直面价格战,期盼监管新举措

首先描述了当前我国电信市场上价格大战的种种现象，剖析了价格战对固网市场产生的强烈影响和冲击。指出应对价格战急需政府加强监管力度，最后提出了政府加强监管的政策性建议。     

HL-2A Tokamak Edge Modeling with B2

The outer divertor plasma of HL-2A and its associated scrape-off plasma have been simulated using a two-dimensional multi-species fluid code of Braams with a simplified neutral gas model. HL-2A has a double-null closed divertor in separate divertor chambers above and below the nearly circular plasma tours. The computed numerical grid is developed according to an ideal magnetic surface. The calculation is involved only with pure hydrogen plasma. The emphasis has been focused on parametric studies involving variation of the assumptions made for the core plasma. The peak temperatures and the heat flux near the target are of the principal concern。

文中力求通过实验研究与理论结合的方法，分析在等离子体环境中传播的电磁波与等离子体的相互作用。并设计加工实验装置以验证上述分析结果。     

基于数据库管理系统的电机设计集成系统软件开发

本文基于电机设计的基本原理 ,采用Access数据库管理技术、面向对象技术、SQL查询语言 ,利用VisualBasic 6.0为工具开发了基于数据库管理系统的电机设计集成系统软件。在实际使用中充分证明 ,该软件操作方便、运行良好、可维护性高 ,软件计算结果比较接近实验值。     

Low-threshold vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers based onoxide-confinement and high contrast distributed Bragg reflectors

The interest in low-threshold vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSEL's) is increased by the demonstration of the small size, low loss optical mode due to oxide-confinement in the Fabry-Perot microcavity laser. Intense recent work in this area has resulted in numerous record breaking demonstrations of low-threshold current, high wall-plug efficiency, and high speed. In this paper, we discuss the impact of the dielectric cavity design to enhance control of the optical mode. We argue that high contrast dielectric mirrors can become an important design approach, especially for small apertures limited by diffraction loss. Experimental results are compared for different types of mirror and aperture designs     

Ag(Ⅰ)-5-Br-PADAP-SDS 体系的褪色分光光度法测定硫化物的研究

在ｐＨ５．３～６．６的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ缓冲介质中，有十二烷基硫酸钠存在，硫化物使Ａｇ（Ⅰ）－５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ络合物的颜色减退。Ｓ２－在０～５μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围，吸光度减弱与Ｓ２－浓度成正比。其表现摩尔吸光系数为１．２×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。方法用于污水中硫化物的测定，结果满意。     

Influence of interfacial strength on the fracture toughness of glass-ceramic matrix composites

Nine kinds of glass-ceramic matrix composites with different compositions and interfacial strength (τ _s) were prepared. The influence of τ _s on the fracture toughness(K _1c) of composites was studied. It was discoved that, for the system no chemical reaction taking place at the interface, K _1c increased proportionally with τ _s increasing at the first stage, then decreased when τ _s reached a certain value. According to this result, a model of relationship between τ _s, thermal mismatch (Δα _r) and K _1c was built up. If a chemical reaction took place and a new phase was formed in the interface, the K _1c of composite was effected by the combination of τ _s, chemical bonding, radial interfacial stress and other factors. 再生核空间 H_0~1[a,b]中样条插值算子

讨论了再生核空间Ｈ１０［ａ，ｂ］中，样条插值算子、分段再生核插值算子及最佳插值逼近算子的一致性．这一结果，不仅深化了对再生核空间中插值逼近问题的研究，而且应用这３种算子可相互取长补短，灵活运用，为数值计算提供了方便．     

A novel integrated silicon capacitive microphone-floating electrode“electret” microphone (FEEM)

A novel principle “electret” microphone, i.e., floating electrode electret microphone, is proposed and implemented in this study. Single-chip fabrication and corrugation technique are used in the design and fabrication of the microphone. The floating electrode is encapsulated by highly insulated materials to ensure that there is no electric-leakage passage between the floating electrode and the electrodes of the microphone. Net-free electronic charges (not “bonded” charges as in traditional electret) in the floating electrode can excite the electric field, which is similar to that of the traditional electret. The floating electrode can be easily charged by use of the “hot” electron technique, available using the avalanche breakdown of the p⁺-n junction. Therefore, the electret microphone is rechargeable, which can greatly increase the lifetime of the device. The preamplifier has been on-chip integrated in a junction-field-effect transistor (JFET) source-follower type with resistors by use of ion implantation. Electret charges are banded in a deep potential trap, thus, this microphone can operate at a high temperature (as high as 300°C) and has high stability and reliability. Experiments show that the prototype has a 3-mV/Pa sensitivity and a larger than 21-kHz frequency bandwidth in a 1 mm ×1-mm diaphragm area. Microphone performance can be further improved by optimized process and design. The fabrication is completely integrated-circuit (IC) compatible, hence, the microphone shows promise in integrated acoustic systems     

最少量化在实验研究产生的放射性废物管理中的实施

通过源项的引入控制、实践正当化、安全与防护最优化、废物产生的课题化管理、分类收集分别处理等措施的实施，落实废物最少量化在核科研中的实施，减少对环境的危害，降低废物处理处置费用，促进核技术的发展应用。
