以ARM为核心的嵌入式体感遥控器设计

介绍一种以ARM为核心的嵌入式服务机器人体感遥控器的设计。硬件上,本遥控器采用具有ARM Cortex—M3内核的STM32F103C8T6作为核心处理器,选用ST公司的iNEMO惯性导航模块进行手部姿态的识别,同时还具有LCD显示模块、无线收发模块和电源模块;软件上,采用嵌入式操作系统μC／OS—Ⅱ实现多任务的调度和外围设备的管理。经实验验证,本遥控器具有高稳定性、高实时性、高可靠性、低误码率等优点。     

Preparation and hydrogen sorption properties of Mg-Cu-Y-H systems

Mg-xwt.%CuY (x=15, 20, 25) composites were successfully prepared by reactive mechanical alloying (RMA).X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement shows that main phases of the as milled composites are MgH2 and Mg2Cu, and they converted into Mg and MgCu2 after dehydrogenation, respectively.Pressure-Composition-Isotherm (PCI) test shows that the composites exhibit double pressure plateau at each isothermal desorption process.The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the composites become worse with increasing x content, indicating that Mg-Cu phase has a negative effect on the hydrogen sorption properties of the composites.It is supposed that the good hydrogen sorption properties of the composites attribute to the catalyst effect of yttrium hydride distributed in Mg substrate and the particles size reduction and crystal defects formed by RMA.     

Effects of surfactant and particle size on the microstructure and strength of Si3N4 foams with high porosity

The highly porous Si₃N₄ ceramic foams were prepared by direct foaming with mixed surfactants. The surface tension and viscosity of slurries were tailored by different carbon chain length of surfactants and different mean Si₃N₄ particle size to achieve the pore size controlling. The nearly linear relationship between the pore size and the ratio of surface tension to viscosity was observed, which indicates that the pore size could be precisely tailored by the slurry properties. Si₃N₄ ceramic foams with porosity of nearly 94%, mean pore size of 110–230 µm, and compressive strength of 1.24–3.51 MPa were obtained.     

MoSi2—Mo5Si3复合材料的低温氧化行为

通过热重分析（TGA）、X射线衍射（XRD）和扫描电镜（SEM）研究了MoSi2-Mo5Si3复合材料的低温氧化行为,指出材料低温氧化时,随Mo5Si3量增多,材料氧化加剧,当Mo5Si3含量超过16％（质量分数）时发生“PEST”现象,所形成的SiO2由于MoS3晶须的大量存在,使其不能均匀连续地分布于材料表面,从而加剧了氧化。

1概况 空压机汽轮机组是空分装置原料和动力的提供者,主要由空压机和工业汽轮机两部分组成.汽轮机为注入凝汽式汽轮机,型号NK-32/36/16-3,级数为1冲动级15反动级,功率9022kW,额定转速7270 r/min,主蒸汽压力6.9 Mpa,主蒸汽温度550℃,主蒸汽流量通常31.9t/h,最大36.8t/h,排汽压力通常0.015MPa,最大0.04MPa,排汽温度通常55℃,最大120℃.但由于多种原因,注汽一直未投,平常为全凝汽式运行.     

聚氯乙烯塑料中多种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的同时测定

为了在线监控聚氯乙烯塑料中增塑剂的含量,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱法-ATR技术测定样品的红外光谱,采用偏最小二乘法对所测红外光谱进行分析,建立了一种无损快速分析方法,定量地测定聚氯乙烯塑料中多种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的含量。该方法测量精密度的变异系数小于6%,测量准确度的变异系数小于3%。该方法不受基体的干扰,简单快速,适合于流水线的质量控制。
