In order to perform mixed-domain simulation of electrically actuated bow-tie shaped doubly-fixed microbeams, a nodal model for the trapeziform beam and corresponding equivalent circuit are developed by HSPICE. The nonlinearities including mid-plane stretching and electrostatic forcing are considered. In the modeling, the Galerkin residual method is used to discretize the partial differential equations of the trapeziform beam. It proves accurate in comparison with FEA simulation results and available experimental data. In particular, as a lumped behavioral model, it is executed much faster than FEM program. The proposed model could be expected to be useful in the optimum design of related MEMS devices.  相似文献

As mobile technology has developed, mobile banking has become accepted as part of daily life. Although many studies have been conducted to assess users’ satisfaction with mobile applications, none has focused on the ways in which the three quality factors associated with mobile banking – system quality, information quality and interface design quality – affect consumers’ trust and satisfaction. Our proposed research model, based on DeLone and McLean’s model, assesses how these three external quality factors can impact satisfaction and trust. We collected 276 valid questionnaires from mobile banking customers, then analyzed them using structural equation modeling. Our results show that system quality and information quality significantly influence customers’ trust and satisfaction, and that interface design quality does not. We present herein implications and suggestions for further research.  相似文献

Basing on the Gordon model perspective and applying multiple criteria decision making (MCDM), this research explores the influential factors and relative weight of dividend, discount rate, and dividend growth rate. The purpose is to establish an investment decision model and provides investors with a reference/selection of stocks most suitable for investing effects to achieve the greatest returns. Taking full consideration of the interrelation effect among variables of the decision model, this paper introduced analytical network process (ANP) and examined leading electronics companies spanning the hottest sectors of lens, solar, and handset by experts. Empirical findings indicated that dividend was affected by industry outlook, earnings, operating cash flow, and dividend payout rate; discount rate was affected by market β and risk-free rate; and dividend growth rate was affected by earnings growth rate and dividend payout growth rate. Also, according to literatures, discount rate possessed a self-effect relationship. Among the eight evaluation criteria, market β was the most important factor influencing investment decisions, followed by dividend growth rate and risk-free rate. In stock evaluations, leadership companies in the solar industry outperformed those in handset and lens, becoming investors’ favorite stock group at the time that this research was conducted.  相似文献

In this paper, we developed a prediction model based on support vector machine (SVM) with a hybrid feature selection method to predict the trend of stock markets. This proposed hybrid feature selection method, named F-score and Supported Sequential Forward Search (F_SSFS), combines the advantages of filter methods and wrapper methods to select the optimal feature subset from original feature set. To evaluate the prediction accuracy of this SVM-based model combined with F_SSFS, we compare its performance with back-propagation neural network (BPNN) along with three commonly used feature selection methods including Information gain, Symmetrical uncertainty, and Correlation-based feature selection via paired t-test. The grid-search technique using 5-fold cross-validation is used to find out the best parameter value of kernel function of SVM. In this study, we show that SVM outperforms BPN to the problem of stock trend prediction. In addition, our experimental results show that the proposed SVM-based model combined with F_SSFS has the highest level of accuracies and generalization performance in comparison with the other three feature selection methods. With these results, we claim that SVM combined with F_SSFS can serve as a promising addition to the existing stock trend prediction methods.  相似文献

One major goal of functional genomics has been to identify and analyze molecular interactions in a cellular context to better understand the underlying design principles and mechanisms. To investigate into a PPI network from both topological and functional points of view, this work proposes a methodology that exploits ontology-based biological knowledge for network analysis. To speed up the procedure, an agent-based framework is also presented for supporting distributed computing. The preliminary results show that through the knowledge obtained from gene ontology, our work in analyzing building blocks of PPI networks can give a higher resolution than that of previous ones. Also our agent-based framework can successfully speed up the task of network analysis in an adaptive manner.  相似文献

In today’s highly competitive environment, a good supply chain relationship is essential for a company to survive and to acquire reasonable profit. While a few large companies may be able to vertically integrate from the design stage to the final distribution of the entire supply chain, most companies can only focus on their specialized functions and to cooperate with upstream or downstream companies. Supplier selection, as a result, is very important for maintaining strategic alliances. The objective of this paper is to develop a fuzzy multiple goal programming (FMGP) model to help downstream companies to select thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) suppliers for cooperation. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is applied first to analyze the importance of multiple factors by incorporating experts’ opinion, and these factors include cost, yield and number of suppliers. Multi-choice goal programming is used next to consider the limits of various resources and to formulate the constraints. From the experimental design and examination, we can testify that the proposed model not only can consider multi-choice goals, decision-making behavior and limit of resources, it can also allocate the purchase among the selected supplier(s).  相似文献

This paper proposes a TSK-type recurrent neuro fuzzy system (TRNFS) and hybrid algorithm- GA_BPPSO to develop a direct adaptive control scheme for stable path tracking of mobile robots. The TRNFS is a modified model of the recurrent fuzzy neural network (RFNN) to obtain generalization and fast convergence. The TRNFS is designed using hybridization of genetic algorithm (GA), back-propagation (BP), and particle swarm optimization (PSO), called GA_BPPSO. For the tracking control of mobile robot, two TRNFSs are designed to generate the control inputs by direct adaptive control scheme and hybrid algorithm GA_BPPSO. Through simulation results, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed controller.  相似文献

Softsensors or virtual sensors are key technologies in industry because important variables such as product quality are not always measured on-line. In the present work, two-stage subspace identification (SSID) is proposed to develop highly accurate softsensors that can take into account the influence of unmeasured disturbances on estimated key variables explicitly. The proposed two-stage SSID method can estimate unmeasured disturbances without the assumptions that the conventional Kalman filtering technique must make. Therefore, it can outperform the Kalman filtering technique when innovations are not Gaussian white noises or the characteristics of disturbances do not stay constant with time. The superiority of the proposed method over the conventional methods is demonstrated through numerical examples and application to an industrial ethylene fractionator.  相似文献

This paper considers the use of constrained minimum crest factor multisine signals as inputs for plant-friendly identification testing of chemical process systems. The methodology presented here effectively integrates operating restrictions, information-theoretic requirements, and state-of-the-art optimization techniques to design minimum crest factor multisine signals meeting important user-specified time and frequency domain properties. A series of optimization problem formulations relevant to problems in linear, nonlinear, and multivariable system identification are presented; these culminate with their application to the modeling of the Weischedel–McAvoy high-purity distillation column problem, a demanding nonlinear and highly interactive system. The effectiveness of these signals for modeling for control purposes and the ability to incorporate a priori nonlinear models in the signal design procedure are demonstrated in this distillation system case study.  相似文献

Accurate predictions of storm surge and surge deviation are essential for industrial activities in coastal areas. Usually numerical hydrodynamic models or empirical methods are used to estimate the storm surge. This paper proposes an alternative back-propagation neural network (BPN) approach to forecast the storm surge and surge deviation. The prediction of storm surge from a previous typhoon is used as a training set to form predictions for the next event. Wind velocity, wind direction, atmospheric pressure and astronomical tide were selected as inputs in the neural network. The observations obtained during three typhoons from four stations in Taiwan were used to illustrate performance of the BPN model. Comparisons with numerical methods indicate that the storm surge and surge deviation can be efficiently predicted using BPN.  相似文献
