosene were calculated with a 10-species surrogate and the extended corresponding state method(ECS) combined with Benedict-Webb-Rubin equation.The independence of grids was first studied and the numerical results were then compared with experimental data for validation.Under flow conditions given in the paper,the results show that deterioration of convective heat transfer occurs when the wall temperature is slightly higher than the pseudo-critical temperature of kerosene for cases with wall heat flux of 1.2 and 0.8 MW/m 2.The degree of the heat transfer deterioration is weakened as the heat flux decreases.The deterioration,however,does not happen when the heat flux on the pipe wall is reduced to 0.5 MW/m 2.Based on the analysis of the near-wall turbulent properties,it is found that the heat transfer deterioration and then the enhancement are attributed partly to the change in the turbulent kinetic energy in the vicinity of pipe wall.The conventional heat transfer relations such as Sieder-Tate and Gnielinski formulas can be used for the estimation of kerosene heat convection under subcritical conditions,but they are not capable of predicting the phenomenon of heat transfer deterioration.The modified Bae-Kim formula can describe the heat transfer deterioration.In addition,the frictional drag would increase dramatically when the fuel transforms to the supercritical state. 相似文献

In this paper, the air film formation behavior of air cushion belt conveyor with stable load is studied. The air cushion field is analyzed by means of theoretical derivation, numerical simulation and experimental research. An intelligent experiment platform is developed. Three dimensional pressure distribution of air film and the air film thickness distribution along the conveyor belt in the width direction are obtained. The experimental result is analyzed by comparing with theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. The numerical and theoretical results are in good agreement with those obtained from experiments. The air film formation behavior pattern of air cushion belt conveyor with stable load is presented. The optimized film thickness and pore distribution are obtained based on the comprehensive energy consumption. In order to extract intracellular lipids from cyanobacterial Synechocystis PCC 6803 for biofuel production, seven cell-disruption methods - autoclaving, bead beating, freeze drying, French press, microwave, pulsed electric fields (PEF), and ultrasound - were tested prior to lipid extraction to make intracellular lipids more accessible by organic solvents. The different methods brought about distinct disruption effects to the cell envelope, plasma membrane, and thylakoid membranes that were related to extraction efficiency. Microwave, PEF, and ultrasound with temperature control had significant enhancement of lipid extraction (9-13% increases). Bead beating, freeze drying, and French press did not provide significant enhancement of lipid extraction. Furthermore, autoclaving, French press, and ultrasound treatments caused significant release of lipid into the medium, which may increase solvent usage and make medium recycling difficult. In order to minimize the cost of cell-disruption and lipid-extraction steps, microwave and PEF (with temperature control) might be best suited for large-scale cell disruption among all techniques investigated. 相似文献
