The components and the relative contents of the fatty acids in Gleditsia sinensis L am.were analyzed. The Gleditsia sinensis L am.oil was extracted by soxhlet extraction. The fatty acids in the oil were esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). 14 fatty acids are identified in the Gleditsia sinensis L am.. 用同时蒸馏萃取装置(SDE)提取南果梨果肉挥发油物质,测得南果梨果肉中挥发油的产率为0.17%,用GC/MS法从南果梨果肉挥发油中分离并确认出26 种化学成分,用峰面积归一法通过G1710BA化学站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量,其中主要成分为邻苯二甲酸双(2-乙基己基)酯(29.4%),依兰烯(23.47%),α-金合欢烯(8.4%),9-十八烯酸乙酯(6.13%),2,6-二甲基-6-(4-甲基-3-丙烯基)双环[3.1.1]庚烷-2-烯(4.4%),亚油酸乙酯(2.41%),加入其他成分,共占总检出量的86.56%。 相似文献
