长脉冲激光沉积原位生成YBaCuO超导膜

用长脉冲激光(脉冲宽度150μs,波长1.06μm)辐照高温烧结的YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)靶,在6Pa的氧气压强下,巳在(100)YSZ单晶衬底上原位生成YBa_2Cu_(?)O_(7-x)超导膜。衬底置于750℃的加热器上,衬底与靶之间的距离5cm,用该法制得的薄膜光亮坚实,正常态呈金属性,零电阻温度为84.7K。用XRD和SEM对薄膜进行了分析研究。     

Superoxide Dismutase Activities in Senescing Apple Fruit (Malus domestica Borkh.)

Total superoxide dismutase (SOD:superoxide: superoxide oxidoreductase; EC 1.15.1.1) activity and individual activities of its three different metalloenzymes, CuZn-SOD, Fe-SOD, and Mn-SOD, were investigated during senescence of apples (Malus domestica Borkh.). Total SOD activity and relative activities of its three forms varied greatly among cultivars. Activities underwent considerable change during senescence of fruit, but changes were different among cultivars. Whether fruit senesced at 0°C or 20°C had little effect on SOD activities, and application of the antioxidant diphenylamine (DPA) did not alter activities. SOD activities increased with occurrence of the physiological disorder “senescent breakdown,” but did not increase with occurrence of the disorder “superficial scald.” In a given apple cultivar, changes in total SOD activity generally paralleled activities of the different SOD forms. Such activity may reflect changes affecting food and nutritive quality of the fruit.

介绍一种新型的电容式位移测量系统，其测量范围为０～２５ｍｍ，线性度优于１／１０００，分辨率为０．１μｍ。文中详细分析了该系统的工作原理，特点及主要误差因素，给出了部分实验数据。     

BIMORPH PIEZOELECTRIC ACTUATOR FOR SMALL PIPE ROBOT

An experimental bimorph piezoelectric element (PZT) actuator for small pipe robot is developed. The robot can move in φ20 mm pipe, and can carry a CCD camera for detecting cracks or fine holes on inner surface of pipe. The velocity of the robot can reach 17～22 mm/s for vertical pipe up/down, respectively. Moving principle and its performance characteristics are presented.     

An implementation of the vectorial finite element analysis ofanisotropic waveguides through a general-purpose PDE software

This paper reports on the major progress in the development of an intelligent, interactive and automated system, based on the vector finite element method, and implemented within PDE/Protran problem solving environment. The system is known as WAVEGIDE and was originally developed by the authors for an efficient solution of inhomogeneous dielectric waveguides. In this paper, it has been further extended to the solution of anisotropic waveguiding structures. With our system, through an interactive “question-and-answer” session, which requires minimal knowledge of programming, the problem can be defined using high level PDE/Protran commands. It can then be simply and quickly solved by the main processor within this intelligent environment. To verify the convergence and accuracy of the present approach, numerical results (with respect to the grid density and element order) for a rectangular metallic waveguide half filled with dielectric are given and compared with other finite element methods. Numerical results for an anisotropic dielectric rectangular waveguide are also presented. These results clearly illustrate the accuracy and the ease of use of the modified WAVEGIDE program     

Application of asymptotic waveform evaluation to eigenmode expansion method for analysis of simultaneous switching noise in printed circuit boards (PCBs)

In this paper, the asymptotic waveform evaluation (AWE) technique is first applied to the conventional eigenmode expansion method for characterizing a power/ground (P/G) plane pair and analyzing the simultaneous switching noise on such plane pairs for printed circuit boards or multichip modules. The application of AWE avoids a large number of iterations in computing the impedance frequency response of a P/G plane pair structure and greatly reduces the computation time. Meanwhile, to obtain an accurate solution in an entire frequency range, we employ the complex frequency hopping technique which can help select multiple expansion points. In addition, the proposed approach can also be used to characterize the P/G plane pair structures with irregular shapes. Three examples demonstrate its high efficiency and good accuracy.

低强度激光血管内照射对海洛因戒断综合征的疗效观察

对于毒瘾戒断综合症的治疗一般采用强行戒断或逐步撤药等方法 ,但患者非常痛苦 ,且复吸率较高。为了观察低强度He -Ne激光对戒断症状的抑制作用 ,本文用低强度激光血管内照射疗法对 3 0例吸毒戒断综合征患者进行了治疗 ,并与对照组比较。结果证明 :实验组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,为进一步的临床应用提供了临床依据。     

基于媒体用户访问行为偏好模型的代理缓存算法

目前,代理缓存技术广泛应用于改善流媒体传输的服务质量.文章从实际用户日志文件的分析出发,利用发现的用户浏览流媒体对象时的行为分布模型,提出了一种新的视频流媒体缓存算法.仿真结果证明,该算法可以通过记录很少的用户访问信息获取较高的性能表现.
