Lead‐(Pb‐) halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) are interesting nanomaterials due to their excellent optical properties, such as narrow‐band emission, high photoluminescence (PL) efficiency, and wide color gamut. However, these NCs have several critical problems, such as the high toxicity of Pb, its tendency to accumulate in the human body, and phase instability. Although Pb‐free metal (Bi, Sn, etc.) halide perovskite NCs have recently been reported as possible alternatives, they exhibit poor optical and electrical properties as well as abundant intrinsic defect sites. For the first time, the synthesis and optical characterization of cesium ytterbium triiodide (CsYbI3) cubic perovskite NCs with highly uniform size distribution and high crystallinity using a simple hot‐injection method are reported. Strong excitation‐independent emission and high quantum yields for the prepared NCs are verified using photoluminescence measurements. Furthermore, these CsYbI3 NCs exhibit potential for use in organic–inorganic hybrid photodetectors as a photoactive layer. The as‐prepared samples exhibit clear on–off switching behavior as well as high photoresponsivity (2.4 × 103 A W?1) and external quantum efficiency (EQE, 5.8 × 105%) due to effective exciton dissociation and charge transport. These results suggest that CsYbI3 NCs offer tremendous opportunities in electronic and optoelectronic applications, such as chemical sensors, light emitting diodes (LEDs), and energy conversion and storage devices. 相似文献

In a fin-tube heat exchanger the contact between fin collar and tube surface is obtained through mechanical expansion of tubes. Since the interfaces between the tubes and fins consist partially of metal-to-metal contact and partially of air, the features of heat transfer through the contact interfaces have not been fully investigated. The present study aims at the development of a new tool including an experiment and a numerical calculation for the estimation of the thermal contact conductance between the fin collar and tube surface, and pursues the evaluation of the factors affecting the thermal contact conductance in a fin-tube heat exchanger. Heat exchangers fabricated for the current study have been put to the test for heat balance in a vacuum chamber with water as an internal fluid. And a finite difference numerical scheme has been used for the data reduction of the experimental data to evaluate the thermal contact conductance. Fin-tube heat exchangers employed in the current research are of tube diameter of 7 mm with different tube expansion ratios, fin spacings, and fin types. The results of the present study imply that these parameters as well as hydrophilic fin coating have a significant effect on the thermal contact conductance. It has been discovered that the portion of the thermal contact resistance is not negligible compared with the total thermal resistance in a fin-tube heat exchanger, and this means that in order to reduce the thermal contact resistance thoughtful care should be taken in fabricating heat exchangers. 相似文献

This essay examines Kim Yongt’ae’s photocollage DMZ, which consists of photo-portraits he acquired from commercial photo studios in US military camptowns in South Korea. The co-founding member of the South Korean artist group Hy?nsilgwa par?n (Reality and Utterance), Kim visited camptowns in 1984. There, he found hundreds of studio photo-portraits depicting Korean women and American GIs serving United States Forces Korea (USFK). While discussions on “found” photographs often center on the discourses of archive, appropriation, or vernacularity appended by the cultural specificity of their origins, this essay proposes a new framework through which Kim’s work is explored: transnational militarism and “disidentification” — a concept put forth by José Esteban Muñoz on minoritarian performativity. Through this framework, DMZ challenges the binary reading of camptown subjects as victim and victimizer and proposes the performative formation of a new subjectivity. 相似文献

Three binary Mg-Al alloys containing nominally 5, 15, and 30 at % Al were prepared in the ingot and rapidly solidified flake conditions using the twin roll technique. The microstructure, mechanical properties, and electrochemical behavior of the extruded alloys in both the conditions were investigated. The hardness, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance increased with increasing Al content. Further, the hardness, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance of the rapidly solidified alloys were superior to the ingot-metallurgy alloys and this is attributed to the microstructural refinement and increased homogeneity in the rapidly solidified alloys. 相似文献

Batch and column experiments were conducted to investigate the feasibility of flushing with silicone oil emulsion for the removal of chlorinated solvents, including trichloroethylene (TCE), perchloroethylene (PCE) and 1,2-dichlorobenzene (DCB). In the batch experiments, solubilization potentials of emulsion and effects of surfactants as additives were examined. The emulsion prepared with 2% (v/v) silicone oil could solubilize 90.7% of 10,000 ppm TCE, 97.3% of 4000 ppm PCE and 99.7% of 7,800 ppm DCB. Results of one-dimensional column studies indicated that aqueous solubility and sorption of contaminants determined the flushing efficiency. The addition of surfactants below their critical micelle concentration (CMC) did not affect the removal of chlorinated solvents in batch and column experiments. The results of this study show that flushing with oil-based emulsion can be applied to treat the chlorinated solvents. 相似文献
