Nanobubble generation and its applications in froth flotation (part Ⅲ): specially designed laboratory scale column flotation of phosphate

Froth flotation is used widely for upgrading raw phosphate. The flotation recovery of coarse phosphate (-1.18+0.425 mm) is much lower than that achieved on the -0.425+0.15 mm size fraction. Enhanced recovery of coarse phosphate particles is of great economic and environmental importance for phosphate industry. In this investigation, four different phosphate samples were aquired, characterized and tested in a specially designed laboratory-scale flotation column. Significant recovery improvement of coarse phosphate flotation was achieved using cavitation-generated nanobubble though its effects differ among the four testing phosphate samples. The laboratory-scale flotation column test results indicate that nanobubble increased P2O5 recovery by up to 10%-30% for a given Acid Insoluble (A.I.) rejection, depending on the characteristic of phosphate samples. The improvement ef-fect of nanobubble on the hard-to-float particles was more significant than that on easy-to-float particles, especially at lower col-lector dosages. Nanobubbles reduced the collector dosage by 1/3 to 1/2. Nanobubbles almost doubled the coarse phosphate flotation rate constant and increased the flotation selectivity index by up to 25%.

针对酚水稀释过程中酚水流量不便测量的工程情况,提出了一种基于RBF（径向基）神经网络的预测控制方法.在酚水罐每个液位变化周期内使用计算机定时测量液位高度,并将这些高度值作为目标输出,在每个循环结束时训练RBF网络,利用RBF网络的逼近能力来实时预测酚水流量,从而控制清水的配比,实现酚水质量浓度的稳定.该方法可避免测量误差带来的干扰,提高控制精度.     

自动人脸跟踪方法研究

针对实时视频监控领域中传统的Camshift算法不能自动跟踪人脸和容易受到肤色相近遮挡等问题,首先采用Adaboost算法实现了人脸的自动检测,同时对于跟踪丢失等情形,通过贪心预测和卡尔曼预测对跟踪偏差进行实时改进,并比较两种算法的优缺点。实验表明前者对跟踪的准确性有较大提高,后者具有较好的实时性,在相近肤色遮挡时仍能实现正确跟踪,并对侧脸也有较好的效果,算法具有较好的鲁棒性。

Optimal binary codes and binary construction of quantum codes

This paper discusses optimal binary codes and pure binary quantum codes created using Steane construction. First, a local search algorithm for a special subclass of quasi-cyclic codes is proposed, then five binary quasi-cyclic codes are built. Second, three classical construction methods are generalized for new codes from old such that they are suitable for constructing binary self-orthogonal codes, and 62 binary codes and six subcode chains of obtained self-orthogonal codes are designed. Third, six pure binary quantum codes are constructed from the code pairs obtained through Steane construction. There are 66 good binary codes that include 12 optimal linear codes, 45 known optimal linear codes, and nine known optimal self-orthogonal codes. The six pure binary quantum codes all achieve the performance of their additive counterparts constructed by quaternary construction and thus are known optimal codes.
