Lake water resources operation and water quality management come up with higher challenges due to climate change. The frequency and intensity of extreme hydrological events are increasing under global warming, which may directly lead to more uncertainty and complexity for hydrodynamic and water-quality conditions in large shallow lake. However, studies about effects of climate change on lake hydrodynamic and water-quality conditions are not enough. Thus, a coupled model is es-tablished to investigate the potential responses of lake water level, flow field and pollutant migra-tion to the changing climatic factors. The results imply that water flow capacity and self-purification in the Hongze Lake can be improved by west, northwest, north, south and southeast winds indi-cating wind filed change has a great effect on the hydrodynamic and water-quality conditions in large shallow lake. It is further observed that both hydrodynamics and water quality are more sensitive to rainfall change than to temperature change; compared to the effect from temperature and rainfall, the effect from wind field appear to be more pronounced. Moreover, the results verify the feasibility of coupling basin hydrological model with lake hydrodynamic and water quality model. To the best of knowledge, the coupled model should not be used until independent calibra-tions and verifications for hydrodynamics and water quality modeling, the hydrological model and the coupled model.
Theknowledge transfer problem in artificial intelligence consists of finding effective ways to elicit information from a human expert and represent it in a form suitable for use by an expert system. One approach to formalizing and guiding this knowledge transfer process for certain types of expert systems is to use psychometric scaling methods to analyze data on how the human expert compares or groups solutions. For example, Butler and Corter [1] obtained judgments of thesubstitutability of solutions from an expert, then analyzed the resulting data via techniques for fitting trees and extended trees [2]. The expert's interpretation of certain aspects of the solutions were directly encoded as production rules, allowing rapid prototyping. In this paper we consider the problem of combining information from multiple experts. We propose the use of three-way or individual differences multidimensional scaling, tree-fitting, and unfolding models to analyze two types of data obtainable from the multiple experts: judgments of the substitutability of pairs of solutions, and judgments of the appropriateness of specific solutions to specific problems. An application is described in which substitutability data were obtained from three experts and analyzed using the SINDSCAL program [3] for three-way multidimensional scaling [4]. 相似文献
Conjugated polymers such as polyacetylene are semiconductors, and can be chemically doped to give very high values of conductivity (up to 150 000 S cm–1). The semiconducting properties are due to delocalization of the electron system formed along the polymer chain, and this general class of materials shows many desirable semiconductor properties for electrical and optical applications. There are considerable challenges to find synthetic routes to allow processing of the polymer to the forms required for applications, and many of the recent important advances in the field are due to improvements in this area. 相似文献
In the present paper, the crystallography of isothermal transformation and decomposition ofβ, phase have been studied by means of transmission electron microscopy and diffraction in the CuZnAl shape memory alloy. It has been proved that the bainite formed inβ1, matrix when the samples were transformed isothermally at moderate temperature. The crystallography of the isothermal bainitic transformation is identical to that of martensite in the same system. When the specimens were aged at moderate temperatures for longer time, the bainite and matrix decomposed to equilibrium phases. The decomposition process can be summarized as follows: $$\begin{gathered} bainite (9R) \to 9R + \alpha \left( {fcc} \right) \to \alpha + \beta \left( {bcc} \right) \hfill \\ matrix (B2) \to 2H + B2 \to \beta \left( {bcc} \right) \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ There are definite orientation relationships among these phases during the decomposition process and they are shown below: $$\begin{gathered} \left( {111} \right)_\alpha \parallel \left( {001} \right)_B ,\left[ {0\bar 11} \right]_\alpha \parallel \left[ {\bar 110} \right]_B \hfill \\ \left( {111} \right)_\alpha 5^ \circ away from \left( {110} \right)_\beta ,\left[ {0\bar 11} \right]_\alpha \parallel \left[ {1\bar 1\bar 1} \right]_\beta \hfill \\ \left( {110} \right)_M \parallel \left( {001} \right)_{2H} ,\left[ {001} \right]_M \parallel \left[ {010} \right]_{2H} \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ Thus, the crystallography of isothermal transformation and decomposition ofβ1 phase and the sequence of transitions have been revealed. 相似文献
