This study demonstrates new possibilities in using freeze‐dried buckwheat sourdoughs in the processing of gluten‐free bread (GFB). Fresh and freeze‐dried (at temperatures of 20, 40 and 60 °C) sourdoughs were added in the amounts of 10, 20, 30 and 40% of the total flour content. Significant and beneficial changes in the quality of bread under the influence of different quantities of fresh and freeze‐dried sourdoughs additive were observed. Freeze‐dried buckwheat sourdoughs at the level of 20 and 30% gave the best baking results for GFB. pH of bread significantly changed, which had a positive effect on increasing its suitability for the storage. Buckwheat sourdough dried at 40 °C is the most highly recommended for GFB processing. Higher temperatures (60 °C) caused the least change in bread volume; however, a bitter aftertaste from burning was slightly detectable. Freeze‐dried buckwheat sourdoughs can be used directly in processing, thus eliminating the long fermentation of sourdough. 相似文献

In this paper we consider the mutual exclusion problem on a multiple access channel. Mutual exclusion is one of the fundamental problems in distributed computing. In the classic version of this problem, n processes execute a concurrent program that occasionally triggers some of them to use shared resources, such as memory, communication channel, device, etc. The goal is to design a distributed algorithm to control entries and exits to/from the shared resource (also called a critical section), in such a way that at any time, there is at most one process accessing it. In our considerations, the shared resource is the shared communication channel itself (multiple access channel), and the main challenge arises because the channel is also the only mean of communication between these processes. We consider both the classic and a slightly weaker version of mutual exclusion, called \(\varepsilon \)-mutual-exclusion, where for each period of a process staying in the critical section the probability that there is some other process in the critical section is at most \(\varepsilon \). We show that there are channel settings, where the classic mutual exclusion is not feasible even for randomized algorithms, while the \(\varepsilon \)-mutual-exclusion is. In more relaxed channel settings, we prove an exponential gap between the makespan complexity of the classic mutual exclusion problem and its weaker \(\varepsilon \)-exclusion version. We also show how to guarantee fairness of mutual exclusion algorithms, i.e., that each process that wants to enter the critical section will eventually succeed. 相似文献

Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) modulates prostaglandin (PG) synthesis via LPA receptor 3 (LPAR3) in the murine endometrium. The lack of functional LPAR3 in mice may lead to embryo mortality. In the present study, we examined the role of LPA in the bovine uterus. We confirmed that LPA is locally produced and released from the bovine endometrium. Moreover, there are enzymes involved in LPA synthesis (phospholipase (PL) D(2) and PLA2G1B) in the bovine endometrium during estrous cycle and early pregnancy. Expression of the receptor for LPA (LPAR1) was positively correlated with the expression of PGE(2) synthase (PGES) and negatively correlated with the expression of PGF(2alpha) synthase (aldose reductase with 20 alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase activity - PGFS) during early pregnancy. In vivo LPA induced P4 and PGE(2) secretion was inhibited by LPAR1 antagonist (Ki16425). The overall results indicate that LPA is locally produced and released from the bovine endometrium. Moreover, LPAR1 gene expression in the endometrium during the estrous cycle and early pregnancy indicates that LPA may play autocrine and/or paracrine roles in the bovine uterus. LPAR1 gene expression is positively correlated with the expression of the enzyme responsible for luteotropic PGE(2) production (PGES) in endometrium. In cow, LPA stimulates P4 and PGE(2) secretion. Thus, LPA in the bovine reproductive tract may indirectly (via endometrium) or directly support corpus luteum action via the increase of P4 synthesis and the increase of PGE(2)/PGF(2)(alpha) ratio. It suggests that LPA may serve as an important factor in the maintenance of early pregnancy in cow. 相似文献

Chemical interactions between common electrolyte materials and various La doped strontium titanates (LST), which are redox-stable candidates for SOFCs anodes, were thoroughly investigated. The reactions of nanosized reagents were studied by SEM/EDX microscopy and XRD with subsequent Rietveld refinement. It was found that all A-site deficient LSTs promoted a reaction with Sc and Y stabilized zirconia, whilst stoichiometric LST was chemically stable. Detected structural and microstructural changes were solely assigned to high mobility of Ti. Diffusion of Ti into the zirconia structure promoted formation of tetragonal structures with p42/nmc-type space groups. The results indicate that the reduction of oxygen partial pressure during sintering and application of Sc-containing electrolyte material are successful strategies to hinder or even avoid reactivity. 相似文献

Application of mechanics of multi-phase porous media for modeling cement based materials at high temperature is presented.
The considerations are based on the mathematical model of mechanistic type, developed by the authors within recent years.
The model has been previously experimentally validated and successfully applied for analyzing performance of various concrete
structures at high temperature. Physical phenomena in a concrete element heated during a fire are described and analyzed,
confirming multi-phase nature of concrete in these conditions. Main stages of the mathematical model development by means
of hygro-thermo-mechanics of porous media are briefly presented. The mass, energy and linear momentum conservation equations
at micro-scale are given and averaged in space to obtain the macroscopic form of the equations. Some main key-points in modeling
cement-based materials at high temperature are discussed. Final form of the model equations and method of their numerical
solution are presented. The model is validated by comparison with some published results of experimental studies. Two examples
of the model application for numerical simulation of concrete structures exposed to fire conditions, including also a cooling

Anodic porous alumina is a well-known template material for nanofabrication. To obtain highly ordered nanoporous array, sophisticated and expensive methods are applied. On the other hand there is two-step self organized anodization, which is much cheaper, but obtained alumina arrangement is not ideal. In our paper, influence of the first step of anodization on the final AAO structure arrangement is studied in details. Anodizations were carried out in 0.3 M oxalic acid at 35 °C at various potentials and durations of the first step of anodization. Second step of the anodization was constant for all the experiments and was 15 min long. Oxide layer thickness formed during the first step of the anodization was 50, 100, 150 and 200 μm and after oxide removal, remaining concaves were serving as a mask for further growth during second step of the anodization. The longer first step of anodization, the higher regularity ratio and circularity, and lower percentage of defects in the nanoporous array. Anodic porous alumina was formed at four various potentials: 30, 40, 50, 60 V. The best arrangement of nanopores was found for samples anodized at 40 V. Maximum of regularity ratio was corresponding to the minimum of defect content in the AAO array. Long enough first step of two-step self-organized anodization in 0.3 M oxalic acid can provide high-ordered nanoporous template for fabrication of various nanomaterials with new, unique properties. 相似文献
