本文阐述了氧化锆增韧陶瓷（ＺＴＣ）的相变增韧机理，并探讨了热处理工艺对ＺＴＣ的相变及显微组织的影响规律。     

一种可用于可调谐环行Ti：Al_2O_3激光器的宽带单向器

本文介绍一种宽带单向器的原理及设计。选用ＴＧＧ作磁旋光介质，旋光石英晶片作补偿片，所设计的色散补偿型宽带单向器预计可在７００～１０００ｎｍ波长范围内实现环行激光腔中的单向行波运行；将其应用在可调谐环行Ｔｉ：Ａｌ２Ｏ３激光器中，获得了良好的实验结果。     

浸胶工艺对Nomex蜂窝性能的影响

本文研究了浸胶工艺对Ｎｏｍｅｘ蜂窝性能的影响，分析探讨了提高Ｎｏｍｅｘ蜂窝性能及外观质量的途径。研究结果表明：采取新的浸胶工艺制作的Ｎｏｍｅｘ蜂窝，各项性能全面达到法国宇航材料标准。     

Enhancement of modulation bandwidth of laser diodes by injection locking

In this letter, we suggest a new method for significantly enhancing the intrinsic bandwidth of a laser diode through the use of an injection locking technique. Our analysis shows that for moderate and high-injection levels, the bandwidth of a laser diode can be increased to several times its free-running bandwidth.     

Effects of oxide additives on sheet resistance of W thick-film conductor

A multilayer AIN-W cofired body has been developed using the pressless sintering technique. Effects of additives, such as Y₂O₃, CaO, La₂O₃, MgO, Al₂O₃ and SiO₂, on the sheet resistance of W conductor were studied. The sheet resistance of the W conductor increases with increasing additives in the W paste. However, the oxides can be divided into two groups. The effect of the first group on sheet resistance is different from that of the second group.     

Finite element analysis of local damage and post-failure behavior for strain-softening solid

A finite element analysis of the viscoplastic-softening model with the evolution of local damage for strain softening material is presented. An effective damage matrix is introduced to consider the influence of isotropic damage on different types of micro-cracking by different states of stress. The localized strain mode with local damage occurs in the post-failure regime of deformation. The computational techniques for tracing the post-failure path of the softening response are discussed with several examples.     

电容器介质吸收电流的测量和表征

在外电场作用下，电容器介质的吸收电流和漏电电流混杂而难以分开，但外电场除去后吸收电流对电容器放电总电荷所贡献的百分比具有确定值，吸收电流的释放遵从自由弛豫规律。可用响应时间ｒ’表征。实验给出了一些常见介质的吸收电流表征参数。     

Coupling techniques in boundary-combined methods for solving elliptic problems with singularities

Three coupling strategies in matching the Ritz-Galerkin method and the finite element method are introduced for general elliptic equations, and useful numerical techniques are provided. Numerical experiments have been carried out for solving the typical, singular Motz problem, which shows that optimal convergence rates of numerical solutions can be achieved by using the combined methods and techniques provided in this paper.
