Corn stover is a renewable, low cost and abundant feedstock in China. Its effective utilization is crucial for providing bioenergy, releasing environmental pollution and increasing farmers’ income. This aim of this study was to obtain the efficient saccharification of SO2 catalyzed steam-exploded corn stover (SSECS) by polyethylene glycol (PEG) addition. According to the results, adding PEG6000 could lower the enzyme loading by 33.3%. With 20% solid loading, the highest glucose concentration of 102 g L−1 and 91.3% saccharification yield were obtained using 30 CBU (g glucan)−1 ??-glucosidase and 10 FPU (g glucan)−1 cellulase in presence of PEG6000. In addition, protein and enzyme activities assays in the supernatants revealed that PEG could facilitate the desorption of enzyme protein from lignocellulose. These indicated that PEG addition not only can enhance enzymatic saccharification at high substrate concentration, but also can improve enzyme recycling by reducing the enzyme activity loss caused by adsorption during the hydrolysis.  相似文献

航空器航迹跟踪精度直接关系到是否满足基于轨迹运行的实时跟踪业务需求,针对航空器的四维航迹跟踪分析中涉及参数过多的问题,采用最近邻域关联滤波算法以及传统的概率数据关联算法与卡尔曼滤波算法结合的概率数据关联滤波算法对航空器运行过程中的时间、三维位置及速度进行跟踪精度设计,并且使用MATLAB仿真软件进行了理论仿真及分析。通过对同一航迹进行跟踪分析,比较两种算法在三个不同方向上的位置及速度上的跟踪情况,滤波误差均值,取误差均值较小者为优。仿真结果表明,上述两种算法都能够对航迹进行较好地跟踪,并且可以满足基于轨迹运行的业务需求。  相似文献

Diabetes-related neuropathy is a debilitating condition that may be averted if it can be detected early. One possible way this can be achieved at low cost is to utilise peptides to detect C-peptide, a biomarker of diabetic neuropathy. This depends on peptide-peptide co-assembly, which is currently in a nascent stage of intense study. Instead, we propose a bead-based triple-overlay combinatorial strategy that can preserve inter-residue information during the screening process for a suitable complementary peptide to co-assemble with C-peptide. The screening process commenced with a pentapeptide general library, which revealed histidine to be an essential residue. Further screening with seven tetrapeptide focused libraries led to a table of self-consistent peptide sequences that included tryptophan and lysine at high frequencies. Three complementary nonapeptides (9mer com-peptides), wpkkhfwgq (Trp-D), kwkkhfwgq (Lys-D), and KWKKHFWGQ (Lys-L) (as a negative control) were picked from this table for co-assembly studies with C-peptide. Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopies were utilized to study inter-peptide interactions and changes in secondary structures respectively. ATR-FTIR studies showed that there is indeed inter-peptide interaction between C-peptide and the tryptophan residues of the 9mer com-peptides. CD studies of unaggregated and colloidal C-peptide with the 9mer com-peptides suggest that the extent of co-assembly of C-peptide with Trp-D is greatest, followed by Lys-D and Lys-L. These results are promising and indicate that the presented strategy is viable for designing and evaluating longer complementary peptides, as well as complementary peptides for co-assembly with other polypeptides of interest and importance. We discuss the possibility of designing complementary peptides to inhibit toxic amyloidosis with this approach.  相似文献

Community detection has been extensively studied in the past decades largely because of the fact that community exists in various networks such as technological, social and biological networks. Most of the available algorithms, however, only focus on the properties of the vertices, ignoring the roles of the edges. To explore the roles of the edges in the networks for community discovery, the authors introduce the novel edge centrality based on its antitriangle property. To investigate how the edge centrality characterises the community structure, they develop an approach based on the edge antitriangle centrality with the isolated vertex handling strategy (EACH) for community detection. EACH first calculates the edge antitriangle centrality scores for all the edges of a given network and removes the edge with the highest score per iteration until the scores of the remaining edges are all zero. Furthermore, EACH is characterised by being free of the parameters and independent of any additional measures to determine the community structure. To demonstrate the effectiveness of EACH, they compare it with the state‐of‐the art algorithms on both the synthetic networks and the real world networks. Strain Alcaligenes faecalis was isolated and identified as a member of the genus Alcaligenes by using BIOLOG and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The phenol biodegradation tests showed that the phenol-degrading potential of A. faecalis related greatly to the different physiological phases of inoculum. The maximum phenol degradation occurred at the late phase of the exponential growth stages, where 1600 mg L(-1) phenol was completely degraded within 76 h. A. faecalis secreted and accumulated a vast quantity of phenol hydroxylase in this physiological phase, which ensured that the cells could quickly utilize phenol as a sole carbon and energy source. In addition, the kinetic behavior of A. faecalis in batch cultures was also investigated over a wide range of initial phenol concentrations (0-1600 mg L(-1)) by using Haldane model. It was clear that the Haldane kinetic model adequately described the dynamic behavior of the phenol biodegradation by the strain of A. faecalis.  相似文献
