低负荷维氏硬度法的负荷选择

本文按照维氏硬度测定的技术条件,将基本公式H_v=1854P/D~2加以变换,从而得到一些较为简单的数学关系式.利用这些关系式,可以对不同金属薄带材料,很容易计算出较合理的负荷大小,既能保证不被"打穿",也使视场内有一个适合观测的压痕图象.     

Oxidative dimerisation of propene to 1,5-hexadiene on Bi-Zn-O catalysts

The oxidative dimerisation of propene to 1,5-hexadiene has been investigated on Bi-Zn-O catalysts. The Bi₄₈ZnO₇₃ phase, observed in the catalysts calcined at 700 ° C is an active and selective catalyst for the formation of 1,5-hexadiene. The best catalytic performance (1,5-hexadiene selectivity 64%) has been obtained at 525 ° C, with a propene to oxygen ratio of 26, on a catalyst formed by Bi₄₈ZnO₇₃ with a small excess of ZnO.     

ELECTRON MICROANALYSIS FOR LASER MELTED ZONE IN 45 STEEL WITH Fe-Ni-Cr COATING

The Fe-Ni-Cr coating laver has been alloyed with 45 steel base metal by transverse.flow typeCO_2 gas laser of maximum output 5kW.The characteristics of the melted zone and the es-sence of the“bright band”has been investigated using the electron microscopy.The resultsshow that the“bright band”belongs to the melted zone and is a vertical section of the planecrystal,The width of the“bright band”equals the height of the plane crystal,which decreaseswith the increase of laser beam scanning rate and the decrease of laser power.This has beenexplained in terms of constitutional supercooling G/R.     

FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF HYDROGEN-INDUCED CRACKING FOR STEEL 12Ni3CrMoV

本文通过插销断口分析,研究了含硼12Ni3CrMoV钢焊接热影响区氢浓度及应力大小与断口形态之间的关系,结果表明,插销断口具有氢脆准解理特征,断口上氢脆准解理区域随氢浓度的升高而增加,随负载应力的加大而减小.准解理断裂面为{110}面.     

La在KCl-NaCl和LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中的溶解行为SCIEI

本文利用透明槽技术、电化学循环V-A法及量子化学EHMO三种方法,研究了La在KCl-NaCl(1:1mol)及LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中的溶解行为。初步认为:溶解在KCl-NaCl熔体中的La是以中性金属状态存在。在LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中,溶解的La与La^(3+)作用生成低价La^(2+)离子,La^(2+)又与周围的La^(3+)作用形成原子簇离子La_m^(n+)赋存于熔体之中。     

Polylactide films formed by immersion precipitation: Effects of additives,nonsolvent, and temperature

The influence of nonsolvent, crystallinity of the polymer film, and addition of dodecane (a poor solvent for the polymer and for the nonsolvent) on the morphology of polylactides films has been investigated and was related to phase separation behavior. Both amorphous poly‐DL ‐lactide (PDLLA) and crystalline poly‐L ‐lactide (PLLA) were dissolved in dichloromethane, and subsequently films were made by immersion in nonsolvent baths. PDLLA gave dense films without any internal structure, since the structure was not solidified by crystallization or glassification. PLLA films show varying structure depending on the nonsolvent. With methanol, asymmetric morphologies were observed as a result from combined liquid‐liquid demixing and crystallization, while with water symmetric spherulitic structures were formed. As a next step, dodecane was added, which is not miscible with the nonsolvent, and we found it to have a strong influence on the morphology of the films. The PDLLA films with dodecane did not collapse: a closed cell structure was obtained. In PLLA films, dodecane speeds up phase separation and induces faster crystallization in the films, and the porosity, size of the pores, and interconnectivity increased. When the PLLA solutions were subjected to a heat pretreatment, crystallization could be postponed, which yielded a cellular structure around dodecane, which did not contain spherulites anymore. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Testing usability and trainability of indirect touch interaction: perspective for the next generation of air traffic control systems

This study aims to determine whether indirect touch device can be used to interact with graphical objects displayed on another screen in an air traffic control (ATC) context. The introduction of such a device likely requires an adaptation of the sensory-motor system. The operator has to simultaneously perform movements on the horizontal plane while assessing them on the vertical plane. Thirty-six right-handed participants performed movement training with either constant or variable practice and with or without visual feedback of the displacement of their actions. Participants then performed a test phase without visual feedback. Performance improved in both practice conditions, but accuracy was higher with visual feedback. During the test phase, movement time was longer for those who had practiced with feedback, suggesting an element of dependency. However, this ‘cost’ of feedback did not extend to movement accuracy. Finally, participants who had received variable training performed better in the test phase, but accuracy was still unsatisfactory. We conclude that continuous visual feedback on the stylus position is necessary if tablets are to be introduced in ATC.
