Aggregate planning is a medium-range capacity planning that suggests the production strategies in order to meet the forecasted demand considering the capacity constraints. As the period of planning length increases, the uncertainty of information will grow. Regarding this point, in this paper, a multi-objective model is proposed for aggregate planning problem in which the parameters of the model are expressed in the form of grey numbers. The suggested grey multi-objective model is solved based on a goal programming problem with fuzzy aspiration levels. The model is applied in a real-world problem, and its results are illustrated. The obtained results give a range for decision variables, and decision makers can handle the inevitable uncertainty of information by using these ranges.  相似文献

Uptake to cuprous oxide (Cu2O) nanoparticle synthesis with various particle sizes and shapes via supersaturation chemistry approach (LaMer model) has been conducted. Ascorbic acid and maltodextrine as reducing agents and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a surfactant were utilized for synthesis of Cu2O nanoparticles in aqueous solution. The narrow particle size range was achieved by controlling the kinetics of nucleation and growth of particles to satisfy LaMer theory. This mean was performed utilizing different reducing agents (ascorbic acid and maltodextrin) and also, changing the reducing agent addition condition. The results showed the reducing agent addition condition, varying the size of Cu2O nanoparticles from 89 nm to 74 nm for drop-wisely and at-once routes, respectively. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results indicate the shape of as-prepared cuprous oxide nanoparticles have close relationship with thermodynamic and kinetic conditions, and also reducing addition condition.  相似文献

A permanent magnet BLDC(brushless direct current) motor is used to move the control rod of a miniature neutron source reactor(MNSR). The BLDC motor drive is modeled using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Two main parts of the modeling are the inverter switching and the current control. Current control with chopping used to minimize the torque ripple of the MNSR control rod drive. Fuzzy logic current control together with soft chopping control shows the best response of all the three strategies. The prototype drive mechanism has an ATmega32 controller and power MOSFET switches. The simulation results are compared with experimental drive mechanism.  相似文献

Pre-weaned porcine islets (PPIs) represent an unlimited source for islet transplantation but are functionally immature. We previously showed that necrostatin-1 (Nec-1) immediately after islet isolation enhanced the in vitro development of PPIs. Here, we examined the impact of Nec-1 on the in vivo function of PPIs after transplantation in diabetic mice. PPIs were isolated from pancreata of 8–15-day-old, pre-weaned pigs and cultured in media alone, or supplemented with Nec-1 (100 µM) on day 0 or on day 3 of culture (n = 5 for each group). On day 7, islet recovery, viability, oxygen consumption rate, insulin content, cellular composition, insulin secretion capacity, and transplant outcomes were evaluated. While islet viability and oxygen consumption rate remained high throughout 7-day tissue culture, Nec-1 supplementation on day 3 significantly improved islet recovery, insulin content, endocrine composition, GLUT2 expression, differentiation potential, proliferation capacity of endocrine cells, and insulin secretion. Adding Nec-1 on day 3 of tissue culture enhanced the islet recovery, proportion of delta cells, beta-cell differentiation and proliferation, and stimulation index. In vivo, this leads to shorter times to normoglycemia, better glycemic control, and higher circulating insulin. Our findings identify the novel time-dependent effects of Nec-1 supplementation on porcine islet quantity and quality prior to transplantation.  相似文献

In this paper,the city prosperity manifest is analyzed through a logical process and a framework is then proposed for designing healthy buildings in Tehran. The current status of urbanization in terms of the number of people living together and the changes in old behavior and perspectives have resulted in deficiencies to the health and hygiene of buildings apart from their surrounding environment. Consequently,these problems have affected people's well-being.This study mainly aims to determine policies and strategies for the architecturaldesign of healthy buildings according to health and safety conditions that influence the quality of internal spaces and external environment of cities.The study is conducted based on logical reasoning and uses focus group and in-depth interviews to assess the final result. The result is aframework that suggests a number of policies that can promote the mental and physical health as well as hygiene of residents through healthy buildings.  相似文献

This work investigates the heat transfer performance in an enclosure including nanofluids with a localized heat source. The velocity field is solved by multiple relaxation time lattice Boltzmann modeling (MRT) which has superior numerical advantages to single relaxation time lattice Boltzmann modeling (SRT); however, heat transfer is simulated separately using SRT-lattice Boltzmann modeling. The hydrodynamics and thermal fields are then coupled together using the Boussinesq approximation. The main objective of this study is to investigate the influence of several pertinent parameters such as Rayleigh number, solid particle volume fraction of nanoparticles, and the geometry as well as location of the localized heat source on the heat transfer performance of nanofluids. The results obtained from lattice Boltzmann modeling clearly indicate that heat transfer augmentation is possible using nano-fluids in comparison to conventional fluids, resulting in the compactness of many industrial devices.  相似文献

This paper proposes a vibration-based fault-diagnosis method for mechanical parts. This method, after algorithm development, only requires a single inexpensive test to inspect the part which could take as short as half a second. The algorithm is developed in three major stages, (i) exciting specimens without or with known faults using a controlled force and recording acceleration of a single point for a short time (ii) finding a signature for each faulty specimen, using Fourier transform and statistical analysis. (iii) Developing a multi-layer perceptron, as a mathematical model, using the results of stage (ii). The elements of a part signature are the inputs to the model. The location (and possibly size and shape factor) of the fault is model output. Stage (i) can be performed experimentally or alternatively with a validated FEM, one experiment or simulation per specimen. The proposed technique was examined to locate (isolate) a fault on an automobile cylinder head. The presented accuracy is considerable, and the data collected at fairly low frequency range (below 1200 Hz) were found to be sufficient for this technique. In the case study of this paper, possible fault locations are on a line; as a result, fault location has one dimension. It is shown that the technique can be extended to higher dimensions.  相似文献

A one-dimensional plasma fluid model is developed for investigating the effects of dielectric substrate thickness on plasma immersion ion implantation. By considering the effects of secondary electron emission from the dielectric substrate and using finite difference schemes, evolution of plasma sheath, ion fluence and dielectric surface potential versus time and substrate thickness are evaluated. It was demonstrated that with the increasing dielectric thickness, sheath width and ion fluence over the dielectric surface decrease and surface potential reduces. These effects can be attributed to the accumulation of positive ions and ejection of secondary electrons from the dielectric surface and thereby lessening the strength of the electric field over the dielectric substrate. It is also shown that the secondary electrons have a profound effect on implantation results and must be considered in plasma immersion ion implantation of dielectric materials.  相似文献
