This paper presents the results of authors investigations on elaboration of a new thick film composition filled with carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The polymer composition consists of polymer vehicle, which is the solution of organic resin in certain combination of solvents, and functional phase—carbon nanotubes well dispersed in the vehicle. The pastes were applied with screen-printing on several substrates and temperature cured. The properties of obtained layers were characterized. Series of samples were prepared with different amount of CNTs to evaluate electrical properties. Changes in resistance were investigated during periodic mechanical and temperature stresses, realized through cyclical bending and rapid temperature change. Tensometric effect was also investigated. Investigations have proved that polymer composites based on carbon nanotubes exhibit high resilience to stress factors. Resistance change in function of temperature was also investigated to evaluate temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). All this aspects are important for elastic resistors fabrication in printed electronics microcircuits. Resistance and noise measurements in cryostats have also been involved. 1/f type noise has been observed. Noise intensity, calculated in decade frequency bands, rises significantly with increasing temperature. Activation energies of thermally activated noise sources (TANS) have been revealed using low-frequency noise spectroscopy. Relatively large value of negative TCR has been obtained from resistance versus temperature curve. Calculated dimensionless sensitivity is similar to that observed in cryogenic temperature sensors. However, bulk noise intensity of resistive layer is larger than obtained for lead containing RuO2 based resistive layers. 相似文献

There are two ways of modelling cracking in concrete structures using a finite element method (FEM). In the first concept crack is considered as densely distributed throughout the finite area of element. The alternative approach assumes an isolated sharp interelement crack. The first concept of microcracked band is often used during numerical computations of concrete structures and a crack band model can be applied in design practice where relatively simple methods of calculations are preferred. In this model the width of microcracked zone, which is called the width of fracture process zone, is the additional parameter of tensile concrete.In this paper, the influence of the fracture process zone width on numerical calculations in case of bent concrete beams is analyzed. The results of numerical simulations are presented and compared with those obtained during the experiment. The crack band model proposed by Hillerborg [Cement and Concrete Research, 6 (1976) 773–782] has been used in numerical calculations and six different widths of fracture process zone have been modelled in the analyzed specimen. When comparing the obtained FEM-results their significant differences according to the width of fracture process zone have been observed. On the basis of the performed analysis it may be concluded that the width of fracture process zone taken in numerical simulations does have an influence on FEM-results. 相似文献

An electrochemical and theoretical character of alternate copolymer of carbazole and bithiophene units was investigated. Polymerization is processed as two steps bielectronic oxidation of molecule. With monoelectronic oxidation is connected stable radical cation with spin located mainly on carbazole. The electrochemical properties of polymer are dependent on thickness of film deposited on electrode. In case of the thin layers one it is observed characteristic redox couple of carbazole oxidation to radical cation. Analysis of polymer behavior and results of spectrochemical measurements indicate on mixed type of electroconductivity.Molecular structures, HOMO-LUMO gaps and nature of highest occupied and lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals were also studied in presented work for oligomers ranging from monomer to octamer. This research continues the thermodynamic analysis of steady-state solid oxide fuel cells initiated in Sieniutycz (Sieniutycz, S., 2010, Thermodynamic aspects of power generation in imperfect fuel cells: part I. International Journal of Ambient Energy, 31 (4), 195–202). This analysis focuses on the effect of incomplete conversions in chemical reactions. A general approach is developed that attributes lowering of the cell voltage below its reversible value to polarisations and imperfect chemical conversions. Relevant model, appropriate for systems with complete conversions, is extended to imperfect cases. The performance curves of a fuel cell and the effect of typical design and operating parameters on the cell behaviour are analysed. Chronic wound healing is currently a severe problem due to its incidence and associated complications. Intensive research is underway on substances that retain their biological activity in the wound microenvironment and stimulate the formation of new blood vessels critical for tissue regeneration. This group includes synthetic compounds with proangiogenic activity. Previously, we identified phosphorothioate analogs of nucleoside 5′-O-monophosphates as multifunctional ligands of P2Y6 and P2Y14 receptors. The effects of a series of unmodified and phosphorothioate nucleotide analogs on the secretion of VEGF from keratinocytes and fibroblasts, as well as their influence on the viability and proliferation of keratinocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells were analyzed. In addition, the expression profiles of genes encoding nucleotide receptors in tested cell models were also investigated. In this study, we defined thymidine 5′-O-monophosphorothioate (TMPS) as a positive regulator of angiogenesis. Preliminary analyses confirmed the proangiogenic potency of TMPS in vivo. 相似文献

Ischemic stroke is a disease related to abnormal blood flow that leads to brain dysfunction. The early and late phases of the disease are distinguished. A distinction is made between the early and late stages of the disease, and the best effect in treating an ischemic stroke is usually achieved within the first hours after the onset of symptoms. This review looked at studies platelet activity monitoring studies to determine the risks and benefits of various approaches including antiplatelet therapy. A study was conducted on recently published literature based on PRISMA. This review includes 32 research articles directly addressing the importance of monitoring platelet function during antiplatelet therapy (dual or monotherapy) after ischemic stroke. In patients with transient ischemic attack or ischemic stroke, antiplatelet therapy can reduce the risk of stroke by 11–15%, assuming that patients respond well. Secondary prevention results are dependent on platelet reactivity, meaning that patients do not respond equally to antiplatelet therapy. It is very important that aspirin-resistant patients can benefit from the use of dual antiplatelet therapy. The individualized approach to secondary stroke prevention is to administer the most appropriate drug at the correct dose and apply the optimal therapeutic procedure to the individual patient. 相似文献

Excessive glucose metabolism and disruptions in Wnt signaling are important molecular changes present in oral cancer cells. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of the combinatorial use of glycolysis and Wnt signaling inhibitors on viability, cytotoxicity, apoptosis induction, cell cycle distribution and the glycolytic activity of tongue carcinoma cells. CAL 27, SCC-25 and BICR 22 tongue cancer cell lines were used. Cells were treated with inhibitors of glycolysis (2-deoxyglucose and lonidamine) and of Wnt signaling (PRI-724 and IWP-O1). The effects of the compounds on cell viability and cytotoxicity were evaluated with MTS and CellTox Green tests, respectively. Apoptosis was evaluated by MitoPotential Dye staining and cell cycle distribution by staining with propidium iodide, followed by flow cytometric cell analysis. Glucose and lactate concentrations in a culture medium were evaluated luminometrically. Combinations of 2-deoxyglucose and lonidamine with Wnt pathway inhibitors were similarly effective in the impairment of oral cancer cells’ survival. However, the inhibition of the canonical Wnt pathway by PRI-724 was more beneficial, based on the glycolytic activity of the cells. The results point to the therapeutic potential of the combination of low concentrations of glycolytic modulators with Wnt pathway inhibitors in oral cancer cells. 相似文献
