To provide a good machining method in remanufacturing for the repaired parts with various forms,the design method of reconfigurable multi-process combined machining system and its implementation technology for remanufacturing are systematically proposed.The key technologies include reconfigurable structure design method of multi-process combined machining,man-machine coordination parameter programming and control system technology with self-maintenance function.A turn-milling machine tool based on this design method is developed.Natural frequency and corresponding vibration modes of the machine tool were analyzed by using both FEA and vibration test.Stiffness tests and machining experiments show that the rapid machining of most processes for the repaired work pieces can be successfully realized. 相似文献

随着工业科技的发展,现代制造业对零部件的装配精度提出了更高的要求,要求从系统制造的早期阶段预测最终产品的精度与性能,这有利于提高装配合格率、一致性及精度稳定性。在精密零件真实模型的装配仿真过程中,确定零件模型的装配定位是进行装配精度预测与控制首要解决的问题,其本质是两个带有几何误差的配合表面的精确匹配。提出一种基于曲面约束匹配算法的装配仿真定位方法,并通过试验验证,零件装配定位的预测值与实测值的相对误差在10%以内。该方法是准确有效的,具有很好的计算精度,可以快速准确地在真实接触状态下分析和验证装配出的产品是否符合精度要求,为产品的装配分析和公差设计提供良好的校验、反馈功能以及可视化手段。 相似文献

A new profile model based on multi-scale asperities is developed and contact error is calculated.After stratified sampling, the model can get the distribution law of entity points on each cross section.Asperity radius of curvature is estimated by the relationship between circle radius and the section interval. Contact error is related to surface form error. A model equation of contact error plane is calculated through a method based on static equilibrium theory. Three contact asperities which determine the contact error plane on the rough surface are studied. 为了提高微型零件在显微视场下的边缘检测精度, 提出了一种非正交二次B样条小波变换结合Zernike矩的亚像素边缘检测算法. 采用非正交二次B样条小波变换算法得到图像的像素级边缘, 利用Zernike矩算法的矩不变性对像素级边缘进行亚像素边缘细化. 为了实现算法的原理, 建立了一套微型零件的实时检测系统. 给出了系统的总体结构和工作原理, 完成了实时图像采集与检测, 分析了检测结果, 并对检测精度进行了评估. 实验结果表明: 该系统检测零件尺寸可以达到0.01~10 mm, 检测精度可以达到0.01%~0.1%, 可准确识别出微型零件的边缘, 将检测精度提高到亚像素级, 满足了在显微视场下微型零件检测的需要. 相似文献

An architecture and design of a maintenance information management system for distributed manufacture system is presented in this paper, and its related key technologies are studied and implemented also. A frame of the maintenance information management system oriented human-machine monitoring is designed, and using object-oriented method, a general maintenance information management system based on SQL server engineering database and adopted client/server/database three-layer mode can be established. Then, discussions on control technologies of maintenance information management system and remote distributed diagnostics and maintenance system are emphasized.
