New aromatic diamine with cyclohexane cardo group substituted with trifluoromethyl group in the side chain, 1,1-bis[4-(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)phenyl]cyclohexane (II), was prepared through the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane and 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride in the presence of potassium carbonate, to yield the intermediate dinitro compound I, followed by catalytic reduction with hydrazine and Pd/C to afford the diamine II. Fluorinated polyimides (IVa-g) were prepared from the II with various aromatic dianhydrides via thermal or chemical imidization of poly(amic acid). These polyimides had inherent viscosity ranging from 0.72 to 1.16 dl/g and showed excellent solubility in a variety of organic solvents. They were soluble in a concentration of 10% in the amide polar solvent, and 1-5% in the other testing solvents. IV films showed good mechanical properties, excellent thermal stability. The 10% weight loss temperature was above 476 °C in nitrogen or air, and the glass transition temperature was recorded at 214-278 °C. In comparison of the IV series with the analogous nonfluorinated polyimides (V series) based on 1,1-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]cyclohexane (II′), IV series revealed better solubility, lighter-colored and lower dielectric constants and moisture absorptions. Their films had cut-off wavelengths in the range of 364-414 nm, b* value (a yellowness index) ranging from 3.3 to 66.3, dielectric constants of 3.02-3.55 (1 MHz), with moisture absorption of 0.16-0.36 wt%.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(butadiene-co-acrylonitrile)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-b-PBN-b–PEO) triblock copolymers with three different compositions were synthesized from poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ethers and carboxylic acid-terminated poly(butadiene-co-acrylonitrile) (CTBN) by ester coupling reaction at room temperature. The PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO was incorporated into anhydride cured epoxy thermosets to improve the fracture toughness by the formation of either nano-sized spherical micelles or micron-sized vesicles. The polymer chemical structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, and gel permeation chromatography. The morphology of PEO-b-PBN-b–PEO within the epoxy thermosets was investigated using a transmission electron microscope, an atomic force microscope, and a scanning electron microscope. Also, we conducted impact testing and plane-strain fracture toughness testing to evaluate the fracture toughness in terms of the impact strength and the critical stress intensity factors (KIC) for the modified epoxy thermosets. The results revealed that all the PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO triblock copolymers are more effective in the toughening of epoxy thermoset compare to CTBN. We found that the 5 wt% PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO modified epoxy thermoset containing micron-sized vesicles exhibited the highest KIC, which was 3.23 times as high as the KIC of pristine epoxy thermoset. Besides, the glass transition temperature remained and the tensile modulus did not reduce remarkably when the amount of PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO added into epoxy was 5 wt%.  相似文献

This work builds a real-time monitoring and control system for bio-hydrogen production fermentation plants using LabVIEW software. The best fermentation environment factors pH and temperature are successfully estimated with stable control ability to create the best hydrogen production environment. The concentrate molasses fermentation waste is as nutrients to hold biomass hydrogen production by dark fermentation in a continuous stirred anaerobic bioreactor, CSABR. In order to verify the applicability of this system, this study compares the proposed anaerobic bioreactor system which's maximum hydrogen production was 3.12 (L/Day) and the system with the fuzzy controller which's hydrogen production rose to 13.44 (L/Day). The result shows that the proposed fuzzy control can not only control feeding pump and heater operations, but also successfully reduce the energy required for hydrogen production, making sure the growth of micro-organisms is in the best environmental conditions for the best growth rate and raise of the maximum hydrogen production.  相似文献

This paper describes the experimental and CFD study on the mass flow-rate characteristic through an orifice-type restrictor in aerostatic bearings. In the conventional design of gas-lubricated aerostatic bearings, the mass flow-rate of gas through an orifice-type restrictor is generally derived from a well-known mathematical model, which is originally developed to describe the mass flow-rate property through an ideal nozzle. It is reasonable to doubt if there is any difference between the property of mass flow-rate through an orifice and that through a nozzle. In this paper, therefore, a series of simulations and experiments are carried out and the results show that the mass flow-rate characteristic through an orifice is different from that through a nozzle. Consequently, the conventional model to determine the mass flow-rate through an orifice-type restrictor in aerostatic bearings may have to be updated to the proposed new model for more precise design and modelling of the gas-lubricated aerostatic bearings.  相似文献

Multiple myeloma is a hematologic malignancy of plasma cells that causes bone-destructive lesions and associated skeletal-related events (SREs). The pathogenesis of myeloma-related bone disease (MBD) is the imbalance of the bone-remodeling process, which results from osteoclast activation, osteoblast suppression, and the immunosuppressed bone marrow microenvironment. Many important signaling cascades, including the RANKL/RANK/OPG axis, Notch signaling, the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathways, and signaling molecules, such as DKK-1, sclerostin, osteopontin, activin A, chemokines, and interleukins are involved and play critical roles in MBD. Currently, bisphosphonate and denosumab are the gold standard for MBD prevention and treatment. As the molecular mechanisms of MBD become increasingly well understood, novel agents are being thoroughly explored in both preclinical and clinical settings. Herein, we will provide an updated overview of the pathogenesis of MBD, summarize the clinical management and guidelines, and discuss novel bone-modifying therapies for further management of MBD.  相似文献

Product customization has been used for many years, and with this concept, product families can be designed that are better matched to the needs of customers through the use of market segmentation and modular architecture. This study is composed of two phases: the first phase establishes the modular architecture, and taking a bicycle as the case study, applies the Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) to modularize and cluster parts, and then models the connecting relations between the parts numerically using a Disassembly Effort Index (DEI). The second step involves the development of a product family using cluster analysis to divide the experimental samples and the employment of an Analytic Network Process (ANP) to obtain the optimal weight performance of the modules after establishing the market segmentation model. Results of the case study establish four product families and address construction performance of both the common and independent modules between the product families.  相似文献

The carrier cooling and the carrier relaxation of an InN thin film illuminated with two excitation energies of 1.53 and 3.06 eV were studied by an ultrafast time-resolved photoluminescence upconversion apparatus. The hot phonon effect could be accounted for longer effective phonon emission times as compared to the theoretical prediction. The rise time and the LO phonon emission time for 3.06 eV excitation were much smaller than those for 1.53 eV excitation. These differences were attributed to the intervalley scattering between the Γ1 and Γ3 valleys in InN when carriers were excited with the energy of 3.06 eV. The intervalley scattering times of 250 fs and 2 ps were estimated for the intervalley scattering from the Γ1 to Γ3 valley and the reversed scattering process, respectively.  相似文献

Nickel is a well known catalyst that can readily transform carbon into graphite at high temperature. In our designed arc-discharge experiments, diamond easily dissolved in melted nickel and became small graphitic flakes. After the melted nickel had cooled and solidified, there were many microcrystalline-sized spherical graphite particles found on the nickel grain boundaries, surprisingly. It is interesting that only at the hotter area would the spherical graphite be found. This leads to our proposed forming mechanism: the spherical graphite particles were formed during the solidification of nickel. Because the temperature and solubility are high at the hotter area (zone A), the crystallization and growth of graphite became transport-controlled, instead of surface-controlled, and therefore the most common shape of the particles was spherical. This phenomenon, as far as we know, has not been previously observed.  相似文献
