We have investigated the effect of oxygen flow rate and radio-frequency (RF) power on the photoconductivity properties of ZnO thin films grown by magnetron sputtering and correlated the changes to the structural qualities. The electrical measurements show that the carrier concentration decreases with increase in the oxygen flow rate which is attributed to the probable increase in the oxygen vacancy (VO)-related defects. The photocurrent spectra show that as the oxygen content increases, the films become lesser and more sensitive to the visible and ultraviolet (UV) lights respectively. As a result, the photo-to-dark current ratio (gain) increases to a value of 1.10 × 106. As the RF power increases from 50 W to 150 W, the films become more conducting. The photoconductivity results show that as the RF power increases, the UV gain decreases slowly indicating that highly UV sensitive films can be grown at lower RF power.  相似文献

Genetically engineered T and NK cells expressing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) are promising cytotoxic cells for the treatment of hematological malignancies and solid tumors. Despite the successful therapies using CAR-T cells, they have some disadvantages, such as cytokine release syndrome (CRS), neurotoxicity, or graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD). CAR-NK cells have lack or minimal cytokine release syndrome and neurotoxicity, but also multiple mechanisms of cytotoxic activity. NK cells are suitable for developing an “off the shelf” therapeutic product that causes little or no graft versus host disease (GvHD), but they are more sensitive to apoptosis and have low levels of gene expression compared to CAR-T cells. To avoid these adverse effects, further developments need to be considered to enhance the effectiveness of adoptive cellular immunotherapy. A promising approach to enhance the effectiveness of adoptive cellular immunotherapy is overcoming terminal differentiation or senescence and exhaustion of T cells. In this case, EVs derived from immune cells in combination therapy with drugs may be considered in the treatment of cancer patients, especially effector T and NK cells-derived exosomes with the cytotoxic activity of their original cells.  相似文献

In this study, the impression creep behaviour of δ-phase of U-50 wt.% Zr (U-72.29 at.% Zr) system was studied in the temperature range 525-575 °C at different stresses. The velocity of the punch at different stresses and temperatures were evaluated for the above alloy. The stress exponents and thermal activation parameters of the above alloy were determined. A power law behaviour is displayed with the stress exponents range from 6.5 to 7. The activation enthalpy for the δ-UZr2 was found to be independent of stress with an average value of 106 kJ/mol.  相似文献

Flame retardancy was imparted to a scoured and bleached, proteinous woollen textile by using banana pseudostem sap, an ecofriendly waste agricultural product, at different pH levels. The flame retardancy characteristics of both the control and the treated fabrics were analysed in terms of the limiting oxygen index and the vertical flammability measurement. Thermal degradation and fire retardancy mechanisms were studied using thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive X‐ray analysis. Moreover, the charring mechanism of both the control and the banana‐pseudostem‐sap‐treated fabrics with varying pH was analysed and reported in detail. The wool fabric was also dyed with CI Acid Blue 25 using banana pseudostem sap as well as water as the medium. The fabric dyed with the banana pseudostem sap medium at pH 5.5 showed more colour exhaustion, colour strength, and thermal stability compared with the control wool fabric. The mechanism by which superior fire retardancy and colour strength are imparted to the woollen textile by the application of banana pseudostem sap is proposed.  相似文献

Effect of friction stir welding (FSW) on microstructure and mechanical properties of oxide dispersion strengthened alloy MA956 was investigated. Fine grained microstructure was developed in the processed region with slight particle coarsening. Tensile behavior of the processed material was compared with that of the as-received material at room temperature. Results indicated that significant grain refinement during FSW compensated for the reduced particle strengthening contribution and enhanced tensile strength by 145 MPa without loss in ductility. Further analysis indicated a good agreement between experimentally measured yield strength and the strength calculated by Pythagorean superimposition of strengthening contribution in FSWed material.  相似文献

ZnO thin films have been deposited on quartz glass, sapphire, and glass substrates by the sol-gel technique and subjected to different annealing ambients. X-ray diffraction measurements show that all the films are hexagonal wurtzite type. The variations in photoluminescence (PL) and photoconductivity (PC) properties have been correlated to the structural and microstructural changes due to different substrates and annealing ambients. The maximum photoresponse has been observed for the films on quartz substrates. The violet emission in the PL spectra is enhanced for vacuum and nitrogen annealed films. The maximum ultraviolet (UV) photoresponse and photo-to-dark current ratio is observed for ZnO films annealed in air.  相似文献

A schematic representation of optical feedback between two resonator mirrors undergoing a phase shift each round trip as a function of the separation of the mirrors is studied. A transfer function modeling of the extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometer (EFPI) is presented. Nyquist analysis has been used to forecast the operational stability and possibility of interference in an EFPI. The analysis with two perfectly parallel surfaces of the cavity shows efficient interference. The performance when there is some tilt between the two mirrors in the cavity is also studied and is presented. In this case some restricted interference is found.  相似文献

An experimental kinetic study has been completed on precipitate flotation of Zn(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) hydroxides (initial metal concentration 1 × 10?-2M) with the anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl benzenesulphonate (1 × 10?-4M), at varying equilibrium pH. An original radioactive isotope procedure was applied and proved to be sufficiently accurate. Kinetic equations of Rubin and co-workers were found to be relevant for precipitate flotation of hydroxides. From the flotation rate constant (kp) determined at varying equilibrium pH of floated suspensions it appeared that the selective flotation of individual compounds from mixed precipitate was possible as a result of the ‘kinetic effect’.  相似文献
