Organometal perovskite single crystals have been recognized as a promising platform for high-performance optoelectronic devices, featuring high crystallinity and stability. However, a high trap density and structural nonuniformity at the surface have been major barriers to the progress of single crystal-based optoelectronic devices. Here, the formation of a unique nanoisland structure is reported at the surface of the facet-controlled cuboid MAPbI3 (MA = CH3NH3+) single crystals through a cation interdiffusion process enabled by energetically vaporized CsI. The interdiffusion of mobile ions between the bulk and the surface is triggered by thermally activated CsI vapor, which reconstructs the surface that is rich in MA and CsI with reduced dangling bonds. Simultaneously, an array of Cs-Pb-rich nanoislands is constructed on the surface of the MAPbI3 single crystals. This newly reconstructed nanoisland surface enhances the light absorbance over 50% and increases the charge carrier mobility from 56 to 93 cm2 V−1 s−1. As confirmed by Kelvin probe force microscopy, the nanoislands form a gradient band bending that prevents recombination of excess carriers, and thus, enhances lateral carrier transport properties. This unique engineering of the single crystal surface provides a pathway towards developing high-quality perovskite single-crystal surface for optoelectronic applications. 相似文献

Karaoke is a system for amateur singing. The traditional online karaoke system does not allow multi‐singers to sing a song in one session. This study designs and implements multiparty karaoke over Internet (MKI) based on low‐level computers. The MKI is an online karaoke system of distributed architecture that allows multi‐singers to sing a song in one session. The MKI must deal with the problems of feedback, asynchronous audio latency at singers’ nodes, round‐trip latency at an inviter's node, and multi‐singers singing a song in one session. The acoustic isolation between microphone and speakers avoids feedback. Network Time Protocol avoids asynchronous audio latency. The third method's round‐trip latency in this study is within 86 ms, and all participants experience the simultaneous singing of the inviter and the invitees. The Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) offers IP-based multimedia applications and services with end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee. The key component providing these services is the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) that uses Service-Based Local Policy (SBLP) management for QoS control. To support end-to-end QoS, the UMTS IMS network should be scalable, reliable and flexible in policy deployment and enforcement, characteristics that are not found in single-domain policy architecture. A hybrid policy architecture is proposed, in which a hierarchical architecture is applied to the multi-domain environment in a single operator UMTS IMS network, while a peering architecture is employed in a multi-operator UMTS IMS network. The photoresponse of CuIn1?xGaxSe2 (CIGS) solar cells is improved using a periodically-textured structure as an antireflection layer. The CIGS absorber layers were prepared by one-step electrodeposition from an aqueous solution containing 12 mM CuSO4, 25 mM In2(SO4)3, 28 mM Ga2(SO4)3, and 25 mM SeO2. The electrodeposited CIGS films exhibit the (112)-preferred orientation of the chalcopyrite structures and feature improved film stoichiometry after the selenization process. In addition, the lower bandgap value of 0.97 eV is caused by the discrepancy of the reduction potentials for each constituent, resulting in insufficient Ga content in the deposited films. Using self-assembled silica nanoparticles as the etching mask, periodically-textured structures can be easily formed on an indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated soda lime glass to achieve a low average reflection (<10.5%) in a wide wavelength and incident angle range. With the periodic textured structures suppressing light reflections from the front surface, the photogenerated current in the semi-transparent CIGS solar cells made with transparent conducting electrodes is 1.82 times higher than they otherwise would be. 相似文献

K-metal batteries have become one of the promising candidates for the large-scale energy storage owing to the virtually inexhaustible and widely potassium resources. The uneven K+ deposition and dendrite growth on the anode causes the batteries prematurely failure to limit the further application. An integrated K-metal anode is constructed by cold-rolling K metal with a potassiphilic porous interconnected mediator. Based on the experimental results and theoretical calculations, it demonstrates that the potassiphilic porous interconnected mediator boosts the mass transportation of K-metal anode by the K affinity enhancement, which decreases the concentration polarization and makes a dendrite-free K-metal anode interface. The interconnected porous structure mitigates the internal stress generated during repetitive deposition/stripping, enabling minimized the generation of electrode collapse. As a result, a durable K-metal anode with excellent cycling ability of exceed 1, 000 h at 1 mA cm−2/1 mAh cm−2 and lower polarization voltage in carbonate electrolyte is obtained.
