A superior drug controlled release system capable of achieving efficient osteogenesis is in imperative demand because of limited
bone substitute tissue for the treatment of bone defect. In the present study, we investigated the potential of using poly(ε-caprolactone)–hydroxyapatite
(PCL–HA) composite microspheres as an injectable bone repair vehicle by controlled release of alendronate (AL), a medicine
that belongs to the bisphosphonates family. The PCL/HA–AL microspheres were prepared with solid/oil/water emulsion technique,
which included two processes: (1) AL was loaded on the hydroxyapatite nanoparticles; (2) the HA–AL complex was built in the
PCL matrix. The spherical PCL/HA–AL microspheres were characterized with its significantly improved encapsulation efficiency
of hydrophilic AL and better sustained release. Human bone mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) were cultured on the surface of
these microspheres and exhibited high proliferative profile. Specifically, in osteogenic medium, hMSCs on the surface of PCL/HA–AL
microspheres displayed superior osteogenic differentiation which was verified by alkaline phosphatase activity assay. In conclusion,
by presenting strong osteogenic commitment of hMSCs in vitro, the PCL/HA–AL microspheres have the potential to be used as

Soybean plant height and branching affect plant architecture and yield potential in soybean. In this study, the mutant dmbn was obtained by treating the cultivar Zhongpin 661 with ethylmethane sulfonate. The dmbn mutant plants were shorter and more branched than the wild type. The genetic analysis showed that the mutant trait was controlled by a semi-dominant gene. The candidate gene was fine-mapped to a 91 kb interval on Chromosome 9 by combining BSA-seq and linkage analysis. Sequence analysis revealed that Glyma.09g193000 encoding an Aux/IAA protein (GmIAA27) was mutated from C to T in the second exon of the coding region, resulting to amino acid substitution of proline to leucine. Overexpression of the mutant type of this gene in Arabidopsis thaliana inhibited apical dominance and promoted lateral branch development. Expression analysis of GmIAA27 and auxin response genes revealed that some GH3 genes were induced. GmIAA27 relies on auxin to interact with TIR1, whereas Gmiaa27 cannot interact with TIR1 owing to the mutation in the degron motif. Identification of this unique gene that controls soybean plant height and branch development provides a basis for investigating the mechanisms regulating soybean plant architecture development. 相似文献

This letter presents a new discriminative model for Information Retrieval (IR), referred to as Ordinal Regression Model (ORM). ORM is different from most existing models in that it views IR as ordinal regression problem (i.e. ranking problem) instead of binary classification. It is noted that the task of IR is to rank documents according to the user information needed, so IR can be viewed as ordinal regression problem. Two parameter learning algorithms for ORM are presented. One is a perceptron-based algorithm. The other is the ranking Support Vector Machine (SVM). The effectiveness of the proposed approach has been evaluated on the task of ad hoc retrieval using three English Text REtrieval Conference (TREC) sets and two Chinese TREC sets. Results show that ORM significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art language model approaches and OKAPI system in all test sets; and it is more appropriate to view IR as ordinal regression other than binary classification. 相似文献

本文实现了一个电视台媒体资产管理中的关键词语音标引系统。系统以连续混合高斯隐马尔可夫模型为基础,采用分层构筑维特比算法进行训练和识别。为实现标引的实时性,采用实时计算的方法,录音和识别同时进行。为了减少计算量,并没有将状态持续时间分布引入Viterbi译码,而是将其作为后处理部分。对于汉语数字识别的一些易混词,采用声调作为辅助判决。以此做了一个体育赛事的词库,经测试表明,关键词标引首选识别率达到93.5%,前五选识别率达到98%。 相似文献

In this article, the problem of finite‐time attitude‐tracking control for rigid spacecraft is addressed. Uncertainties caused by external disturbances, unknown inertial matrix, actuator failures, and saturation constraints are tackled simultaneously. First, a smooth function that is more qualified to approximate the standard saturation characteristics is presented to deal with the actuator saturation constraints. Second, a fast nonsingular terminal sliding mode (FNTSM) manifold is constructed as a foundation of controllers design. By incorporating the fuzzy logic system into FNTSM technique, a less demanding solution of coping with model uncertainties is provided because the requirement of a prior knowledge of unknown inertial parameters and external disturbances in many existing achievements is removed. To reduce the number of parameters to be estimated, the norm approximation approach is exploited. Subsequently, an antichattering attitude controller is presented such that all the tracking errors converge into arbitrary small domains around the origin in finite time. The result is further extended to obtain a fault‐tolerant controller against completely failed actuators. Finally, numerical simulation is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme and comparison with relevant literature demonstrates its high performance. Furthermore, an experiment for the large satellite Hubble Space Telescope is carried out to validate the practical feasibility. 相似文献

This paper considers the problem of global stability of neural networks with delays. By combining Lie algebra and the Lyapunov function with the integral inequality technique, we analyze the globally asymptotic stability of a class of recurrent neural networks with delays and give an estimate of the exponential stability. A few new sufficient conditions and criteria are proposed to ensure globally asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point of the neural networks.
