The correlated metal UCoGe is a weak itinerant ferromagnet with a Curie temperature T C=3 K and a superconductor with a transition temperature T s=0.6 K. We review its basic thermal, magnetic—on the macro and microscopic scale—and transport properties, as well as the response to high pressure. The data unambiguously show that superconductivity and ferromagnetism coexist below T s=0.6 K and are carried by the same 5f electrons. We present evidence that UCoGe is a p-wave superconductor and argue that superconductivity is mediated by critical ferromagnetic spin fluctuations.  相似文献

Continuous production of highly crystalline ZnO nanorods by supercritical hydrothermal synthesis was reported in this article. Zinc nitrate aqueous solution was pressurized to 30 MPa at room temperature and rapidly heated to 673 K by mixing with supercritical water and then fed into a tubular reactor. Residence time is about 10 s. Production of ZnO nanorod particles with uniform particle size distribution showed a strong ultraviolet light emission at room temperature. This article also reported in-situ surface modification of ZnO nanorods with organic reagents by the supercritical hydrothermal synthesis.  相似文献

It will be interesting and valuable information can be achieved if a direct comparison between organic light emitting devices (OLEDs) fabricated by vacuum evaporated method (vac) and solution-based manufacturing processes (sol) was realized. Small molecular OLEDs with a mixed organic layer structure (MOLOLEDs) make it possible for direct comparison between devices with the same materials but fabricated by the two processing methods. This article shows a direct comparison of the luminescence characteristics, charge conduction, and device physics between MOLOLEDs fabricated by vac- and sol-processing techniques. It gives an elementary explain how the organic/metal interfaces influence the charge conduction and device performance.  相似文献

Recently, a zinc oxide (ZnO)-binding peptide (ZnOBP) has been identified and has been used to assist the synthesis of unique crystalline ZnO particles. We analyzed the influence of ZnOBP on the crystal growth of ZnO structures formed from zinc hydroxide. The addition of ZnOBP in the hydrothermal synthesis of ZnO suppressed [0001] crystal growth in the ZnO particles, indicating that the specificity of the material-binding peptide for specific inorganic crystal faces controlled the crystal growth. Furthermore, the dipeptides with a partial sequence of ZnO-binding "hot spot" in ZnOBP were used to synthesize ZnO particles, and we found that the presence of these dipeptides more strictly suppressed (0001) growth in ZnO crystals than did the complete ZnOBP sequence. These results demonstrate the applicability of dipeptides selected from material-binding peptides to control inorganic crystal growth.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to show the effect of guide vane geometry on the performance. In order to overcome the disadvantages of vertical axis wind turbine, a straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine (S-VAWT) with a directed guide vane row has been proposed and tested by the authors. According to previous studies, it was clarified that the performance of the turbine can be improved by means of the directed guide vane row. However, the guide vane geometry of S-VAWT has not been optimized so far. In order to clarify the effect of guide vane geometry, the effects of setting angle and gap between rotor blade and guide vane on power coefficient and starting characteristic were investigated in the experiments. The experimental study of the proposed wind turbine was carried out by a wind tunnel. The wind tunnel with a diameter of 1.8m is open jet type. The wind velocity is 8 m/s in the experiments. The rotor has three straight blades with a profile of NACA0018 and a chord length of 100 mm, a diameter of 0.6 m and a blade height of 0.7 m. The guide vane row consists of 3 arc plates.  相似文献

Cementite-dispersed carbons were synthesized by pressure pyrolysis of divinylbenzene-vinylferrocene and styrene-vinylferrocene copolymer at temperatures below 600° C and the pressure of 125 MPa. The pyrolysis process of both copolymers was analysed by infrared spectra and magnetization of the pyrolysed substances. The absorption band of iron-carbon bond of divinylbenzene-vinylferrocene copolymer decreased on increasing its pyrolysis temperature from 300 to 450° C and finally disappeared at 500° C. The carbonization of divinylbenzene-vinylferrocene proceeded more rapidly than styrene-vinylferrocene at temperatures between 450 and 500° C. Styrene-vinylferrocene was heat-treated at 250° C for 2 h under 100 MPa affording a paramagnetic product, whereas the paramagnetic character of divinylbenzene-vinylferrocene was revealed after heat-treatment at 380° C. The saturation magnetization of cementite-dispersed carbon synthesized from both kinds of copolymers was comparable when the pressure pyrolysis was carried out at temperatures between 520 to 600° C at 125 MPa. The saturation magnetization of cementite-dispersed carbon formed at 550° C under 125 MPa was correlated linearly with the iron content in carbon. Threedimensional cross-linked divinylbenzene-vinylferrocene copolymer gave the highly dispersed cementite particles less than 50 nm with the coercive force of 950 Oe. On the other hand, the larger particle size of cementite up to 120 nm and the lower coercive force about 400 Oe were obtained in carbon matrix prepared by the pressure pyrolysis of styrene-vinylferrocene copolymer.  相似文献
