智能化瞬态记录仪

针对自动适应输入信号的瞬态记录仪进行了探索，提出了智能化瞬态记录仪的设想，并进行了方案的设计与调试，所设计的瞬态记录仪是插入ＬＢＭ－ＰＣ微机的卡式仪器，该仪器实现了自动选择量程、触发电平、偏置电压和采样频率４种功能，从而使仪器达到初步智能化。     

火箭炮同时离轨发射管二次流实验研究

采用局部动力相似理论建立了火箭炮同时离轨发射系统的静态模拟实验，对发射管内二次流进行了实验研究，摸清了管内二次流的流动特征。     

超薄型双波浪带管带式水散热器技术的应用研究

对超薄型双波浪带管带式水散热器技术在履带式车辆中的应用进行了分析研究,通过部件的台架对比试验、车辆的环境适应性跑车试验以及对部件的体积、质量分析表明,超薄型双波浪带管带式水散热器技术在履带式车辆的应用得到了在系统散热能力提高、水散热器部件散热能力不降低的前提下减轻散热器组件质量的效果．     

Wide bandwidth, high-repetition-rate optoelectronic modulation of millimetre waves in GaAs waveguide

The generation of ultrashort, chirped and coherent millimetre-wave pulses by an optical method is reported. Using this technique, the modulation of millimetre-wave signals at 94 GHz with a modulation bandwidth in excess of 1 GHz is readily achievable.     

亚健康态胸痹的红外热图特征探讨

本研究通过对自述胸闷或发作性心胸疼痛,而客观检查未见阳性发现的人群作为研究对象,采用红外热成像检查,探索亚健康态胸痹的红外热图特征.方法:选择符合条件的受试者,将健康组、亚健康态胸痹组及胸痹组共260例进行胸部红外热图对比分析.结果:(1)亚健康态胸痹组的症状表现程度与红外热图异常变化相符;(2)各组间、各区域的红外热图改变,具有显著的统计学意义.结论:胸部红外热图可作为判断亚健康态胸痹的客观依据之一.     

Scheduling algorithms in broadband wireless networks

Scheduling algorithms that support quality of service (QoS) differentiation and guarantees for wireless data networks are crucial to the development of broadband wireless networks. Wireless communication poses special problems that do not exist in wireline networks, such as time-varying channel capacity and location-dependent errors. Although many mature scheduling algorithms are available for wireline networks, they are not directly applicable in wireless networks because of these special problems. This paper provides a comprehensive and in-depth survey on recent research in wireless scheduling. The problems and difficulties in wireless scheduling are discussed. Various representative algorithms are examined. Their themes of thoughts and pros and cons are compared and analyzed. At the end of the paper, some open questions and future research directions are addressed     

面向景象匹配制导的图像灰度校正问题研究

基准图匹配性能是影响景象匹配精度的关键因素之一.在分析灰度级线性变换法及灰度直方图均衡化的基本思路基础上, 实现了对基准图的灰度校正处理, 通过可匹配性度量参数分析及匹配仿真实验, 验证了灰度校正在改善基准图匹配性能中的实用意义.     

Large S-section-ring-cavity diode lasers: directional switching, electrical diagnostics, and mode beating spectra

Semiconductor lasers with monolithically integrated ring cavities exceeding 1 cm in perimeter were fabricated and characterized optically and electrically. Directional switching was observed, influenced by S-section seeding of unidirectional operation. The lasing threshold was identified by differential current-voltage measurements, which are also shown to be useful in monitoring directional switching. Mode beating was observed at three radio-frequency bands: 7.6, 15.2, and 22.9 GHz.
