巴洛沙星的合成研究

巴洛沙星是一种新型喹诺酮类抗感染药物。从反应温度、反应时间、反应物料摩尔配比和反应溶剂等对合成的影响进行了详细研究。结果表明,其优惠工艺合成条件为:以S1为溶剂,反应温度40℃,反应时间4 h,反应物料摩尔配比n螯合物Ⅰ∶nMAP=1∶1,产品收率79.5%,含量91.4%。     

Experimental study on temperature stress calculation and temperature control optimization of concrete based on early age parameters

Temperature control curve is the key to achieving temperature control and crack prevention of high concrete dam during construction,and its rationality depends on the accurate measurement of temperature stress.With the simulation testing machine for the temperature stress,in the present study,we carried out the deformation process tests of concrete under three temperature curves：convex,straight and concave.Besides,we not only measured the early-age elastic modulus,creep parameters and stress process,but also proposed the preferred type.The results show that at early age,higher temperature always leads to greater elastic modulus and smaller creep.However,the traditional indoor experiments have underestimated the elastic modulus and creep development at early age,which makes the calculated value of temperature stress too small,thus increasing the cracking risk.In this study,the stress values of the three curves calculated based on the strain and early-age parameters are in good agreement with the temperature stress measured by the temperature stress testing machine,which verifies the method accuracy.When the temperature changes along the concave curve,the law of stress development is in consistent with that of strength.Under this condition,the stress fluctuation is small and the crack prevention safety of the concave type is higher,so the concave type is better.The test results provide a reliable basis and support for temperature control curve design and optimization of concrete dams.     

基于图嵌入与拓扑结构信息的蛋白质复合物识别算法

蛋白质复合物是细胞结构和生化机制的研究基础,如何准确识别蛋白质复合物成为近年来的研究热点。针对传统算法根据结构信息对蛋白质复合物进行搜索存在敏感度和F-measure低的问题,以及现有监督学习算法根据人为构造特征进行蛋白质复合物识别存在特征构造不能较好地反映图的真实信息等不足,提出了graph2vec-SVM识别算法。将蛋白质复合物看作稠密子图并考虑子图模块度大小,利用graph2vec将图信息转换为向量,并进一步采用SVM分类器对蛋白质复合物进行识别,提高了蛋白质复合物识别的敏感度和F-measure。该算法分别与目前流行的4种非监督学习算法(ClusterOne、CMC、HC-PIN和COACH)和3种监督学习算法(SCI-BN、SCI-SVM和RM)进行比较,在精准度、敏感度和F-measure 3项指标上都显示出了良好的性能。     

在Unity3D技术基础上构建虚拟校园漫游系统的研究

智慧型校园建设成为学校数字化和信息化发展的主要趋势,Unity3D技术在虚拟校园漫游系统构建中的应用,构建了一个交互式的虚拟校园漫游场景,可以更直观地对校园景观和校园文化进行体验.对Unity3D技术进行了简单的介绍,对虚拟校园漫游系统的设计需求进行了分析,在Unity3D技术基础上,以MVC架构作为总体架构,构建了虚拟校园漫游系统,并对系统模块功能进行了设计和研究.     

Neural-network-based stochastic linear quadratic optimal tracking control scheme for unknown discrete-time systems using adaptive dynamic programming

In this paper, a stochastic linear quadratic optimal tracking scheme is proposed for unknown linear discrete-time (DT) systems based on adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm. First, an augmented system composed of the original system and the command generator is constructed and then an augmented stochastic algebraic equation is derived based on the augmented system. Next, to obtain the optimal control strategy, the stochastic case is converted into the deterministic one by system transformation, and then an ADP algorithm is proposed with convergence analysis. For the purpose of realizing the ADP algorithm, three back propagation neural networks including model network, critic network and action network are devised to guarantee unknown system model, optimal value function and optimal control strategy, respectively. Finally, the obtained optimal control strategy is applied to the original stochastic system, and two simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

单兵火箭基于有限空间的发射噪声测试试验

具有"有限空间内发射"能力的单兵火箭是指能在战壕、掩体或城镇的街巷内使用,发射时具有微焰、微烟、微声和后喷危险界限小等特征,具备最小可安全发射空间采用高低压发射装置和快速燃烧无烟推进剂,使火箭筒发射药燃烧时间缩短,利用率提高.这样可使发射噪声和后喷火焰减小,既增大了射手安全系数,也降低了对发射筒身的强度要求,有利于减轻武器系统的质量和重量.     

Influence of static pre-loading on the dynamic bending strength of concrete with particle element modeling

Experimental tests show that static pre-loading has a significant effect on the dynamic strength of concrete.Based on meso-scale particle element model,numerical simulations of dynamic bending tests with pre-loading are performed.Complete stress–strain relationships are then obtained.Significant increase in dynamic strength is found when the pre-loadings are imposed within the elastic limit of concrete.However,when the imposition of pre-loadings reaches the plastic or softening range,dynamic strengths may gradually decrease along with the increase in pre-loadings.The distribution of energy components and the failure modes are discussed to explain the mechanisms of the phenomena.     

T-Q diagram analyses and entransy optimization of the organic flash cycle(OFC)

The electrical power generation from low temperature heat source attracts more and more attentions but the temperature mismatching between the heat sources and working medium in the organic Rankine cycle(ORC)becomes an issue.The organic flash cycle(OFC)is an effective solution to this issue.In this paper,the OFC is analyzed by the concept of entransy loss and the T-Q(temperature-heat flow rate)diagram for the heat-work conversion.The equations for cycles of the basic OFC and the OFC whose heat source is the exhaust gas of the turbine in a Brayton cycle(the combined cycle)are derived theoretically and the results indicate that larger entransy loss rate leads to larger output power with prescribed inlet parameters of the hot stream in the discussed cases,which is displayed by the T-Qdiagram intuitively.Two numerical examples demonstrate that the optimal mass flow rate of the working medium for the maximum entransy loss rate is the same as that for the maximum output power.The T-Qdiagram analyses is in accordance with the numerical results.The concept of entransy loss can be used as the criteria for the OFC optimization.     

Study of Sound Environment Influenced by the Crowd in Waiting Areas in General Hospitals

In this study, the crowd has been investigated and analyzed in waiting areas in large general hospitals in China in order to find the rules the variations of sound environment with the change of crowd. The field investigation, questionnaire, field-testing and computer simulation have been adopted. The results show that: the social/demographic characteristics of staff and patients are not significantly related to the satisfaction evaluation of sound environment; there is a significant correlation between the population density and LAeq of the background noise in waiting areas; when population density is 0, the LAeq of background noise is not 0 in waiting areas; the loudspeaker should be set in the waiting areas. Loudspeaker arrangements should be integrated into the ceiling lamp or construct facilities along the depth direction of the layout, and the two adjacent speakers recommended distance should be controlled at about 4 m. If the population density is controlled in the reasonable range, and sound absorption, noise reduction processing and electronic queuing system are adopted, sound environment of waiting areas will be built with noise interference relatively small in different population densities.
