光子吸收诱导无序技术的光荧光谱研究

运用 1 0 6 4μm连续输出的Nd∶YAG激光器 ,对与InP晶格匹配的InGaAsP四元系量子阱材料进行了光子吸收诱导无序 (PAID)技术的研究。通过光荧光谱 (PL)的测量 ,证明有量子阱混合现象产生。衬底预加热和聚焦激光束结果表明 ,PAID中辐照时间与衬底温度、辐照的平均功率密度密切相关。聚焦激光照射后的荧光双峰表明PAID有一定的定域处理能力。     

Novel oscillator incorporating a compact microstrip resonant cell

A novel transistor oscillator incorporating a compact microstrip resonant cell (CMRC) as its terminating resonance is proposed. Adjusting the dimensions of the cell, it is possible that the fundamental frequency can be positively fed back and the second harmonic negatively fed back at the input port of the oscillator. The fundamental output is enhanced with the second harmonic being suppressed. The output power of the proposed CMRC oscillator is 14.7 dBm at 2.5 GHz with 27.1 dB rejection of the second harmonic, outperforming the conventional microstrip termination with a 40% size reduction

Testing for statistical significance in bispectra: a surrogate data approach and application to neuroscience

Interactions among neural signals in different frequency bands have become a focus of strong interest in neuroscience. Bispectral analysis, a type of higher order spectral analysis, provides us with the ability to investigate such nonlinear interactions. Based on the fact that the bispectrum of a linear Gaussian process is zero, a surrogate data method was proposed to test the null hypothesis that the original data were generated by a linear Gaussian process. The method was first tested on two simulation examples. It was then applied to local field potential recordings from a monkey performing a visuomotor task. The analysis reveals nonzero bispectra for beta and gamma band activities in the premotor cortex. The rigorous statistical framework proves essential in establishing these results.

Dynamic Subcarrier Assignment for OFDM-PON Network Based on RSOA for ACCORDANCE

In this paper, we overview the principle of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Passive Optical Network （OFDM-PON） systems, with a particular focus on upstream architectures capable of achieving 10Gbit/s colorless upstream transmission using Reflective Semiconductor Optical Amplifier （RSOA）. We propose an architecture of RSOA based OFDM-PON which can achieve 10Gbit/s upstream transmission over a single wavelength. A novel Dynamic Subcarrier Assignment （DSA） algorithm is also proposed to support my architecture, namely Service based Polling in Pipeline （SPP） dynamic subcarrier algorithm. A simulation was conducted to study the performance of SPP algorithm. Compared with the traditional dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithms, service based polling meets the quality of in pipeline algorithm service requirements excellently, and adapts orthogonal frequency division multiplexing passive optical network better with higher bandwidth efficiency and lower algorithm complexity.     

Global optimization design of quasi-optics fower combiner of solid-state millimeter wave resonator

This paper describes a global optimization design of quasi-optics power combiner of solid-state millimeterwave resonator. It is operated in the frequency range from 50 to 300 GHz using GaAs Gunn diodes. It is shown that sourcearrays containing N² (N=3,5,...2K+1, where k is positive integer) individual elements. It is very efficient power transfer of energy from the source-array to the fractional power of the fundamental beam mode etc.. The RF output power exceeded the sum of the individual diodes to be threefold to sevenfold. And this data is the global optimization solution.     

A global optimization method for quasi-optics power combiner

This paper describes an algorithm which can determine a neighborhood of the global optimum of an objective function and an estimate of the global optimum. This method wasemployed to determine global optimum of the fundamental mode power, the fractional power of the fundamental mode and the combining efficiency. Given this information, a local optimization procedure can be employed to local the global optimum.     

关于提高变频器调频速度的研究

本文介绍了作者的一项专利技术。对于需要比较快速、比较频繁地调整变频器频率应用场合,目前的通用变频器就很难满足这个需要,尤其是在大惯性负载上使用变频器时,须将升、降频（特别是降频）速度设置的比较慢,以适应由于惯性造成的电机转速的滞后。本专利技术克服上述传统变频器目前存在的缺陷,在传统变频器上增加比较简单并业已成熟的换相技术,为变频器的制造提供了一种新的附加技术。
