本文论述了寄生电容不敏感型开关电容四象限模拟乘法器的设计，并提出了一种新型的电路结构，分析了它的性能，以及元器件的非理想特性对其性能的影响和采取的补偿方法。     

Sunflower Head Residue Pectin Extraction as Affected by Physical Conditions

Effects of extraction pH, temperature, and time on yield and quality of pectin from sunflower heads (Interstate cultivar) were investigated. The low-methoxyl pectin was extracted, using 0.75% sodium hexametaphosphate at pH 3, 4, and 5 and at 75, 85, and 95°for 20, 40, and 60 min, respectively. Yield, molecular mass, and firmness of jellies of the pectins were determined. Three-way statistical analysis on yield, molecular mass and gel firmness showed strong interactions among pH, temperature and time. Highest yields were obtained at pH 5, 95°for 20 min and pH 4, 85°for 40 min. Pectin extracted for 40 min at pH 3 and 4 and at 85°and 75°C, respectively, had the highest molecular mass. Gel firmness of sunflower pectin prepared at pH 5.4 was higher than that of a commercial citrus pectin.     

非晶Sm5Fe74.3Nb1.5Si11.7B4.5C2.5Cu0.5合金经预退火后的晶化动力学的DTA研究

研究了非晶Sm5Fe74.3Nb1.5Si11.7B4.5C2.5Cu0.5合金经400℃，保温10min预退火后的晶化动力学。结果表明；该合金的晶化相为α-Fe固溶体和Sm2Fe17Cx金属间化合物，两相的晶化表观激活能分别为557KJ/mol和514KJ/mol，当晶化体积分数为60%时，α-Fe相的晶化激活能达极大值；Sm2Fe17Cx相晶化激活能则随其晶化体积分数的增加而逐渐减小。     

Molecular analysis of cellulose biosynthesis in Arabidopsis

Cellulose, an abundant, crystalline polysaccharide, is central to plant morphogenesis and to many industries. Chemical and ultrastructural analyses together with map-based cloning indicate that the RSW1 locus of Arabidopsis encodes the catalytic subunit of cellulose synthase. The cloned gene complements the rsw1 mutant whose temperature-sensitive allele is changed in one amino acid. The mutant allele causes a specific reduction in cellulose synthesis, accumulation of noncrystalline beta-1,4-glucan, disassembly of cellulose synthase, and widespread morphological abnormalities. Microfibril crystallization may require proper assembly of the RSW1 gene product into synthase complexes whereas glucan biosynthesis per se does not.     

四川省渠道工程施工质量评定标准的应用

《四川省渠道工程施工质量评定标准》由通标准、专用标准和附录组成，较早地提出渠道工程的项目划分以及各建筑物的适宜允许偏差质量标准，提出的渠道衬砌质量成品“现场打孔抽测法”以及“允许偏差成品抽测法”，在实际应用中能有效进行质量管理、控制与评定。该标准在消除质量隐患、解决质量纠纷、工程评优以及规范质量管理等方面发挥了重要作用。     

Studies on the corrosion behavior of cerium-implanted zircaloy-4 with GAXRD

In order to study the influence of cerium ion implantation on the aqueous corrosion behavior of zircaloy-4, specimens were implanted by cerium ions with a fluence range from 1×10¹⁶ to 1×10¹⁷ ions/cm² at maximum 150°C, using MEVVA source at an extracted voltage of 40 kV. The valence and elements penetration distribution of the surface layer were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and auger electron spectroscopy (AES) respectively. Glancing angle X-ray diffraction (GAXRD) was employed to examine the phase transformation due to the cerium ion implantation in the oxide films. Three-sweep potentiodynamic polarization measurement was employed to value the aqueous corrosion resistance of zircaloy-4 in a 1 N H₂SO₄ solution. It was found that a significant improvement in the aqueous corrosion behavior of zircaloy-4 implanted with cerium ions compared with that of the as-received zircaloy-4. The improvement effect will declined with raising the implantation fluence. The bigger is the fluence, the less is the improvement. Finally, the mechanism of the corrosion behavior of the cerium-implanted zircaloy-4 is discussed.     

Investigation of electrode and hydrogen induced crack in welded joint of dissimilar steel

The welded joint of dissimilar heat-resisting steels 20Crl2MoV(F12)and 12 Cr2MoWVTiB(102)generally works around 600°C.In this paperthree kinds of ferritic electrodes are used for testing.They are R817 high-strength electrode(CrllMoVNi),R347 low-strength electrode(Cr2MoVWB)and newly-developed R507MoNb medium-strength electrode.The study on theinfluence of those three different electrodes on carbon migration,HIC and hy-drogen diffusion shows that medium-strength electrodes can well control thecarbon migration,and that the tendency to HIC in the joint formed by R817 issmaller than that by R347 instead.Considering the effect of weld metal transfor-mation on the restraint stress and hydrogen concentration of a joint,the hydro-gen distribution in the heat-affected zone(HAZ)is calculated by using finite ele-ment method(FEM)with stress and strain changing,and so the effect of thetransformation behaviour on HIC is revealed.In addition,newly-developedR507MoNb electrodes,tested the elevated-temperature property,oxidation re-sistance and creep rupture strength,have fulfilled the technical standards con-cerned and passed the examination of on-the-spot operation.     

A polymerizable photoredox initiation system for vinyl photopolymerization

A polymerizable photoredox system consisting of 4-methacryl oxbenzophenone (MABP) and N,N-dimethlaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) used for the photopolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) was studied. It was found that the polymerization rate is proportional to the 0.93th power for the AN concentration, the 0.28th power for the MABP concentration, and the 0.25th power for the DMAEMA concentration. The overall activation energy of the polymerization obtained is 30.43 kJ/mol. The recorded ESR spectrum indicates that the excited-state MABP abstraets hydrogen mainly from the methyl group of the dimethylamino moiety. The comparison of the initiation ability of polymeric MABP or polymeric DMAEMA with their monomeric forms has also been done and the results indicate that in good solvents P (MABP) has a much higher initiation ability than that of monomeric MABP, but monomeric DMAEMA and P (DMAEMA) display almost the same initiation ability. In poor solvent, the initiation ability of P (MABP) is not so obviously higher than that in good solvents. The result of UV analysis of P (AN) initiated by the MABP–DMAEMA system indicates that both MABP and DMAEMA not only initiate the photopolymerization of AN, but also enter into P (AN) polymer chains. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
