The practical applications of high-energy-density lithium (Li) metal batteries (LMB) have been hindered by the formation and growth of Li dendrites. Homogenizing the Li-ion flux to suppress Li dendrites by regulating the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) originating from electrolyte degradation is necessary but still challenging. Herein, ion-affiliative cellulose acetate (CA) with functional Li salts is prepared to generate the SEI with fast Li+ diffusion kinetics. First, the correlations between the functional ester group and LiN(CF3SO2)2 (LiTFSI) are theoretically and experimentally identified, where CO strongly adsorbed N(CF3SO2)2− through electrostatic interaction to enhance the charge-transfer-promoted decomposition of LiTFSI. Furthermore, the CA with ex situ doped LiTFSI amplifies this fluorinated degradation effect, and the LiF-enriched SEI nanostructure is consequently established in situ, as confirmed by cryogenic transmission electron microscopy. As a result, the dendritic Li growth during cycling is efficiently suppressed, and the lifespan is prolonged by more than six times at a high current density of 3 mA cm−2. Compressed sensing (CS) is a recently proposed technique that allows the reconstruction of a signal sampled in violation of the traditional Nyquist criterion. It has immediate applications in reduction of acquisition time for measurements, simplification of hardware, reduction of memory space required for data storage, etc. CS has been applied usually by considering real-valued data. However, complex-valued data are very common in practice, such as terahertz (THz) imaging, synthetic aperture radar and sonar, holography, etc. In such cases CS is applied by decoupling real and imaginary parts or using amplitude constraints. Recently, it was shown in the literature that the quality of reconstruction for THz imaging can be improved by applying smoothness constraint on phase as well as amplitude. In this paper, we propose a general lp minimization recovery algorithm for CS, which can deal with complex data and smooth the amplitude and phase of the data at the same time as well has the additional feature of using a separate sparsity promoting basis such as wavelets. Owing to the unique electronic properties, rare‐earth modulations in noble‐metal electrocatalysts emerge as a critical strategy for a broad range of renewable energy solutions such as water‐splitting and metal–air batteries. Beyond the typical doping strategy that suffers from synthesis difficulties and concentration limitations, the innovative introduction of rare‐earth is highly desired. Herein, a novel synthesis strategy is presented by introducing CeO2 support for the nickel–iron–chromium hydroxide (NFC) to boost the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performance, which achieves an ultralow overpotential at 10 mA cm?2 of 230.8 mV, the Tafel slope of 32.7 mV dec?1, as well as the excellent durability in alkaline solution. Density functional theory calculations prove the established d–f electronic ladders, by the interaction between NFC and CeO2, evidently boosts the high‐speed electron transfer. Meanwhile, the stable valence state in CeO2 preserves the high electronic reactivity for OER. This work demonstrates a promising approach in fabricating a nonprecious OER electrocatalyst with the facilitation of rare‐earth oxides to reach both excellent activity and high stability. 相似文献
