上海五钢采用ALD 5t全封闭Ar气保护电渣重熔炉 ESR(Ar)冶炼了GH4 16 9合金锭 ,分析结果表明 ,ESR(Ar)电渣锭氧、硫含量和锭头尾碳、铝、钛之差远低于一般ESR工艺 ;VIM(真空感应熔炼 ) +ESR(Ar)工艺冶炼合金中平均氧含量 6× 10 - 6 远低于VIM +VAR(真空电弧重熔 )工艺冶炼合金中平均氧含量 13× 10 - 6 ,所以ESR(Ar)工艺脱氧效果优于VAR工艺  相似文献

The laser induced non-destructive photoacoustic technique has been employed to measure the thermal diffusivity of lanthanum phosphate ceramics prepared by the sol–gel route. The thermal diffusivity value was evaluated by knowing the transition frequency between the thermally thin to thermally thick region from the log–log plot of photoacoustic amplitude versus chopping frequency. Analysis of the data was carried out on the basis of the one-dimensional model of Rosencwaig and Gersho. The present investigation reveals that the sintering temperature has great influence on the propagation of heat carriers and hence on the thermal diffusivity value. The results were interpreted in terms of variations in porosity with sintering temperature as well as with changes in grain size.  相似文献

We present an analysis of a stochastic model of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptor. This analysis addresses the contribution of ligand-binding-induced oligomerization, activation of src-homology 2 domain-carrying kinases and receptor internalization in the overall behaviour of the VEGF/VEGF receptor (VEGFR) system. The analysis is based upon a generalization of a Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin (WKB) approximation of the solution of the corresponding master equation. We predict that tumour-mediated overexpression of VEGFRs in the endothelial cells (ECs) of tumour-engulfed vessels leads to an increased sensitivity of the ECs to low concentrations of VEGF, thus endowing the tumour with increased resistance to anti-angiogenic treatment.  相似文献

We have calculated thermal conductivity of alumina nanofluids (with water and ethylene glycol as base fluids) using temperature as well as concentration-dependent viscosity, η. The temperature profile of η is obtained using Gaussian fit to the available experimental data. In the model, the interfacial resistance effects are incorporated through a phenomenological parameter α. The micro-convection of the alumina nanoparticle (diameter less than 100 nm) is included through Reynolds and Prandtl numbers. The model is further improved by explicitly incorporating the thermal conductivity of the nanolayer surrounding the nanoparticles. Using this improved model, thermal conductivity of copper nanofluid is calculated. These calculations capture the particle concentration-dependent thermal conductivity and predict the dependence of the thermal conductivity on the size of the nanoparticle. These studies are significant to understand the underlying processes of heat transport in nanofluids and are crucial to design superior coolants of next generation.  相似文献

A mild thermal treatment of wood leads to improved macroscopic properties (dimensional stabilization and resistance against fungal degradation). The chemical modifications induced by the thermal treatment were investigated by means of DRIFT spectroscopy on wood blocks in order to explain the new macroscopic properties on a molecular level. The formation of new ether linkage was observed in addition to the well-known acidic hydrolysis reactions of wood. Fungal attack was found to take place even after thermal degradation of pentosanes by a standard oxidative way. A competition between depolymerization and condensation reactions was observed.  相似文献

文章介绍了注入剖面五参数组合测井仪及对该仪器的改进与完善,特别是对流量计的结构进行了改进。流量计下端采用水阻尼和机械弹簧两种保护措施,有效地保护了涡轮;过芯加重改成通用加重下挂到涡轮流量计上,有效地减少了涡轮粘污,提高了组合测井仪的测井成功率。改进后测井成功率从60%提高到90%。同时。对数据处理与传输电路也进行了改进,新开发研制了PPM码数据传输体系,使组合仪耐温指标提高到175℃。  相似文献

小型回旋加速器虚拟样机技术是把小型回旋加速器的理论计算、分析、信息技术与机械设计、加工、装配、调试、运行、维修等专家知识进行有机结合,在系统仿真和虚拟现实基础上发展起来的一种新概念技术。基于虚拟样机,可以实现创新设计,有效降低探索风险。文章探讨了回旋加速器虚拟样机系统框架,讨论了虚拟样机系统的体系结构和回旋加速器产品的全生命周期仿真,提出了基于全生命周期集成和多学科协同设计的回旋加速器虚拟样机的开发思路。  相似文献

A hydroxyapatite (HA)/collagen (COL) composite coating on NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) was prepared by eletrochemical deposition (ELD) in modified simulated body fluid (MSBF). To draw comparisons of physical characteristics and bioactivity of the composite coating, the HA/COL composite coating was also prepared by chemically biomimetic growth (BG) and the ELD coating was re-soaked in MSBF again for further biomimetic growth (called EBG method in this paper). It was indicated that the c-axis of HA crystals was oriented parallel to the longitudinal direction of the COL fibril in BG and EBG coating, which could not found in ELD coating. The EBG method could induce a denser, thicker and better crystallized HA/COL coating. The cell culture test indicated that the BG coating presented better cell biocompatibility.  相似文献
