Typically, supply chain members are dependent on each other to manage various resources and information. The conflicting objectives and lack of coordination between supply chain members may often cause uncertainties in supply and demand. The basic elements of coordination theory like interdependency, coherency and mutuality may help in effective flow of information and material between the dependent supply chain members. Supply chain contract can be an effective coordination mechanism to motivate all the members to be a part of the entire supply chain. There are different types of supply chain contracts such as buy back and quantity flexibility contracts. Supply chain performance may be substantially improved by properly designing the contracts to share risks and rewards. The objective of this paper is to explore the applicability of coordination elements through an analytical model in three-level (Manufacturer-distributor-retailer) serial supply chains using contracts. The model evaluates the impact of supply chain contracts on various performance measures. The impact of some contract may be on some specific performance measure only, which helps managers to choose the type of contract if there is an objective of improving certain performance measure before hand. In three-level supply chains, the contracts are designed at two distinct interfaces: Manufacturer-distributor and distributor-retailer. The model demonstrates the complexity in evaluating the decision variables of three level supply chains. The proposed model is a novel approach to apply coordination theory at various levels of supply chain. The model also presents how the coordination elements are related to each other in various coordination cases.  相似文献

An electrode/electrolyte interface has been formed between an n-type CdSe1−xTex (0≤x≤1) alloyed/mixed type semiconductor and a sulphide/polysulphide redox electrolyte. It has been investigated through the current–voltage, capacitance–voltage and spectrally selective properties. The dependence of the dark current through the junction and the junction capacitance on the voltage across the junction have been examined and analysed. It appeared that the current transport mechanism across the junction is strongly influenced by the recombination mechanism at the interface and series resistance effects. Upon illumination of the interface with a light of 20 mW cm−2, an open circuit voltage of the order of 0.35 V and a short circuit current of 212 μA cm−2 have been developed (for x=0.2), yielding an efficiency of energy conversion equal to 0.2% and a form factor of 45%. The action spectra in the 450–1000 nm wavelength range showed presence of the interface states at the electrode/electrolyte interface. The magnitudes of the barrier heights at the interfaces were also determined. It has been seen that a significant improvement in the electrochemical performance of a cell is noticed for the electrode composition with x=0.2.  相似文献

Mixed V2O5–MoO3 thin films were deposited onto the glass and fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) coated glass substrates, at 400 °C by pulsed spray pyrolysis technique (PSPT). Equimolar vanadium chloride (VCl3) and ammonium molybdate aqueous solutions were mixed together in volume proportions (5–15% molybdenum) and used as a precursor solution for the deposition of mixed V2O5–MoO3 thin films. The structural, morphological, optical and electrochromic properties of the films deposited at different Mo concentrations were studied. With increase in the percentage of Mo the peaks belonging to tetragonal phase of V2O5 eventually disappear and the (1 0 1) orthorhombic V2O5 phase is observed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shows micro thread like reticulated morphology. The optical band gap energy varied over 2.91–2.85 eV. All the films exhibited cathodic electrochromism in lithium containing electrolyte (0.5 M LiClO4 + propylene carbonate (PC)). The highest coloration efficiency (CE) for the V2O5 film with 15% MoO3 mixing was found 35.27 cm2 C−1.  相似文献

Efficient modal decomposition of high-dimensional turbulent flow data is an important first step for data reduction, analysis, and low-dimensional predictive modeling. The conventional modal decomposition techniques, such as proper orthogonal and dynamic mode decompositions, aim to represent the system response using spatially global basis vectors that span a broad spatial domain. A significant challenge facing approaches based on global domain decomposition is the rapid increase in both the amount of training data and the number of modes that must be retained for an accurate representation of convection dominated turbulent flows. An alternative generalized finite element (GFEM) based approach is explored for efficient representation of high-dimensional fluid flow data. Here, the standard finite element interpolation method is enriched with numerical functions that are learned from a small amount of high-fidelity training data over spatially localized subdomains. The GFEM approach is demonstrated on a 3D flow past a cylinder at Reynolds number of 100 000 and flows inside a 2D lid-driven cavity over a range of Reynolds numbers. Compared with a global proper orthogonal decomposition, the GFEM-based approach increases efficiency in reconstructing the datasets while also substantially reducing the amounts of training data.  相似文献

Undoped and Ga doped ZnO thin films (1% GZO, 3% GZO and 5% GZO) were grown on c-Al2O3 substrates using the 1, 3 and 5 at. wt.% Ga doped ZnO targets by pulsed laser deposition. X-ray diffraction studies revealed that highly c-axis oriented, single phase, undoped and Ga doped ZnO thin films with wurtzite structure were deposited. Micro-Raman scattering analysis showed that Ga doping introduces defects in the host lattice. The E2High mode of ZnO in Ga doped ZnO thin film was observed to shift to higher wavenumber indicating the presence of residual compressive stress. Appearance of the normally Raman inactive B1 modes (B1Low, 2B1Low and B1High) due to breaking of local translational symmetry, also indicated that defects were introduced into the host lattice due to Ga incorporation. Band gap of the Ga doped ZnO thin films was observed to shift to higher energy with the increase in doping concentration and is explicated by the Burstein-Moss effect. Electrical resistivity measurements of the undoped and GZO thin films in the temperature range 50 to 300 K revealed the metal to semiconductor transition for 3 and 5% GZO thin films.  相似文献

The work presented in Part 1 of this article showed that additions of magnesium chloride (MgCl2) to ammonia solutions reduced the tendency of ammonia-induced stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) initiation in a Cu-5%Ni alloy. The present work was undertaken to study the SCC behavior of the test alloy exposed to ammonia in the presence of varying concentrations of MgCl2. The exposure to MgCl2 additions reduced the severity of the ammonia-induced SCC.  相似文献

In cats and monkeys, we examined the parasympathetic component of the oculomotor complex, which directly innervates the ciliary muscle, using horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Labeled neurons of varying form and size were found in the Edinger-Westphal(EW) and the Perlia nuclei of the cat and in the anteromedian, EW, and Perlia nuclei of the monkey. Our study confirmed that a direct parasympathetic pathway exists from the midbrain to the ciliary muscles, and that accommodation is controlled in part by this direct link from the midsagittal region via a parasympathetic neuron of the oculomotor nuclear complex.  相似文献
