Alpha-Helical Structure of Fish Actomyosin: Changes during Setting

Participation of the α-helix in setting was investigated using circular dichroism. The α-helicity of the actomyosin from eight species of fish decreased during incubation at 30°C or at 40°C. The extent and pattern of decrease differed among species. When rate of decrease was plotted vs rate of increase in strength of gel preincubated at 30°C or at 40°C, the two factors correlated closely. We propose that the unfolding of α-helix initiated setting.     

钍-铀燃料后处理中新萃取剂的研究 Ⅰ.双取代酰胺类的研究及其结构与性能的关系

合成并研究了10种双取代酰胺萃取铀、钍、裂片元素的情况,结果表明,取代己内酰胺的萃取性能优于非环状双取代酰胺。和1mol/1的TBP相比,取代己内酰胺萃取铀的能力比TBP强,萃取钍的能力和TBP接近。除OCLA外,酰胺对于铀钍的分离性能均比TBP好,酰胺对Zr-Nb的去污性能优于TBP。还初步探讨了酰胺类萃取剂结构与性能的关系。     

Process Parameter Effects on Particle Residence Time in a Vertical Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger

Residence times of 1.0-2.0 cm potato cubes with 0.4-1.2% aqueous solutions of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose flowing at 453-599 mli sec were investigated in a vertical scraped surface heat exchanger rotating at 60 160 rpm. Minimum and maximum normalized particle residence times (NPRTs) standard deviation of mean NPRTs, and characteristic parameter for tanks-in-series models were not significantly affected by particle concentration. Mean NPRT for 40% particle concentration was significantly higher than those of single particle - 20% particle concentrations. Mean NPRTs were significantly influenced by process parameters and 2-way interactions.     

钍-铀燃料后处理中新萃取剂的研究——Ⅳ.N-正辛基己内酰胺对主要裂片元素的萃取及γ辐照对萃取行为的影响

研究了N-正辛基己内酰胺(OCLA)从硝酸介质中对主要裂片元素Zr、Nb、Ru及Cs的萃取性质并和相同条件下的TBP萃取性质作比较。结果表明,OCLA的萃取性质类似于TBP,但在相同条件下,OCLA萃取主要裂片元素的分配系数要比TBP高。还研究了辐照对OCLA及TBP萃取性质的影响。OCLA的辐照稳定性比TBP好,特别是辐照对萃取锆的影响比TBP萃取锆的影响小得多。     

UO_2氢氟化生产UF_4新型反应器的研究

根据ＵＯ＿２氢氟化反应的动力学特性，提出了一种用于氢氟化过程的新型反应器─—“７”型炉反应器，并进行了中试研究。结果表明，在保证产品ＵＦ＿４含量≥９３％的情况下，尾气ＨＦ浓度＜５％，达到了国际先进水平。     

基于Delphi的QTM数据采集统计系统的实现

目前车间现有的QTM综合测试台的数据采集系统,无法对QTM进行故障统计和查询,也缺少中文故障信息提示和建议方法等,采用人工记录费时费力且实时性差,为此开发了基于Delphi的QTM数据采集统计系统。该系统通过RS232串行接口实现PC机与QTM之间的串口通信,对QTM的日常状态数据进行实时采集及故障提示,并在SQLServer的支持下通过以太网对数据进行存储及远程查询。同时采用图形方式显示采集数据,并嵌入中文故障信息提示和建议方法,在远程查询终端嵌入QTM故障统计、标准件校准和吸阻线性测试查询等功能。改进后的QTM数据采集统计系统,增加了图形化重复性、线性采集查询,故障统计和远程查询功能,满足了车间烟草检测仪器信息化管理的需求,克服了人工记录费时费力等缺点。经过实际运行和两年同期数据对比分析可见,车间QTM故障率由2.0%降低到0.5%以下,有效控制了故障时间,减少了QTM维修成本。
