The synthesis and photophysical studies of several multifunctional phosphorescent iridium(III) cyclometalated complexes consisting of the hole‐transporting carbazole and fluorene‐based 2‐phenylpyridine moieties are reported. All of them are isolated as thermally and morphological stable amorphous solids. Extension of the π‐conjugation through incorporation of electron‐pushing carbazole units to the fluorene fragment leads to bathochromic shifts in the emission profile, increases the highest occupied molecular orbital levels and improves the charge balance in the resulting complexes because of the propensity of the carbazole unit to facilitate hole transport. These iridium‐based triplet emitters give a strong orange phosphorescence light at room temperature with relatively short lifetimes in the solution phase. The photo‐ and electroluminescence properties of these phosphorescent carbazolylfluorene‐functionalized metalated complexes have been studied in terms of the coordinating position of carbazole to the fluorene unit. Organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) using these complexes as the solution‐processed emissive layers have been fabricated which show very high efficiencies even without the need for the typical hole‐transporting layer. These orange‐emitting devices can produce a maximum current efficiency of ~ 30 cd A–1 corresponding to an external quantum efficiency of ~ 10 % ph/el (photons per electron) and a power efficiency of ~ 14 lm W–1. The homoleptic iridium phosphors generally outperform the heteroleptic counterparts in device performance. The potential of exploiting these orange phosphor dyes in the realization of white OLEDs is also discussed. 相似文献

The development of efficient quality of service (QoS) routing algorithms in a high‐speed networking or the next generation IP networking environment is a very important and at the same time very difficult task due to the need to provide divergent services with multiple QoS requirements. Recently, a heuristic algorithm H_MCOP, which is based on a non‐linear Lagrange relaxation (NLR) technique, has been proposed to resolve the contradiction between the time complexity and the quality of solution. Even though H_MCOP has demonstrated outstanding capability of finding feasible solutions to the multi‐path constrained (MCP) problem, it has not exploited the full capability that an NLR‐based technique could offer. In this paper, we propose a new NLR‐based heuristic called NLR_MCP, in which the search process is interpreted from a probability's perspective. Simulation results indicate that NLR_MCP can achieve a higher probability of finding feasible solutions than H_MCOP. We also verify that the performance improvement of a MCP heuristic has a tremendous impact on the performance of a higher level heuristic that uses a MCP heuristic as the basic step. Prioritized parallel transmission MAC (PPTM) protocol is proposed for all‐IP wireless wide area network (WAN). In this paper, we analyse its performance and compare it with modified channel load sensing protocol (MCLSP). We model PPTM as a non‐preemptive priority queueing system and obtain a close form of transmission time delay for each priority class, throughput of the scheme, and number of packets in the queue in the Poisson arrival case. We find that PPTM achieves less transmission time delay than MCLSP does for high priority data. Hence, the overall performance of the system using PPTM is significantly improved. Ad hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes dynamically forming a local area network without the use of any existing network infrastructure or centralized administration. One problem in the design of such network is its wireless vulnerabilities and limited physical security. This paper considers the security attributes and goals of ad hoc network, reviews the latest developments of current routing and security mechanissm including encryption, protocols, user authentication, and physical security. It also explores the new approaches trying to solve current problems and points out the future research directions. These methods will be helpful in the military and other security‐sensitive fields. Recently, there has been an increasing interest in mobile ad hoc networks. In a mobile ad hoc network, each mobile node can freely move around and the network is dynamically constructed by collections of mobile nodes without using any existing network infrastructure. Compared to static networks, it faces many problems such as the inefficiency of routing algorithms. Also, the number of control packets in any routing algorithm increases as the mobile speed or the number of mobile nodes increases. Most of the current routing protocols in ad hoc networks broadcast the control packets to the entire network. Therefore, by reducing the number of control packets, the efficiency of the network routing will be improved. If we know where the destination is, we can beam our search toward that direction. However, without using global positioning systems, how can we do this? Define the range nodes as the 1‐hop or 2‐hop neighbors of the destination node. In this paper, we propose using the range nodes to direct our searches for the destination. It can be combined with the existing routing protocols to reduce the control overhead. We show through simulations that AODV and DSR combined with the range node method outperforms the original AODV and DSR routing protocols in terms of control packets overhead. 鄂尔多斯盆地奥陶系马家沟组五段膏盐下白云岩储层形成的主控因素 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
近期勘探实践表明,鄂尔多斯盆地东部奥陶系马家沟组五段膏盐下白云岩具有良好的天然气勘探开发潜力。为此,综合岩心观察、薄片鉴定、物性分析及地球化学特征等资料,对其岩石学、储集空间和孔渗特征等开展了系统研究。结果表明,鄂尔多斯盆地奥陶系膏盐下储集层为孔隙型白云岩储层,纵向上分布在马五6亚段、马五7亚段和马五9亚段。马五6亚段储集层岩性主要为颗粒白云岩和斑状粉晶白云岩,马五7亚段和马五9亚段储集层岩性主要为颗粒白云岩和粉-细晶白云岩。三个储层段储集空间均以溶蚀孔洞为主,次为残余粒间孔、晶间溶孔、晶间孔和微裂缝,平均孔隙度分别为5.84%、6.81%和7.03%。沉积古地貌、海平面变化和准同生期大气淡水溶蚀作用等因素共同控制膏盐下白云岩储集层的发育与分布。研究认为位于盐岩边界线外侧的中央古隆起带和榆林-横山隆起带地势相对较高,颗粒滩沉积厚度大,在准同生期和浅埋藏期易于发生大气淡水溶蚀作用,其内部赋存的孔隙不易被膏盐岩充填,是盆地内膏盐下有利白云岩储集层的发育区。 相似文献

采用低压化学气相淀积(LPCVD)非晶Si填槽工艺代替LPCVD多晶Si填槽工艺,对沟槽绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)器件的沟槽进行非晶Si回填,研究并优化了高深宽比非晶Si填槽工艺.分析了LPCVD非晶Si工艺参数如PH3体积流量和沉积时间等对LPCVD非晶Si填槽能力的影响,通过调制P掺杂浓度和优化非晶Si淀积时间,得到槽底侧壁与槽口侧壁非晶Si厚度差值为0.022 μm的基准非晶Si填槽工艺,优化了LPCVD非晶Si反复多次填槽工艺条件.结果表明,采用优化后的工艺可实现沟槽栅IGBT器件沟槽非晶Si无缝回填,器件的栅极电阻降低了0.150 Ω,漏电流降低了1.408 nA,成品率提升了0.4%. 相似文献

Killing the tumor cells by a visualized targeting system is a promising strategy with which to achieve high efficiency, low side effects, and a high survival rate for tumor therapy. Here, an autophagy regulation strategy is reported by emancipating target‐functionalized carbon dots from autophagy vesicles for the efficient visualized tumor therapy. The folic acid modified N‐doped carbon dots (FN‐CDs) are selectively endocytosed (specific cellular uptake rate >93.40%) and stably existed in autophagic vacuoles in tumor cells. Next, the autophagic vacuoles are “opened” by the autophagy inhibitors. Released FN‐CDs activate both the intrinsic and extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway and kill tumor cells efficiently. This method achieves therapeutic effects with high performance in 26 types of tumor cell lines. Animal experiments show that the 30 d survival rate of this therapeutic strategy is much higher than that with traditional drug treatment. Real‐time imaging/monitoring and its effects on the intelligent tumor therapy are also demonstrated based on the stable, strong, green emission from FN‐CDs. 相似文献
