A low voltage-power, 13-bit and 16 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) was implemented in 0.25-/spl mu/m one-poly five-metal standard CMOS process with MIM capacitors. This ADC used a constant-gm switch to improve the nonlinear effect and a telescopic operational transconductance amplifier with a wide-swing biasing technique for power saving and low supply voltage operation. The converter achieved a peak SNDR of 59.2 dB with 16.384 MSPS, a low supply voltage of 1.3V, and Nyquist input frequency of 8.75 MHz. The static INL of /spl plusmn/2.0 LSB and DNL of /spl plusmn/0.5 LSB were obtained. The total power consumption of this converter was 78 mW. This chip occupied 3.4 mm /spl times/ 3.6 mm area. 相似文献

We report on the role of cesium fluoride (CsF) doping on the enhanced electron transport properties of tris-(8-hydroxyquinolin) aluminum (Alq3) for organic light-emitting diodes. The electronic structures of CsF-doped Alq3 layers with various doping concentration are characterized by in situ ultraviolet and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies, showing an n-type electrical doping effect with Fermi level shift towards unoccupied molecular orbital and the formation of chemistry-induced gap-states. The increase in conductivity and reduction in electron injection barrier in CsF-doped Alq3 layer with optimal doping concentration lead to the enhanced electron injection and transport, which are consistent with the improved electrical characteristics of OLEDs. 相似文献

Porous silicon(PS) layers were formed on textured crystalline silicon by electrochemical etching in HF-based electrolyte.Optical and electrical properties of the TMAH textured surfaces with PS formation are studied. Moreover,the influences of the initial structures and the anodizing time on the optical and electrical properties of the surfaces after PS formation are investigated.The results show that the TMAH textured surfaces with PS formation present a dramatic decrease in reflectance.The longer the anodizing time is,the lower the reflectance.Moreover,an initial surface with bigger pyramids achieved lower reflectance in a short wavelength range.A minimum reflectance of 3.86%at 460 nm is achieved for a short anodizing time of 2 min.Furthermore,the reflectance spectrum of the sample,which was etched in 3 vol.%TMAH for 25 min and then anodized for 20 min,is extremely flat and lies between 3.67%and 6.15%in the wavelength range from 400 to 1040 nm.In addition,for a short anodizing time,a slight increase in the effective carrier lifetime is observed.Our results indicate that PS layers formed on a TMAH textured surface for a short anodization treatment can be used as both broadband antireflection coatings and passivation layers for the application in solar cells. 相似文献

The detection of anions in pure water phase with colorimetric sensor is a long standing challenge. As one of the most important anions, F– is associated with nerve gases and the refinement of uranium for nuclear weapons. However, limited by its anions nature, few of the reported colorimetric sensors can successfully applied to detect F–1 in pure water phase. This work designs a colorimetric sensor for F–1 pure water phase detection by taking the advantages of the strong specific binding between F and Si, as well as the color‐changing property of H‐terminated Si nanowires (SiNWs). The sensor demonstrates ultra‐sensitivity, high selectivity, and good stability. The results reveal particular interest for the development of new type aqueous phase anions sensors with SiNWs. 相似文献

White organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) hold great promise for applications in displays and lighting due to high efficiency and superior white color balance. However, further improvement in efficiency remains a continuous and urgent demand due to limited energy flow extraction. A powerful method for drastically releasing the trapped energy flow in conventional white OLEDs is demonstrated by implementing unique quasi‐periodic subwavelength nanofunnel arrays (NFAs) via soft nanoimprinting lithography, which is ideal for enhancing light extraction without any spectral distortion or angular dependence. The resulting efficiency is over 2 times that of a conventional OLED used as a comparison. The external quantum efficiency and power efficiency are raised to 32.4% and 56.9 lm W?1, respectively. Besides, the substantial increase in efficiency over a broad bandwidth with angular color stability, the experimental proofs show that the NFA‐based extraction structure affords the enticing capacity against scrubbing and the self‐cleaning feature, which are critical to the commercial viability in practical applications. 相似文献
