The vibration characteristics of a Korean standard PWR reactor internals have been estimated through a three-dimensional finite element analyses and verified by using the mode separated power spectral density functions obtained from the ex-core neutron noise signals. Also the natural vibration modes of the fuel assembly have been identified measuring both the ex-core and the in-core neutron noise signals which are close to each other. As a result, the fundamental bending mode frequency of the reactor internal structure is found to be around 8 Hz and the fundamental shell mode frequency 14.5 Hz, respectively. It is also shown that the fundamental bending mode frequency of the fuel assembly is 2.3 Hz and the 2nd bending mode frequency 5.8 Hz, respectively. These results can be used for the supplements of the Korean standard PWR's CVAP (Comprehensive Vibration Assessment Program) data. 相似文献

This paper considers the control model identification andH∞ controller design for a tandem cold mill (TCM). In order to improve the performance of the existing automatic gauge control (AGC) system based on the Taylor linearized model of the TCM, a new mathematical model that can complement the Taylor linearized model is constructed by using the N4SID algorithm based on subspace method and the least squares algorithm based on ARX model. It is shown that the identified model has dynamic characteristics of the TCM than the existing Taylor linearized model. TheH∞ controller is designed to have robust stability to the system parameters variation, disturbance attenuation and robust tracking capability to the set-up value of strip thickness. TheH∞ servo problem is formulated and it is solved by using LMI (linear matrix inequality) techniques. Simulation results demonstrate the usefulness and applicability of the proposedH∞ controller. 相似文献

The Ni, Fe, Co and Cu single and multilayer nanowire arrays to make perpendicular magnetic recording media were fabricated with nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates from Watt solution and additives by the DC electrodeposition. The results show that the diameters of Ni, Fe, Co and Cu single and multilayer nanowires in AAO templates are 40–80 nm and the lengths are about 30 μm with the aspect ratio of 350–750. The magnetic properties of the prepared nanowires are different under different electrodepositing conditions. The remanences (Br) of Ni/Cu/Fe multilayer nanowires are lower than those of others multilayer nanowires, and coercivity (Hc) of Ni/Cu/Fe multilayer nanowires are lower than those of others multilayer nanowires. These are compatible with the required conditions of high density magnetic media devices that should have the low coercivity to easily success magnetization and high remanence to keep magnetization after removal of magnetic field. 相似文献

There has been a vast amount of investigation in the field of experimental and theoretical treatments of the effective diffusivity in porous media for more than half of a century [1-4]. The effective diffusivity is required for several reasons [5]; for example, during catalyst formulation, active species can be laid down precisely or with specified concentration profiles on a porous matrix or support. In experimental work on heterogeneous reactions an effective diffusivity is needed to obtain the value of the Thiele modulus and hence to determine the intrinsic reaction kinetics. In reactor design the diffusivity is needed to evaluate the Thiele modulus, which can then be an aid in predicting reaction rates for heterogeneous systems. In addition, a simple and quick testing method could be used as a screening or quality control procedure during catalyst manufacture. 相似文献

fluid with a moving mass. The equation of motion is derived by using Lagrange’s equation and analyzed by numerical method.
The cantilever pipe is modelled by the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory. The crack section is represented by a local flexibility
matrix connecting two undamaged pipe segments. The influences of the crack, the moving mass, the tip mass and its moment of
inertia, the velocity of fluid, and the coupling of these factors on the vibration mode, the frequency, and the tip-displacement

In this study, three different selective media, modified cefoperazone charcoal deoxycholate agar (mCCDA), Karmali agar, and Preston agar, were compared for isolating Campylobacter jejuni from artificially contaminated ground beef and fresh-cut vegetables that have different levels of background microflora. Concurrently, an automated enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for detecting Campylobacter spp. (VIDAS Campylobacter) was evaluated by comparing it with the culture methods. Food samples inoculated with C. jejuni were enriched in Bolton broth at 42°C for 44 h and then streaked onto the three different selective media, followed by incubation under microaerobic conditions at 42°C for 48 h. The enriched Bolton broth (1 ml) was used in the VIDAS Campylobacter assay. No statistical differences in sensitivities were observed between the three selective media for ground beef and fresh-cut vegetables, but the selectivity of Preston agar was better (P < 0.05) than those of mCCDA and Karmali agar. The VIDAS Campylobacter assay showed a recovery rate similar (P > 0.05) to those of all of the medium combinations in ground beef. However, more positive samples (P < 0.05) were detected with the VIDAS Campylobacter than with the selective agars, except for the combinations of mCCDA plus Preston agar or mCCDA plus Karmali agar plus Preston agar in fresh-cut vegetables. 相似文献

In this study, the effects of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) dispersion and poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile)-g-maleic anhydride (SAN-g-MAH) as a compatibilizer on the electrical conductivity, electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE), and rheological properties of polycarbonate (PC)/poly(acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene) (ABS)/MWCNT composites were investigated. The morphological results from the scanning and transmission electron microscope images showed that the droplet size of the ABS decreased when the SAN-g-MAH (5 phr) was added to the PC/ABS (80/20) blend. This result suggests that the SAN-g-MAH acts as an effective compatibilizer in the PC/ABS blend. Also, the MWCNT appeared to be located more in the ABS phase (dispersed phase) than in the PC phase (continuous phase). The interfacial tension of the ABS/MWCNT composite was lower than that of the PC–MWCNT composite, and the lower value of interfacial tension of the ABS/MWCNT composite affected the preferred location of the MWCNT in the ABS phase more than in the PC phase. The electrical conductivities and EMI SE of the PC/ABS/MWCNT composite with the compatibilizer were higher than those of the composite without compatibilizer. The complex viscosity of the PC/ABS/MWCNT composite containing the SAN-g-MAH increased with the frequency compared to that of the composite without SAN-g-MAH. This result is possibly due to the increased degree of MWCNT dispersion. The result of rheological properties is consistent with the results of the morphology, electrical conductivity, and EMI SE of the PC/ABS/MWCNT composite. 相似文献
