The National Measurement Institutes (NMIs) topped off its country national measurement system transfer by calibration the traceability to the SI units. In order to fulfill the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, namely point 5.4.5, these laboratories should validate their own laboratory-designed or developed methods for the dissemination of the units. A procedure for validation of calibration methods is proposed and an example of validation of calibration results is drafted by the application of experimental design.  相似文献

2D nanomaterials have been actively utilized in non‐volatile resistive switching random access memory (ReRAM) devices due to their high flexibility, 3D‐stacking capability, simple structure, transparency, easy fabrication, and low cost. Herein, it demonstrates re‐writable, bistable, transparent, and flexible solution‐processed crossbar ReRAM devices utilizing graphene oxide (GO) based multilayers as active dielectric layers. The devices employ single‐ or multi‐component‐based multilayers composed of positively charged GO (N‐GO(+) or NS‐GO(+)) with/without negatively charged GO(‐) using layer‐by‐layer assembly method, sandwiched between Al bottom and Au top electrodes. The device based on the multi‐component active layer Au/[N‐GO(+)/GO(‐)]n/Al/PES shows higher ON/OFF ratio of ≈105 with switching voltage of ?1.9 V and higher retention stability (≈104 s), whereas the device based on single component (Au/[N‐GO(+)]n/Al/PES) shows ≈103 ON/OFF ratio at ±3.5 V switching voltage. The superior ReRAM properties of the multi‐component‐based device are attributed to a higher coating surface roughness. The Au/[N‐GO(+)/GO(–)]n/Al/PES device prepared from lower GO concentration (0.01%) exhibits higher ON/OFF ratio (≈109) at switching voltage of ±2.0 V. However, better stability is achieved by increasing the concentration from 0.01% to 0.05% of all GO‐based solutions. It is found that the devices containing MnO2 in the dielectric layer do not improve the ReRAM performance.  相似文献

Thin layers of silver and titanium were deposited onto commercial Ti–48Al particles by magnetron sputtering prior to their consolidation by hot isostatic pressing and subsequent heat treatment. Based on picnometry and electron probe microanalysis results, average values of 1.5 and 2.5 at.%, respectively, were obtained for the silver and titanium contents in the coated particles. The surface modified Ti–48Al particles exhibited improved sintering ability than the unmodified ones. The consolidated samples have duplex microstructures formed by γ-TiAl and γ-TiAl + α2-Ti3Al grains. Ag-rich nanoprecipitates were detected in the microstructure of the compacted Ti-48Al + Ag sample. The coatings are no longer visible at the grains boundaries after a subsequent homogenization heat treatment at 1200°C. The highest values of hardness and Young’s modulus were obtained for the Ti–48Al + Ag sample, associated with a higher density and a lower percentage of pores.  相似文献

This work intends to find specific radiopharmaceuticals for cancer therapy based on beta (153Sm and 166Ho) or Auger (99Tc(m)) emitter radionuclides, using cyclic and acyclic polyamines as bifunctional chelators. These chelators are designed to allow the binding of a tumour seeking biomolecule and/or a DNA intercalator. The cyclic amines, such as 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid, 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-1,4,8,11-tetraacetic acid and 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclotridecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid, were radiolabelled with 153Sm and 166Ho. The radiochemical and biological behaviour of the resulting complexes were evaluated in order to assess their potential as building blocks for the attachment of selected biomolecules, with the aim of further applying them for the development of specific therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. Novel pyrazolyldiamines, bearing a DNA intercalating anthracenyl fragment, were also explored to synthesize radioactive complexes with the fac-[99Tc(m)(CO)]3]+ moiety. The identity of these 99Tc(m) tricarbonyl complexes was confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography comparison with rhenium congeners fully characterized. By including a DNA intercalator into the chelator framework, we expect to induce more efficient and selective damage to the DNA of cancer cells by the action of the short-range Auger electrons emitted by 99Tc(m).  相似文献

The pattern of c-erbB-3 gene product was studied in 91 advanced gastric carcinomas, adjacent hyperplastic mucosa, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia and in normal controls, using immunohistochemistry in archival material. All tumours showed positive c-erbB-3 staining in both cytoplasm and membrane. No significant differences of expression were observed between intestinal and diffuse-type carcinomas or any other clinical parameters. Of interest is the expression in the adjacent mucosa, which is extensive, cytoplasmic, and of lower intensity than in the tumours. Further studies are currently being carried out to clarify the role of this protein in tumour behaviour and gastric carcinogenesis.  相似文献

The main objective of this study was the sensory characterization, by a taste and a consumers’ panel, of fresh sausages from 140 culled goats and 140 culled ewes. Species and type of preparation effects were studied. All data were previously analyzed by analysis of variance. Taste panel data were analyzed by a Generalized Procrustes Analysis (GPA). Consumers’ panel data were analyzed by Preference Mapping. The 1st 2 factors explained 88.22% of total variation in GPA. Different sausages samples were perfectly differentiated by assessors. Goat sausages have been considered harder, more fibrous, and less juicy than sheep sausages. The panelists observed that sheep sausages without paprika had greater intensity of flavor, tasted spicy, and had an off‐odor, while goat sausages with paprika were considered sweeter. Consumers’ panel did not show any preference for the different types of sausages. This means that all types of sausages can have market opportunity.  相似文献

Chromosomal DNA damage can be a result of several processes and agents of endogenous or exogenous origin. These cause strand breaks or oxidized bases that lead to strand breaks, which relax the normally supercoiled genomic DNA and increase its electrophoretic mobility. The extent of DNA damage can be assessed by single cell gel electrophoresis, where the chromosomal DNA migration distance correlates with the extent of DNA damage. This technique has been used for a variety of applications with several organisms, but only a few studies have been reported for Saccharomyces cerevisiae. A possible reason for this absence is that low cellular DNA content could hamper visualization. Here we report an optimization of the comet assay protocol for yeast cells that is robust and sensitive enough to reproducibly detect background DNA damage and oxidative damage caused by hydrogen peroxide. DNA repair was observed and quantified as diminishing comet tail length with time after oxidative stress removal in a process well described by first‐order kinetics with a tail length half‐life of 11 min at 37 °C. This is, to our knowledge, the first quantitative measurement of DNA repair kinetics in S. cerevisiae by this method. We also show that diet antioxidants protect from DNA damage, as shown by a three‐fold decrease in comet tail length. The possibility of assessment of DNA damage and repair in individual cells applied to the model organism S. cerevisiae creates new perspectives for studying genotoxicity and DNA repair. Maloalcoholic fermentation (MAF) of grape must by Schizosaccharomyces pombe immobilised in calcium‐alginate double‐layer beads (ProMalic®) was studied in Erlenmeyer flasks and in a total recycle fixed‐bed reactor operating in batch mode. The reaction is pseudo‐first order with respect to l ‐malic acid and under similar conditions deacidification is faster in the recycle reactor. This was attributed to mass transfer limitations which were confirmed in the recycle reactor by studying the influence of yeast load on the rate of MAF. Mass transfer limitations are also responsible for the lower activation energy of fermentation with the immobilised yeast (67 ± 9 kJ mol?1) in comparison with the free cells (126 ± 19 kJ mol?1). Alcoholic fermentation and MAF were performed simultaneously, both in the recycle reactor and in the industrial trials, confirming the efficacy of immobilised S. pombe to reduce grape must acidity without interfering with the main fermentation. Altogether, the present results are useful for the scale‐up of a recycle reactor to process large volumes of grape must.  相似文献
