网格计算是一种前景看好的新技术,世界上有很多科研机构和大型企业正在投入大量的人力、物力进行网格计算技术的研究和开发。本文介绍了网格能够实现的目标并阐述网格计算技术的基本架构,以及对生活和生产所产生的影响。     

CO2激光用于船体型线放样切割的研究及应用

用激光打标和激光切割方法,实现对船舶建造中船体型线样板箱制作材料的划线与下料的工艺步骤.介绍了由激光器、数控系统、机床构架和冷水机组、除尘与空气压缩机组等辅助设备组成的龙门式三维激光加工联合机床的设计配置与工作原理,并通过对机床的操作试验,选定对木制材料加工的主要工艺参数,并对影响加工质量的现象进行了分析.     

基于代理方式的私网穿越技术的研究及改进

本文从常见的私网穿越问题解决方案入手,重点分析了基于代理方式的私网穿越问题,提出了在SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)控制下的基于RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)报文预发送机制的代理方式私网穿越改进方案.     

Kinetic theory of a novel carm oscillator with axisymmetrical quasi—Optical cavity of oblique rotation at arbitrary angle

A novel CARM oscillator with axisymmetrical quasi—optical cavity of oblique rotation at arbitrary angle (AQCORAA) is studied using the kinetic theory. By means of the method of local field expansion in the coordinates of the guiding centre and the Laplace transform, the beam—wave interaction power, starting current density and frequency shift are derived. The formulas presented here may have some potential applications for more further studies of the CARM oscillator with AQCORAA.     

InP与In_（1－x）Ga_xAs_yP_（1－y）／InP的电解液电调制反射

研究了ＩｎＰ样品和Ｉｎ１－ｘＧａｘＡｓｙＰ１－ｙ液相外延片在３００～８００ｎｍ范围内的电调制反射光谱。利用Ａｐｓｎｅｓ三点法计算了临界点能量、增宽因子和自旋轨道分裂值。通过实验曲线与理论公式的拟合，确定了临界点能维数及相位因子。并且间接提供了被测Ｉｎ１－ｘＧａｘＡｓｙＰ１－ｙ四元合金的组份值及其它临界点能量值Ｅ０和Ｅ２。     

长延迟反射栅色散延迟线

本文报道了用于电子对抗系统的表面波反射栅色散延迟线的制作情况。器件采用离子束刻蚀沟槽栅的制作工艺,整个刻蚀过程由计算机控制,制作出的器件其主要性能参数为:展宽线中心频率80MHz,色散时间126μs,色散带宽21MHz,插入损耗37dB;压缩线中心频率28MHz,色散时间63μs,色散带宽10.5MHz,插入损耗43dB;配对压缩后,旁瓣抑制可达34—36dB。     

基于混合图的总体布线调整

本文提出了一种基于混合图的总体布线调整方法。混合图是对表示布局的有向图进行一系列精确的顶点分解而产生的。用得到的图模型来表示总体布线信息,从而可以在总体布局优化的同时估计布线对芯片面积的影响,并对总体布线进行调整。由于总体布线是自动更新的,所以布局同时随着布线的调整和模块的移动而改进。本文还提出了多种瓶颈的概念和瓶颈间走线随模块旋转而变化的规律。最后给出的实验结果表明,这种算法在减小芯片面积上获得比较好的结果。     

Triangular ray-tube analysis of dielectric lens antennas

A new method of analysis for the radiation characteristics of dielectric lens antennas with arbitrary inner and outer surfaces is presented. The analysis is based on representing the feed illumination by a contiguous set of ray tubes and including the effects of surface reflections and ray divergence. Radiation patterns and the antenna gain are then computed by evaluating the closed-form expressions developed for the Kirchhoff's integral of the aperture fields. The validity of the analysis method has been demonstrated by comparing the computations with measured results of two different spherical lenses and a shaped lens configurations. The analysis method presented takes into account some of the practical aspects associated with lens design such as surface zoning to reduce the mass and surface matching to minimize the reflection loss     

国内稠油热采井下动态监测技术现状

稠油热采井下动态监测技术能够提供热采井的温度、压力、干度、吸汽剖面、产出剖面等动态参数，分析各油层的吸汽状况。判断注汽效果，为稠油油藏的有效开发提供科学依据。文章通过对热采井动态参数测量技术及方法和现场应用效果进行分析阐述，提出了稠油热采动态监测技术发展方向。
