芳烃抽提装置技术改造

由于中国石化锦西石化分公司600kt／a连续重整装置的建设，芳烃抽提装置的原料由原来的脱戊烷油变为Ce组分。为此，对抽余油水洗塔和芳烃分离部分的苯塔塔盘，以及苯塔塔顶和塔底抽出部分进行了改造，更换部分机泵和增加变频泵，并将常规仪表改为DCS控制。改造后装置实现一次开车成功，生产出合格产品。抽余油中总芳烃含量小于0．1％，苯回收率达到99%以上。     

Off-axis fatigue cracking behaviour in notched fibre metal laminates

The off‐axis fatigue cracking behaviour of notched fibre metal laminates under constant amplitude loading conditions was investigated experimentally and numerically. It was found that the off‐axis fatigue crack initiation life decreased as the off‐axis angles increased. This indicated that the off‐axis laminates raised the applied stress level in the aluminium (Al) layer and subsequently resulted in earlier cracking in the Al layer. The off‐axis fatigue crack initiation lives of notched fibre metal laminates were predicted using lamination theory and an energy‐based critical plane fatigue damage analysis from the literature. After a crack initiated in the Al layer, it was observed that the crack path angles of the off‐axis specimens were neither perpendicular to the fibre nor to the loading direction. A finite‐element model was established for predicting the crack path angles.     

Intelligent Painting Process Planner for Robotic Bridge Painting

Due to increased government regulations on environment, health, and safety, the cost of on-site bridge painting has quadrupled over the past several years. The construction industry faces a great challenge in how to control the increased costs of bridge painting and meet the regulations at the same time. A possible solution to address this challenge is to develop a robotic bridge painting system. The development of the robotic system can be justified by the potential improvements in safety and productivity. This paper presents the development and testing of an Intelligent Painting Process Planner. The Planner, built based on bridge feature scheme, is the key component for the robotic bridge painting system that integrates the painting process planning, robot path planning, cost optimization, and quality control functions. During the development process, lab experiments were conducted to determine the values of painting process planning parameters and coating thickness distribution functions. Field tests demonstrated that the prototype robotic bridge painting system achieved the specified painting quality using the parameter values provided by the Planner. Areas that need to be improved in the future were also identified.     

激光平网雕刻机设计

研制了用于制作平面网版的激光雕刻机，设计了雕刻机用CO2激光器、光路系统及单片机控制系统，探讨了将图像文件转化为控制命令文件的方法。     

输气管道天然气连续取样器的研制及应用

文章针对国内管输天然气气质分析工作中取样环节所存在的问题，结合国外技术发展趋势，全面地介绍了输气管道天然气连续取样器的研制过程。实践证明，该装置较好地解决了天然气密度值偏差问题，满足管输天然气全分析的要求，同时，该装置的推广应用将会提高天然气的计量准确度。     

发展创新民族风格的包装设计

首先揭示出民族风格是与时代风格对立统一、相互依存的一个概念。因而特定的时代需要具有时代精神的民族风格──创新民族风格。在探索此风格的过程中．我们首先要学习日本的战略，然后在学习的基础上实现超越。     

Al,Ga取代Bi：DyIG薄膜的磁和磁光特性的研究

本文报道用热分解法在玻璃衬底上制备了Ａｌ和Ｇａ取代的Ｂｉ：ＤＹＩＧ薄膜，对其磁和磁光特性做了详细研究．Ａｌ和Ｇａ取代的薄膜均可获得好的矩形比和高的矫顽力．对于Ｂｉ１．２Ｄｙ１．８Ｆｅ５－ｘＭＸＯ１２（Ｍ＝Ａ１，ＧＺ）薄膜，Ａ１和Ｇ２的最佳替代成份分别为１．０和Ｇ．７；最佳晶化温度分别为７００ｏ℃和６７５℃．在波长５１０ｎｍ附近，法拉第旋转角可达８°／ｕｍ左右．光学吸收和品质因子的研究结果表明，Ａｌ和Ｇａ取代能够影响光学吸收和品质因子，其中Ｇａ取代对光学吸收和品质因子的影响较大．     

Si_（1－x）Ge_x／Si定向耦合器的研制

在运用ＳｉＧｅ脊形波导单模条件和有效折射率法分析ＳｉＧｅ／Ｓｉ定向耦合器结构参数的基础上，采用分子束外延和各向异性腐蚀技术制备出Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ（ｘ＝０．０５）单模定向耦合器．在波长为１．３μｍ时，平均串音小于－１８．１ｄＢ，输出功率耦合效率达到９８．１％     

红外加热胶接技术

提出了红外加热胶接的思想，并对红外加热胶接技术作了简单阐述。介绍了一种红外加热胶接矿用阻燃、防腐、橡塑风筒布的装置。     

Air bearing design, optimization, stability analysis andverification for sub-25 nm flying

Three sub-25 nm fly height sliders are presented for near contact recording. The designs are geared towards the goal of achieving 10 Gb/in ² areal density. The optimization procedure presented shows promise for facilitating achievement of this goal. The dynamic simulations show the stability of these designs when disturbed from their steady state conditions
