结合新版建筑工程施工质量验收规范的学习和施工实践 ,介绍了新版标准与旧标准的差异和特点 ,并就如何贯彻实施新标准、准确掌握检验批等问题作了分析 ,提出了执行中的相关注意事项。     

用科学发展观推进水利“十个转变”

树立和落实科学发展观，除不断深化对科学发展观的科学性、必然性和战略性、指导性的认识，不断增强坚持和落实科学发展观的自觉性和坚定性外，更重要的是要将科学发展观付诸实践，见诸行动，贯穿到促进经济社会发展和推动改革开放的各项工作中去，在实践中将科学发展观转化为强大的物质力量。水利行业贯彻和落实科学发展观，关键在于认清形势，立足实际，把握重点，明确方向，在扎实推进“十个转变”上下功夫。     

浅析硫磺回收装置中的自动控制设计

大规模高含硫原油的炼制工艺必须配套设置脱硫和硫磺回收装置。笔者针对硫磺回收装置的特点,为确保装置的安全平稳运行,提出了该装置自动控制设计中需要严格监控的工艺参数及重点部位,叙述了仪表选型原则和精确测量与控制的原理和方法。     

Accurate higher-order analytical approximate solutions to nonconservative nonlinear oscillators and application to van der Pol damped oscillators

In general, this paper deals with general nonlinear oscillations of a nonconservative and single degree-of-freedom system with odd nonlinearity and, in particular, it presents accurate higher-order analytical approximate solutions to van der Pol damped nonlinear oscillators having odd nonlinearity and the Rayleigh equation. By combining the linearization of the governing equation with harmonic balancing and the method of averaging, we establish accurate analytical approximate solutions for the general weakly damped nonlinear systems. Unlike the classical harmonic balance method, simple linear algebraic equations instead of nonlinear algebraic equations are obtained upon linearization prior to harmonic balancing. The combination of these two methods results in very accurate transient response of the periodic solution. In addition and for the first time, this paper also presents a method for deducing fourth-, fifth- and higher-order linearized governing equations from the lower-order equations without the requirement of formulating the problem from the first principle. Three examples including the van der Pol damped nonlinear oscillator are presented to illustrate the excellent agreement with approximate solution using the exact frequency.     

The effect of ionic interaction on the miscibility and crystallization behaviors of poly(ethylene glycol)/poly(L‐lactic acid) blends

The effect of end groups (2NH₂) of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) on the miscibility and crystallization behaviors of binary crystalline blends of PEG/poly(L ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) were investigated. The results of conductivity meter and dielectric analyzer (DEA) implied the existence of ions, which could be explained by the amine groups of PEG gaining the protons from the carboxylic acid groups of PLLA. The miscibility of PEG(2NH₂)/PLLA blends was the best because of the ionic interaction as compared with PEG(2OH, 1OH‐1CH₃, and 2CH₃)/PLLA blends. Since the ionic interaction formed only at the chain ends of PEG(2NH₂) and PLLA, unlike hydrogen bonds forming at various sites along the chains in the other PEG/PLLA blend systems, the folding of PLLA blended with PEG(2NH₂) was affected in a different manner. Thus the fold surface free energy played an important role on the crystallization rate of PLLA for the PEG(2NH₂)/PLLA blend system. PLLA had the least fold surface free energy and the fast crystallization rate in the PEG(2NH₂)/PLLA blend system, among all the PEG/PLLA systems studied. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 宝钢曲轴用非调质钢的生产与展望

在实验室研究的基础上，开发了屈服强度为520MPa级的曲轴用微合金化非调质钢48MnV。工业生产了6000余吨φ151mm大规格圆钢，其各项性能满足了用户要求。指出了宝钢曲轴用非调质钢开发和努力的方向。     

Prediction of the effects on dynamic response due to distributed structural modification with additional degrees of freedom

The aim of this study is to investigate means of efficiently assessing the effects of distributed structural modification on the dynamic properties of a complex structure. The dynamic properties of the modified structure can be determined by experimental testing or numerical simulation, both of which are complex, expensive and time-consuming. Assuming that the original dynamic characteristics are already established and that the modification is a relatively simple attachment, the modified dynamic properties may be determined numerically without solving the equations of motion of the full-modified structure. The frequency response functions (FRFs) of the modified structure can be computed by coupling the original FRFs and a delta dynamic stiffness matrix for the modification introduced. The validity of this approach is investigated by applying it to a cantilever beam to which a smaller beam is attached as modification. The original FRFs were obtained experimentally as well as numerically. The delta dynamic stiffness matrix was determined numerically by modeling the attachment and part of the original structure including the attachment points. The FRFs of the modified beam were then computed. Good agreement is obtained by comparing the results to the FRFs of the modified beam determined experimentally as well as by numerical modeling of the complete modified structure.     

Cross-Border Migration of Hong Kong Residents Under the 'One Country, Two Systems' Policy

Hong Kong is known as a migrant city because its population was sourced from mainland China, and because there has always been outflows of people to overseas countries, especially from the mid-1980s to mid-1990s. Emigration to mainland China has become a significant recent trend. This article discusses this phenomenon in the theoretical contexts of migration and trans-border residential development. It contends that the trend will intensify more quickly than other cross-border movements because the two systems are separated by a political border within one country, and because there are common cultural ties and rapid economic integration.
